Re: Dear Character...
Dear Evan,
Fine.... How bout yours?
With all due respect
Artemis Blackwood.
Dearest Captain,
My heart is in pain to know that you are going through this trail. Do not give up hope. Now you have someone like me and I pray that one day we will meet face to face. But until that moment all we have are these letters.
With all due respect
Artemis Blackwood.

Re: Dear Character...
Dear Artemis,
I appreciate your sentiments, but I do not require pity. The true measure of a man is not only how he handles victory, but also how he handles defeat. I have given what it was required that I give, and I can hold my head high, knowing that I made the best of a bad job. I have officially been sentenced to a dishonourable discharge but, due to my years of exemplary service, I have been offered a civilian post as the captain of a rock-cutter, NEHOI-12 to be exact.
Yours in good faith,
Captain R. B. Olmsley-Friar.
P.S. I would suggest joining the Royal Navy for a couple of years. It is a brilliant career for any young person, and with a degree you could probably join as an officer. However, if you do, do not mention my name in interviews.
I have included a copy of the signing up papers in this letter.

Re: Dear Character...
Dear Captain,
That is true. Today's world is quick to blame friends and enemies. We never seem to take responsibility for our actions and when things go wrong we are quick to blame others.
Sincerly,
Cassie

Re: Dear Character...
Dear Cassie,
do not mistake me. To an extent, I am to fault. However, someone was needed to blame, and I am most culpable. Therefore, blame that should have been apportioned to the engineers was diverted to me. I do not blame the authorities for my downfall. I must merely accept it.

Dearest Captain,
Thank you for letting me see the papers. My father came in and took them from me though I did sneak into his study. It is a terrible thing to do but I wanted to read them. I may join but my father nor mother would let me. I am suppose to wed a man in the orignal spanish culture like my parents did.
With all due respect,
Artemis Blackwood.
Dear Evan,
Why do you hide in you life? Speak out and enjoy it

Dear Artemis,
No need to be sorry...I find refuge in my art and I have someone to get me through.

Dear Captain,
I'm sorry you're being blamed. If my brother were alive, he would be upset because he greatly and openly respected you.
Sincerly,
Cassie

Dear Artemis,
I understand. My father is angrey to at many things that aren't true, but he says they are.

Re: Dear Character...
Hey guys... er... don't want to sound like a jerk... but I noticed (as I was reading/stalking the chat >.>) that 'angry' is spelled wrong. Just thought I'd let you know for future reference, so you guys don't get the wrong way stuck in your heads =^.^=

So, do you want to write first? The most likely way Izzy would happen upon the letter is through planar mixing; it doesn't have to be addressed to her.))

((Winter Dragon: would emails be fine?
Oh yeah, I've just seen the mispellings now.))
Dear Cassie,
Your brother was a good man. I must ask a question that has been preying on my mind. Since his death, has your family been coping?
Yours in good faith,
Captain R. B. Olmsley-Friar.
Dear Artemis,
I understand your difficulties. My parents intended for me to join the family business. However, shoes never held any interest for me, and I had been brought up on a diet of stories about the Navy, so it was inevitable that I should join. Do not let anything hold you back.
Yours in good faith,
Captain R. B. Olmsley-Friar.

Re: Dear Character...
((Yeah mispellings....whoops. p.s. replied to CCAF, Regret))
Dear Captain,
My family has been coping...but as you know grief can only get better with time. There has been sadness and heartache at my house, without my brother nothing feels the same.
Sincerly,
Cassie
Dear Artemis,
Mostly my mother and I, however, we haven't done anything wrong. He finds excuses.

Dear Artemis,
It's fine. That's only half of it. His excuses aren't rational either.

Re: Dear Character...
Dear Artemis,
Do not mock the shoe industry. It is a valuable and exciting... I can't keep a striaght face while I write this. Death seemed an acceptable alternative, so I sought a heroic death in battle. I soon came to realise that a heroic life in battle was worth considerably more. As a great general once wrote, 'it is better to fight a man who is willing to die for his country: that way, both you and he have the same objective in mind'.
Yours in good faith,
Captain R. B. Olmsley-Friar.
Dear Cassie,
I do not see the widows and orphans pension from the navy as a fitting reward to the families of heroes. I do question whether they somehow consider the families to be a worthless extension, and pay them an amount fitting for such. If there is any way I can be of service, do not hesitate to let me know.
Yours in good faith,
Captain R. B. Olmsley-Friar.
Hey Lizzie!
I think we met a few years ago, and I came across your email address on one of those friend finder thingies. So... Hi. How are you?
Peace out,
Maximillian Joyce.
P.S. Please just call me Max.
