I hesitated slightly, looking where he'd gone, then back to the bike. If it were just me, I'd do without. But there was Holly to consider, she was far too out of it for us to travel on foot, that I knew.
"Here," I muttered, moving to help her onto the motorcycle. "Let's go home, I'll sit behind you, be careful, alright?"

"I got it..." Dumb dumby, I didn't need the help... "Ride off into the sunrise, I think this is a lil' backwards," I tell Spiky, slouching down upon the...what was this. It grred a lot, so I'll just call it a tiger. "Can we move along? I gotta get to the subways for a friend..." WORK. JOB. Needed to do that. For Selina - she was soooo nice~

"We're going home first," I told her, getting up behind her and putting my arms around her to reach the handle bars.
Within a moment I had us driving down the street. Hopefully I'd be able to get us home rather quickly.
I could only hope that once we got there she'd relax and sleep or something, not want to go anywhere.

(wasn't sure if I should skip forward to when they got back to the apartment so...)

Shaking my head I drove home, not bothering to reply to that. I took the fast route I could, figuring it was for the best. As soon as we reached the building I climbed down, offering a hand to Holly to help her.

"Come on," I told her, glancing around. "Let's get inside before you freeze."

I go to get off myself. I could totally do this thing after a - wait, a hand. After nearly falling flat on my face. And all I do is giggle at my own clutziness. "Okie-pokey, Honeyyy~ Is it gonna be the bed or the floor...?" I ask Spikey, pouting up to 'em. It'd be nice and warm together and stuff.

I shook my head a little, starting to lead her inside.
"You can lay in your bed," I told Holly. "It should be warm enough after you get some pajamas on."

"Okay, Spiky..." I mumble, walking through the hallway that refused to sit still and decide on a length or width. It was all starting to give me a headache... "Selina'll be sleeping. She...yeah." Nodding, I go off to our door, but then I didn't have my keys. She won't like that I lost my keys...

I dug my keys out, unlocking the door and shoving it open. I then waited till she was inside to lock it again.
"How about you go put on your pajamas?" I asked, a little unsure of what to do now.
She'd obviously not yet figured out that I wasn't "Spikey"... so that might be an issue.

"Hi, kitty cats!" I greet Selina's felines loudly, but only on accident, going to my little room. "Big bat's gonna get cha~" I miss the moving door handle twice before getting it, going into my semi messy space.

I sit down heavily on my mattress on the floor, giving an emptying sigh just trying to think of what I need for pajamas. Which was slightly frustrating since I obviously knew what they were...I just didn't remember what they were. It was just cold as fuck only not but I was shivering anyways...

Just wanna curl up with the kitties under the blankets.

No, shirt. I wanna shirt... Grabbing a big Gotham University sweatshirt from the floor, I sling it over my head like some poser since no one I knew ever went to the college anyway...

I relaxed a little when she was inside her room, glad there wasn't any argument. Leaning against the wall a little ways away from her door I watched her, wanting to make sure she wasn't having any problems.
What a night...

So my feet were all sorts of dirty from not having shoes and walking where ever we had been. It's all very fuzzy what the series of events were... Pictures captured, blurred at best and half blocked over with fingers, just flipping through a chaotic album. The room kept moving, and just thinking while that was going on was torture.

But I don't care! I just duck under my covers while getting slightly tangled up in the blanket other Mr. Spiky gave me, close my eyes to try and fight off the feeling of the rocking room - like being on a ship or something - and the shivers of the cold-as-fuck-but-not. Ugh...

As soon as I'm sure that she's settled down, I head out of the hall into my own room. Switching into my pajamas I settle down on the edge of the bed then hesitate. Sighing I walk out of the room, deciding that it'd be best to keep watch on her until she's asleep, even... maybe I should lock her door. I wasn't quite sure how she would act later on...

Shaking my head I pull a chair from the kitchen into the hall, not wanting her to think I'm spying on her. Sinking down onto the cushion I sigh, closing my eyes just slightly. This way I was pretty sure I wouldn't fall asleep, and if I did I hoped if she left her room I would wake up.

And then...shit started to suck. Happiness and carelessness disappeared and I couldn't exactly remember where it had all come from in the beginning anyway. Fucking shivers, but I didn't even feel cold. But I couldn't exactly remember how I got...here. Where. There was a cat just sorta chillin on my face, so probably Selina's? I hope... Sheets didn't feel familiar though. Sleeping was god damn impossible though. Stuff was just...different. Like I was living in a cartoon? Stuff just didn't feel really real.

Why was I even trying to sleep? It was the day - I could see it through the drawn window blinds. Restlessly, I throw back the sheets and try to get up and go to the bathroom, only my legs tangled in something black and I fell like an utter clutz, even accentuated by a comical sharp 'Woah!'. Because it wasn't like I was training to be a cat thief or anything, big fat feet!

Selina wasn't going to let me out of the apartment anymore though.

...The fuck did that thought come from... Did I slip by some alcohol er something at Vesuvius...? Not enough to black out like this with miss eagle eyes noticing beforehand... FFffffwhat happeneeedddd....

Annoyed, I flip around to get this thingy off my legs. Black piece of shitty...

Cape.

What. Whatwhatwhat did you do this time, Holly Robinson...

Not even being my own sassy gay friend was helping this situation.

My eyes shot open and for a moment I simply stared in the direction of Holly's room. Slightly disorientated I could only assume that I'd fallen asleep in the chair. I stood, yawning as I did. The yawning only added to the idea I'd fallen asleep, along with the fact that there happened to be a very annoying ache in my neck from whatever position it'd ended up in.
Shaking my head I turned my attention towards the fact that if I'd been asleep, something most have woken me up.
"Holly?" I called out, walking towards her door. It seemed to be the only logical reason.
Well, unless a really clumsy burglar decided to break in at the time of day that anyone could see them.

"Oh shit...talking mushrooms," I breathe out, kicking the black thing away. Whatthehelllllll...... And then the cat wanted attention... "No. Eris. I'm serious." Talking. To. A cat. Goddamnit.

Why was Selina even still up? That's no fair! Guilt strikes and makes the flailing to get the cape - batcape - whatthefuck - just...elsewhere. She shouldn't be up now...she was awake all night. I couldn't have gotten that plastered, right? You can't remember, Holly, how would you know? Thanks snarkiness, I really needed the reminder...

So Mr. Cape gets stuffed under my comforter and I sit neatly upon my bed. And then Eris jumps up indignantly to demand affection. Activity didn't feel good... My head was all dizzy and my stomach was feeling slightly upset.

I paused outside the door to see if she'd let me in. When no such thing happened I sighed, grabbing the handle to open it.

"How're you feeling?" I asked, eyeing the room. After the night we'd had a little caution couldn't hurt.

Nothing seemed out of place, but nothing had seemed out of place at the club, either.

"Good, fine. What about you? I'm fantastic, why d'you ask?" I ask with a smile while trying to get the cat to stop fussing. I dunno. I felt sorta sick...er. My hands went to my eyes to whip some sleepies from my eyes, and I felt sorta feverish... Probably my imagination.

I rose a brow, unsure whether to laugh or sigh. I was pretty sure that so many good words in one sentence pointed to her being anything but.

"No reason, really... just wanted to make sure you were okay... after last night and everything," I paused, reconsidering. I didn't even know what all she knew. "What do you remember?"

My mouth just sort of hangs open to give an extended 'uuuhhhhhh...' because that was totally flattering and intelligent. And then my eyes wander back to the little mound of my comforter hiding the batcape. Soooo.... "...Nothing happened, we just went to Vesuvius and then -" ...somehow...made it back to the apartment...? With a batcape. Ew my feet are dirty. What the hell.

"I'm hungry." I change subject. So I move to stand only the cause for my complete lack of leg coordination before is discovered as pain...down there... Before's hasty adrenaline had warn off to make it noticable, so now I was sort of panicky because I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED... That isn't hunger, Robinson, far from it. Activity was a baaad idea. "Nope, sick..." But I've learned to have a can nearby. Lovely, right?

Resisting the urge to look away as my own stomach clenched at the sounds, I moved over so I could hold her hair out of the way. This had the makings of a long, long day.

"I think maybe your being hungry will have to wait," I muttered. "Unless you're content with saltines and Sprite."

I wasn't really thinking about that anymore. There wasn't really anything in the can anyway, because I hadn't eaten since the pancake...last night? Hopefully... "I..." But my voice trails away. I wasn't stupid. Maybe I didn't remember since Vesuvius but I remembered before. And the girls who tried getting out of the business. With the drugs to turn 'em into puppets for a half dozen hours or so. "...wanna bath," I speak again, and I don't like sounding so dead. "Can't really walk. Sorry." ...Sorry for the inconvenience?

I stood there for a moment before giving her a small nod, turning back towards the hallway.
"Don't be sorry," I said. "It's not your fault. I'll have the bath ready soon. Don't worry about walking, I'll help you there."
That said I left the room to go prepare a bath. I was doing my best to keep my mind focused on it and not on what could have happened in that amount of time before Bats and I found her.

So...I guess...she knew what went down. And Mr. Souvenir wasn't going to be a surprise for her. I dig out the ball of lack, unfurling it. Had to hold it in half so the thing wouldn't touch the ground to get a gander at points and arches at the bottom for the whole bat effect.

Of course the night I couldn't remember I met Batman... I bet he was hot. And that's coming from a lesbian. Selina ran into him before too... Suspisssshhhhhh~ Man, I was not gonna end up shipping those two. That was like sacrilegious. But the two of them kicking ass together was a fucking amazing image. I'm grinning like an idiot~

Once I had the bath fixed I turned around, taking a deep breath before heading back to the room. The best I could do right now was promise myself that nothing like this would be happening again. I would keep a better eye on her, no more late night clubbing, at least, not when I wasn't glued to her side and completely alert.

"It's ready," I said just before noticing what she held. I'd... almost forgotten that she'd gotten the chance to keep it.

I couldn't help it. I stopped and stared at the thing. Last night, Bats really had helped me.
