Blood on your hands

Amriah looked at the boy and stepped back a slight bit. "You.. dont watn a fight?" She asked her eyes growing softer. "What do you mean?" She asked taking a step to the right. She started to sum him up in her mind and she smiled sligthly.

Theo: "Uhm... I..... I mean what i said.... i dont want to fight you. I d-dont really like fighting, much..... its sort of.... pointless, really. I just want to stay out of the way and go about my own business...." i said quietly.

Amriah nodded understanding sort of what he was saying. "How did you know I was here?" She asked with a small laugh. "Do you follow your nose or your eyes? If you followed your nose pup you might have 'seen' me before you hit me."

Theo: "E-er...... neither, really... uhm... i didnt know you were there.... that's why i hit you...." i said, blushing, quite embarrassed. I wasn't all that great around people at the best of times, but around strangers it was even worse.

Amriah tilted her head to the side and pursed her lips. She stopped infront of him and looked into his eyes. She tilted her head the other way. "Well then you should follow your nose... my name is Amriah by the way." She said with a small smile and slight nod.

Theo: "Oh...? Uhm... okay... i-i'll remember that..... my name's Theo.... its, uhm... its nice to meet you. Thanks for not killing me...." i mumbled awkwardly, really wishing i could just... hide somewhere. Or magically become less shy.

Amriah giggled slightly and looked at him. "Your welcome." She tossed her hair over her shoulder and watched him alittle more. "Would you like to go somewhere? Maybe deeper into the woods? You seem to be on edge."

Theo: "Oh... ah, no..... im sorry..... im sort of bad at being social..... im not on edge or anything..." i said. I was fairly certain she wasnt going to kill me now, so i was less nervous. "Uhm.... its okay.... you don't need to take me anywhere..... im probably bothering you... i can just... go..." i said. I was surprised that she had asked me that question at all. I'd expected her to just outright tell me to go away.

Amriah shook her head. "Actually your not. Most people do bother me though." She said with a small smile. "Well we could stay here I guess." She looked up a tthe night sky and smiled. She leaned against a tree and crossed her arms over herself.

Theo: I was sort of surprised when she pretty much said she wanted me around. That was..... that was more unusual than a stampede of flying pink elephants. "Oh..... okay.... well, uhm.... im glad im not bothering you..." i said, sitting down and leaning back against a tree stump, hugging my knees against my chest absently. I would try to pursue some sort of conversation, but..... i couldnt think of anything to say. So i sort of just fell silent...

Amriah studied him for a little bit. "You seem a bit off. How could a wolf like you not kill a vampire like me? I wonder what kind of stories you could tell." She said sitting down and pulling her knees to her chest.

Theo: "I..... i don't care about species. People are people..... i don't just go around picking fights and murdering people.... i don't like violence. Never have..... i don't follow most werewolf mentalities. I don't even have a pack...." i admitted sort of sheepishly. "Im my own person. I dont want to be defined by my species...." i said, hoping that didnt sound stupid.

Amriah nods and looked at him. "I do agree with you. I dont even know other vampire. I have been alone ever since I was created. I do understand but I have had to fight so many times you have no idea." She said with a absent shrug.

Theo: "I-i'm sorry..... that sounds very sad and very lonely...." i said quietly. Being alone i understood. It was hard..... i was a creature who naturally wanted to be in a pack, to be with others, but i had been a lone wolf since i was very very small. But the fighting...... being alone and just endlessly fighting until it didnt even matter anymore..... i couldnt imagine that.

Amriah shrugged again and closed her mouth. She didnt know why seh said that to him. She felt like a idiot and she felt uncomfortable. "Why are even tlalking to me though?"

Theo: "Well, uhm... why not...? I mean... i haven't had anyone to talk to for a while, and, uhm, you arent trying to kill me..... and you seem pretty nice.... so... uhm..... yeah." i said awkwardly. "If it helps, uhm..... i listen pretty well..... and you don't have to fight me..... we could be friends, if you wanted...." i said, offering a small smile but immediately feeling like an idiot for even suggesting it. She was probably just going to laugh at me and call me stupid and leave....

Amriah smiled slightly. "That would be nice actaully. it is a good thing that you are a good listener. It would be nice to have osmething to do at night. I cant walk out in the day unless all of my skin is covered up."

Theo: Warm happiness filled me when she accepted my offer. I didn't have any friends, really, and usually all my time was spent alone with noone to talk to or share anything with. The wolf part of me YEARNED for company that it had been deprived of for years. "I don't like being out during the day much, either..... and im usually alone all night..... it'll be good to have someone to be around." i admitted. This was turning out to be a pretty good night...

Amirah smiled and looked at him. "Well we are wasting moonlight." She said with a laugh. "What should we do?" She asked with a laugh.

Theo: I shrugged slightly. "Uhm... i don't know.... usually i just run around all night.... uhm... what do you want to do...?" i asked. I was happy to go along with pretty much anything.

Amirah laughed and looked at him. "Well we can go running? Or we could just hang out." She said with a smile.

Theo: "I'm fine to do either, really." i said. I wasnt great at being decisive when it came to this stuff....

Amriah sighed adn shrugged. "I know a beach." She said and started to walk that direction. "On second thought lets run to it." She winked and sprinted.

Theo: I smiled a bit and shifted, loping after her, keeping pace. It had been a while since i'd been to a beach..... i was kind of excited.

Amriah looked behind her and smiled. "Keep up pup." She said with a laugh. She sprinted and soon the trees started to thin out and a beautiful white sand beach shone with crystal clear blue water. She smiled and ran alittle further. She slowed down and collasped into the sand and laughed.
