Sure enough, Adele was right. Some jocks were going up to the greasers. The greaser Mark though managed to calm them down by saying "We're not here to wreck your party. We just wanted to join in all the fun."

Roseanne sort of cleared her throat. "Nothing's wrong." She managed her trademark smirk. She glanced around the room, noticed Charlie at the other end of the house.

Charlie saw Roseanna and gave her a small smile. He motioned for her to come on over to them. Jess noticed and raised an eyebrow but didn't say anything. She placed her hands on her hips and looked around the place. People filled every corner the music was jumping and she wanted to dance. She glanced at Mark. Derik on the other hand went and flirted with all the girls like he did. he ended up going to Adele and winking at her.

Roseanne walked over to where they were at and gave a small "Hey."

Daniel was getting quite bored of this party already. Nothing much was happened that was that exciting.

Adele couldn't help but smile and blush a little when he did that. Not that she'd probably admit it, but she always thought he was pretty good looking.

Derik smirked and offered his hand to her. "wanna dance beautiful?" He asked with a smooth voice.

Charlie grinned. "Hey Rose you look lovelt." He grinned. BEll sighed bored. She saw Daniel and blushed a bit sort of checking him out.

Jess sighed rubbing her face. "She looked at Mark and watched.

Adele nodded slightly, taking his hand. "Definitely."

Roseanne sort of blushed. "Thanks." Then she remarked. "You look pretty dashing yourself."

Daniel glanced around the room, catching Bell's gaze. He grinned, walking over to her. "Hey there, gorgeous. Like to dance?"

Mark gave a side glance towards Jess. His expression showed his thoughts. 'Is she still kind of pissed at me or not?'

Derik smirked and lead her away dancing with her. he spun her and held her dancing.
Charlie grinned. "Thank you dear." He winked at her. He felt.. smooth.
Bell smiled a bit blushing. "Sure..." She took his hand.
Jess raised an eyebrow like 'why you waiting?'

Adele grinned up at him. She was really enjoying herself with this guy. "You're a really good dancer." She had to remark.

Roseanne smiled as well. "You're very welcome." The first time during the whole night, she felt like she fitted in.

Daniel smiled, taking her out onto the floor and danced with her.

Mark took that as a good sign and walked over towards her. "You, uh, you look pretty nice." He found himself both awkward and smooth at the same time.

Derik smirked. "Course I am. Name is Derik who are you beautiful?" He asked dipping her.

Charles smiled and stood. "Let's dance mhm?" He asked offering his hand.

Bell blushed as she danced. He was light on his feet and she liked that.

Jess smirked. "Thanks." SHe watched him. "You don't look too bad yourself."

"Adele." She responded after a slight giggle.

"That'd be nice." Roseanne agreed, taking his hand.

Daniel smirked slightly, and then pulled her in to spun her around.

Mark grinned and then motioned over to the floor. "Hey, you wanna dance?"

Derik smirked. "CUte name." He said with a grin.

Charle lead her to the floor as they danced. He placed his hands on her hips as they danced.

Bell blushed as she spun. She looked at him sort of watching his face.

Jess smirked. "Of course I do weirdo." She took his hand and dragged him to the floor.

"Thanks." Adele replied with a smile.

Roseanne was a little surprised but glad. Her arms went around his neck as they danced.

Daniel kinda smirked. "What's up?"

Mark smirked, dancing with her gladly.

Derik smirked and smiled. "You are very welcome."

Charlie smiled as they danced. She was cute and beautiful. he liked that she didn't care that he was a prep.

Bell blushed. "Just.. um.. you I guess." She was awkward and she knew that.

Jessica dances msirking. She was actually having a good time.

Adele smiled, and then her arms wrapped around his neck when the music turned slow.

Rose probably had the same expression he did. She was just having fun, not dealing with the high school drama.

Daniel smiled, knowing what she meant. He tried saying to make her feel better, "You're really cute when you blush."

Mark was glad she was having a good time. From what he heard, she really deserved to have fun after all the crap she dealt with.

Jessica sighed when the music turned soft and slow. She blinked and started at him. SHe didn't know.. what to do.

Charles wrapped his arms around her waist as they dance. His eyes searched her face.

Derik smirked and held her lcose. "Not that bad of a dancer Adele." He said with a smirk.

Bell blushed more. "O-oh t-thank you..." She blushed and lookded down.

Mark caught her expression and knew she wasn't exactly...the most sociable person so she wouldn't know about this kind of thing. He took her hands in his, placing her hands on his shoulders and his arms wrapped around her waist loosely.

Rose smirked slightly, meeting his gaze. "What?" She inquired curiously with a humorous edge.

"I'd say the same about you." Adele replied with a smile of her own.

Daniel almost would've chuckled but held it back. "Sorry if I'm making you nervous." He apologized softly.

Jess felt.. weird... but she liked it. She leaned into him. It was different for dancing with him like this and not the other way.

Charlie smiled. "You are just different... I like it.. and you look beautiful." He said smiling.

Derik chuckled. "Oh?" He asked with a grin.

Bell shook her heand ." I.. I am okay." She said with a grin.

Mark smiled down at her gently. He was trying to be as nice as possible.

Rose blushed a little. "It's nice to hear you think so."

Adele nodded. "Mmhm." She murmured.

Daniel smiled. "All right." He continued to dance with her, trying to get her more and more comfortable.

Jess looked up at him. "why... me..." She whispred wanting to know.
Charlie chucled. "Good as it should be."
Derik smiled at her kissing the top of her head.
Bell relaxed through out the night dancing with him.

Mark almost shrugged and decided against it. "Because...you're you and you don't change for anyone..."

Rose smiled, leaning closer to him.

Adele found the gesture sweet, though unexpected. "I'm really having fun with you tonight." She murmured.

Eventually, they left the dance floor and Daniel went to get them something to drink.

Jessica watched him. "Oh.. I see." She said with a small smile. I ... hope.. that this isnt just for pity." She swallowed.

Charlie held her rubbing her back.

Derik grinned. "Good." He winked. "Maybe we can chill sometime later huh?" He asked.

Bell followed leaning against him.

"Definitely not for pity." Mark assured with a smile. "Promise."

Rose smiled up at him before leaning up and kissing his cheek.

"Yeah, that'd be cool." Adele agreed with a smile.

Daniel glanced down at her, a small smile appearing on his face. He handed her a glass before finding a table. "So..." He began almost nervously. "I was kinda wondering if I could see you after this, y'know..."

Jessica stared. "Better not be." He said watching him. "I really mean..." She whispered.

Charlie grinned and looked at her. He moved and kissed her nose chuckling.

DErik smiled at him. "Well.. goood."

Bell stared her eyes widening. She gave a small nod. "Y-yes... s-sure.. um.. w-what would we d-do..?" She asked.

"I know." Mark assured lightly.

Rose smiled broadly, and giggled.

"Yep." Adele agreed with a smile. "So, what would that entail, hm?"

Daniel gave a soft smile. "Well, I don't know. Heck, even something like going to the beach or something like that. I'm not sure yet but I know I want to get to know you better."

Jessica gave a small nod. "okay..."

Charlie grinned. "You are too cute." He chuckled.

Derik smirked. "Maybe a date mhm?" He winked at him.

Bell blushed andgave a small nod. "s-sure." The leader of the preps wanted to hang with her! WITH HER! Tha was crazy to her.

Mark smiled softly, "Believe me, I know how...you know, that kind of thing is."

Rose grinned. "Well, and you're too handsome."

Adele gave a half-smirk. "That would be even better..."

Daniel smiled, taking her hand in his and gave a small squeeze.
