CHARACTER CHAT!!!!

Benny: "Why were they there in the first place?"

Cricket: he shrugged. "All I know is that I look outside to see them trying to climb down the side of a building on ice and vines, an' I come along for th' ride."

Benny: "Youre a fool," I said with a small laugh.

Cricket: he flashed a half-smile and shrugged. "Aye. I don' care much. I could be smart, an' serious, but how boring would that be?"

Jess: "That's not it..."
Marnie: "Oh, such a complicated story."
Kimmi: "Didn't we already tell you?"
Emily: "No, we managed to avoid it then..."
Kimmi: "Right...."
Ami: I paused and Mo floated down, nestling in my arms. What the hell. "Mo and I were prisoners in Area 51. I was meant to be a biological weapon, but we escaped and ended up becoming prisoners at the Institution. They wanted to use us to make some sort of super-cure, but when they tested it out it ended up giving them-" I motioned to the group. "Powers as well."
Mike: "The Institution got greedy when the government offered them cash for us. So then all of us escaped, and now both are after us."

Cricket: he pointed to the supers to aknowledge their story. "That, too. But I thought you knew that."

Benny: "Of course, of course..."

Finn: "Woah, woah, you forgot th' best part! I showed up!" He grinned, but didn't get much of a response. He smirked to show he was kidding. "Fine, fine."

Cricket: He smirked at Finn, but otherwise ignored him. "Right. As you know, it's complicated."

Benny: "Who was the girl you were talking to Finn?"

Finn: he blinked at the sudden question. "Annalise."

Benny: I began laughing loudly, making my head hurt even more. Why didnt Vanessa tell him about her?

Cricket: a hint of a warning snarl was visible on his lips. Finn was a loser, no doubt. But if anyone was going to laugh at him for it, it was going to be the one person who didn't care: Cricket. Not some rich bastard.

Finn: He shrugged the laugh off. "What's it t' you?"

Cricket: he had a feeling that the question was better left unsaid.

Benny: "Did she tell you she traveled the world?"

Finn: he listened on, nodding cautiously.

Cricket cast Benny another warning look.

Benny: "She lied. She can't travel anywhere outside of Italy. Her father won't let her. I know for a fact."

Finn: "Hold it. Deja vu. You mean t' tell me that her father won' let her out of th' city? An' her name is Annalise, an' she's a redhead. That sounds too familiar. I's like..." he looked at Cricket, who had caught on to the similarity, and looked slightly surprised. "She's like a clone of Annaleah, damn it! I knew something about 'er spelled trouble."

Benny: I scrunched my eyebrows. "Whos Anneleah?"

Finn looked at Cricket, who still looked a little dazed, and then looked back at Benny. "Annaleah," he said, "is my girl."

Kim burst out laughing. "See it when i believe it, Cricket!"
Jess recoiled. "Kimmi...."

Cricket: he smirked. "Nah, I can hardly believe it, too."

Finn: he smiled mischievously. He knew the story. "And that's because...?" he cocked an eyebrow.

Cricket: he didn't want to go there. Not now. "It's a long story."

Finn: "...you can't believe it because...?"

Cricket: he frowned. "Not now."

Finn: "C'mon, Crick, who's your girl?"

Cricket: "Finn..." his tone was full of warning.

Finn: "Who is she?"

Cricket: "I said not now."

Finn: by now he was grinning. "C'mon, you lil' cricket bug you, who's your girl?"

Cricket: "I said, not now!"

Finn: "A'right, get this, this is rich. Cricket's girl is..."

Cricket: "I'll kill you..."

Finn: "...The prison warden's daughter! Isn't that rich?" He laughed, and Cricket raised an eyebrow.

Cricket: "And it was an accident."

Benny: I smirked. "I see. Well Finn sorry to disappoint but your girl's a bit of a liar."

Finn: "Seen one liar, you've seen 'em all." he shrugged, and then looked at Cricket, who gave him a look that could kill. He laughed again.

"Doesn't sound as exciting as you built it up to be," Marnie said disappointed.
