broken hearts

sterling: while she was catching her breath i kiss her neck

Shannon: I bit my bottom lip after I regained my breath.

sterling: i pull away from her neck and because i felt i still need to protect her badly my wings open up and kind of close a bit around us

Shannon: I was a little surprised, since I wasn't used to him having his wings out. I didn't say anything though.

Sterling:" I can hide them if it's too much shannon"

Shannon: I shook my head, "They're a part of who you are." With my tone, I implyed, *And if I can't get used to them, I don't deserve to have you.*

sterling: " i'm so tried shannon"

Shannon: "Then rest." I countered softly. "You don't need to stay awake because of me." *Because you still think you need to protect me.*

sterling:" okay shannon " i kiss her one time as i tuck my wings

Shannon: I smiled softly, and felt like asking him if he wanted me to stay, but I didn't. He needed his rest, and I probably wouldn't be helping if I stayed.

sterling: i laid down in my bed to try to go asleep

vage; i just kept eating icecream in the kitchen

Shannon: I walked out of his room, figuring if I was there, I'd just remind him of what happened today. I noticed Vage still was eating ice cream as I laid out on the couch.

vage:" want some shannon" i ask as i held out the icecream to her

Shannon: "No thanks." I replied, because I knew even if I devoured every comfort food imaginable, it wouldn't make me feel any better. I still felt like a idiot.

vage:" don't blame yourself shannon" i said to her as i continue to eat icecream

Shannon: "I can't help it. What I did was just so stupid..." I closed my eyes as if that could keep me from facing reality.

vage:" if you haven't done that draca would have raped me again sterling just worry about what if he haven't fast enough because draca would realized someone was outside he would have give you the same fate i have shannon "

Shannon: I sighed, but didn't open my eyes. She was right. I hugged myself, thinking what could've happened if I hadn't thrown the rock, or hadn't called Sterling, and went in by myself. More scenarios filled my mind.

vage:" sterling would have hate himself if fails to protect you shannon he know you could protect yourself fine but he promise you and he doesn't like to fail his promise specially to the girl he cares about"

Shannon: "I just don't want him to worry about me." I muttered. "I don't want to be causing him any strees."

vage:" everything he care about cause him stress me and you and the kids "

Shannon: "I still hate doing it to him."

vage:" he would be less stress once kyle is took care of shannon"

Shannon: "Yeah..." I agreed softly. Kyle was going to make a move, but I didn't know when. I also knew he would do absolutely anything to get me back.

vage:" you should go back to sterling he rest better if had someone that he cares about with him"
