Better Of The Damned

Anastasia - I came upon a few people. I hated meeting people because I never could tell if I would have to kill them in the near future or not. I could hear Derek behind me, following me closely. He was always like the, stupid over-protective stalker demon!

Derek - I watched over Anastasia closely as she walking into a conversation between a couple people.

Mikey: I sighed, and I put my hands in the pockets of my leather jeans.

All the dangerous people are killed, and the regular people- like me- got to go free, or live at the least...

Johnny: I fell silent, then found a rock. I mentally lifted it up and threw it against a wall, hearing it clatter and fall to the ground. I kept doing that over and over again. Mikey's mind was clouded with confusion. no point in trying to read it.

Anastasia - I froze, they were talking about the scientists killing us. I so didn't want to get into that again. I shivered remembering Erick. I shook that memory out of my head and joined into the conversation uninvited, "Life isn't fair."

Derek - I shook my head as Anastasia butted into a conversation. For someone who hated meeting people she was too outgoing.

Mikey: I noticed a girl. "You're right, but nothing is fair, is it?"

Katherine: I finally got sick of hiding like a coward in my shelter, and walked out, still using the cover of the trees. I walked a while until I saw that guy that I'd seen before with about three other people. I was hiestant now, because I could feel two demon auras, not one like before. I shrugged to myself, why not go over there? I ended up standing next to a guy with blonde hair.
I glanced up at him, and whispered, feeling rather overconfident today, "Mind telling me what they're talking about?" I didn't even like to think about that any of these people could kill me since they didn't make any hostile move yet.

Anastasia - "Not anymore," I sighed unhappily. Too many memories in my head dealt with death these days.

Derek - A heard the girl's question and looked at her, "The scientists, death, how nothing is fair, the same old things."

Mikey: "At least we aren't dead." I lied. We were as good as dead! What life would we have living in a place like this?

Johnny: I focused my attention on a new girl and delved into her mind. A person she once knew.... he was in the same situation? Was he? Damn this mind reading... what was the point of it if i couldnt even get things clearly??

Katherine: "Ah." I crossed my arms over my chest loosely, and just watched the conversation. No way I was going to butt in, because that just wouldn't be a good idea.

Anastasia - I felt the other boy get into my head and snapped my attention to him, "Don't EVER try and get into my head," I growled angrily. My head was private, my head contained the darkest of my secrets.

Derek - "The girl is Anastasia, and the other two I don't know," I said trying to keep the conversation between us going.

Other Important Information: Was scientifically altered to fit the description 'paranormal'. She is their test subject, their lab rat. She was sent into the forest as an experiment, to see what their enhancements could do. When a buzzing begins in her head they can see right through her eyes. The buzzing also turns on her powers (or so she thinks), so if there is no scientist poking their nose in her business then she has no powers. At least, she hasn't figured out how to use them without the buzzing yet.

Katherine: "The one with the red eyes I've had the pleasure of meeting." I said, an edge of sarcasm in my words. Under normal circumstances, I would've smiled, but there just wasn't anything to actually smile about anymore.

(So where are all the charries?)

woah... more posts... XD theyre all in some replica forest monitored by scientists because they are suspected of paranormal activity (Ha! That was a good movie!)
