Blood on your hands

"I wish I had some tea right now. It's the thing that curbs my appetite."

emi turned and looked at him. "Tea?" She aksed raising a eyebrow. She looked through her little pouch she carried. "Here." She haned him a tea bag and went to find water. "This way for water which I will purify."

He laughed. I don't suppose you have a cup on you either."

Emi nodded and smiled. "Yes actually. Its a tin cup though." She pulled it out and gave it to him. She walked to a waterfall and she smiled. "Here we are." She pulled out a bowl and got some water and went to work on making another fire.

Theo: I frowned. "That's no good...... so.... uhm... now that they've found you... does this mean you're gonna have to leave...?" i asked reluctantly. If she had to go...... well..... i really hoped she could stay. But if she had to go to stay safe, then i supposed she would just have to leave...

Amirah looked at him and shook her head. "No.. I am tired of running from them. I nee to face them and destroy them from the inside out. Which mean we need more people." She suddenly stopped. She heard the sound of a human heart beating. "Oh no..." She whispered.

Theo: I tensed, bristling slightly. I heard it too.... the heartbeat. Smelled the person it belonged to. "Are they back...?" i mouthed soundlessly, worried.

Amirah took in a deep breath and tried to stop herself. But the scent of the blood was too much. "I..dont know.." She whispered. "Theo.. I need you to distract me.. or I am going to kill that person. Whoever they are they do not disever to die." SHe said through clentched teeth. "Theo please..."

Sterling almost clapped his hands together. "excellent."

Emi nodded and fixed up the water. Soon it was purified and poured him some tea. She looked up into the night and shook her head. "We need to get some sleep.. because tomorrow we are pulling a all nighter. I will take the first watch."

"Um, I don't mean to sound awfully rude, but I was supposed to find my friend, not sleep."

Emi looked at him and smirked. "Fine fine but you have to sleep. We will find your friend in the morning unless you want to be dead before you can find you lady friend." She said wiht a smile.

Sterling frowned. "Dead?"

Emi nodded. "Yes you WILL end up dead if you are hiking in the night. Many creatures come out in the night. They all will kill you."

"Well that would give me an even stronger reason to find er, wouldn't it?"

Emi shrugged. "Im pretty sure you want to be alice when you find your girlfriend." She said shruging. "I mean I will take you through the woods but dont be surprised when you end up dead."

Sterling bared his fangs. "I'm a vampire. In case you haven't realized it I'm pretty hard to kill when I don't want to die."

Emi rolled her eyes. "Fine then Mr. Vampire... Follow me." She hurrie dand put out the fire. She already had her bow ready. The ystarted walking down in complete darkness. The trees blocked out anylight. But something stopped Emi. The sound of breathing. "Oh no.." She whispered. She turned and aimed her bow but her foot got caught in a rope and she was pulled upwaords screaming. Once she was hanging upside down. A huge big bulky vampire stepped out and chuckled. "Fresh blood." The vampire chuckled.

Sterling sighed. "Oh come on. She's mine. Go find your meal elsewhere. Do you know how long it took me to track her down? And then you come out of nowhere and claim her? I'm hungry, dammit. Do you really want to die tonight?"

Emi felt her heart kick up speed. The vampire chuckled and got into a hunting psition. "Come get me lover boy. We both know you like the human." The vampire chuckled and lunged for Sterling's throat

Sterling stepped aside calmy, reaching his hand over the vampires neck, preparing to snap it. "I'll give you one more chance. I'm tired and I don't really feel like killing anything tonight. So are you going to leave me alone or are you going to be stubborn?"

The vampire struggled to get out of his grip. Soon he struggled so much that hee snapped his neck. Thw vampire was dead.

Sterling dropped the body, grimacing. "Ugh, that was gross." He dusted off his jacket and turned to her. "Shall we?"

Emi glared at him. "Um yeah sure afteyou get me down from this tree thing trap crap." She was tired of hanging upside down." Alittle help would be much appricated."

Sterling looked up at her in amusement. "I don't see why you said it was so dangerous. Maybe for a human, but it's pretty safe for an old vampire." he threw a knife at the rope, moving quickly to catch her before she hit the ground.
