Maximum Ride

Kal: "Yeah, that's why I did that." I said, smiling a little.

Alex: I groaned, "Must you make our lives complicated?"

Kal: "I don't know. Why don't you just kiss me? And actually like it?" I asked. It was the same type of question, having a complicated.

Alex: I sighed and touched my lips. "I still cant believe you did that."

Kal: I could do it again until you believe me." I offered with a smile and a sly scoot towards her.

Alex: I rolled my eyes, and tried to stand up, but kal was over me again in seconds.

Kal: I tucked one of my hands around her waist and rolled up. "You couldn't win." I challenged. I moved her so she was kneeling over me. I pulled her so our chests were touching. "Do it, I dare you." I said, our lips inches apart.

Alex: I let out a little, "eeip" when he pulled me ontop of him. I was about to kiss him with the stupid voice came back. along with the bloody pain.
"i thought you liked Arlo" it chimed. I clenched my fists and curled ontop of Kal.
"Go away." I whimpered.

Kal: i put my arms over her back and held her to my chest. "The voice, thing?" i asked softly.

Alex: I nodded into his chest, tears threatening to spill.
'Is your flock safe without you and kal there?' it taunted before leaving. I didnt want to know what it meant by that.

Kal: "We should probably go back to the flock." i said, lifting her chin up.

Alex: I nodded, but didnt make any move to get off of him. I felt safe in his arms right now. But we needed to get back to the rest of the flock.

Seth: I heard someone knock on the door and perked up. I glanced over to Arlo. "Hey little birdies, let us in." A gruff voice called.

Kal: I lifted her off and set her on the ice so she stood. I took off, knowing that she would be after me shortly.

Arlo: "Oh no! Looks like someones trying to be the big bad wolf." I sneered.

Alex: I took off into a run and snapped out my wings, soaring into the air after Kal. I flew up next to him.

Seth: "This outta be fun." I muttered right before the door was caved in. Erasers poured in. "Any idea how we are going to pull this off?"

Arlo: I nodded. "Um, fight dude!" I siad, kicking one in the jaw watching the jaw hit the wall on the other side of the room.Blood started to spurt about as its long tongue unfurled out.

Seth: "Got that part." I glared at him. My eyes changed colors and i froze time around us. "Or we could run." I dont know how long i could hold the time freeze.

Alex: "Kal? I...I need you to promise me something...You...You have to promise me that no matter what happens between us, or between me and arlo, or me and seth or me and anyone, you wont leave the flock." I stammered out, not looking at him as we flew.

Arlo: I shook my head. "I'm not running. I've ran to long and now, if I run, it will be away from all you other birds. I need to fight." I said, taking advantage of the time freeze, killing a few more erasers.

Kal: I shook my head. "Why do you think that you'd have to be involved for me to leave?" I asked, taking the defensive.

Seth: I groaned, but helped him take care of a couple of the erasers. My freeze wouldnt hold, and they came undone.

Alex: "You almost left when you saw Arlo kiss me." I pointed out.

Kal: I shook my head. "Wait, what? Arlo almost kissed you?" I asked, seeing her eyes widen in horror. I laughed. "Nope, I knew, but I just don't like that you thought it was about you." I said.

Alex: I rolled my eyes. "Or if anything happens between you, and say Drue or anyother girl you find...You wont leave the flock." I sighed.

Kal: "I can't make a promise i don't know if I'll keep. I'd love to tell you I would, but I don't know. You have a better chance getting Arlo to make that promise." I said, looking down.

Alex: I sped up so i was infront of him then just stopped so i was hovering. "Please Kal. I wouldnt ask if it wasnt important."

Seth: ONe could say that we were getting creamed. They would be right, until she showed up. "Fire in the hole!" a girls voice chirped. Instict told me to back up and hit the deck. I grabbed Arlo and pulled drue and Lyssa down with us. An explosion went off behind us. When the smoke cleared, a girl was standing in the door way, and all the erasers cleared out. She had Brown hair that was pulled into two messy, yet cute, braided pigtails, golden tan skin and sharp green eyes. She was shorten then me, but that didnt say much. "You guys looked like you could use some help. Im Danni." I just noticed that behind her, red tail hawk wings were extended as if she just landed. She was one of us.
