Alex: I kicked at the bar of my cage. "Hey Kal, Arlo how you guys holdign out?" i asked, giving up on my cage.

Arlo: "Um, fine, I guess. Illusions are good for keeping the boredom away." I said, the smile prevalent in my voice. "How about you?"

Kal: "Um dying. It's glorious." I snorted. Asking a question like that was sure to get a Kal answer.

Alex: "Well, we can say i hate this." I sighed. I kicked the bar again and glared at Kal.

Kal: "Well we can I say i don't care." I said, ignoring her glare.

Arlo: "We'll be out soon enough." I mused, hoping it was true.

Alex: "You are so annoying Kal." I groaned. "And i hope thats true Arlo...i really hope so."

Drue sat silently, her calculating mind still overflowing with thoughts. She tried to get them to stay nice and orderly, but they tumbled and pushed each other like crazed Twilight fans who were trying to get at Robert Pattinson. In short, they wouldn't stay calm.

Lyssa stirred the gray sludge in her bowl around. As if by mixing it up it would become more appetizing. No such luck.

Kal: "Whatever." I laughed.

Arlo: "It will be, trust me." I said, being optomistic as usual. I guess you could call me a dreamer.

Alex: "Any plans drue?" i asked again. I glanced at Lyssa and smiled at her. I glared at kal.

Lyssa managed a weak, half-smile back. She couldn't understand why the White Coats kept hurting her. What did they want from her?

Drue chewed her lip, "I've got one that might, just possibly work."

Kal: "Quit glaring at me. It's really gonna do so much to have you being mad at a good fighter." I said and turned my back.

Arlo: I concentrated and soon the room was a waterfall and were were all there, still in our cages but away from the science lab.

Alex: lets hear it i told her, ready to project the plan to everyone else.

'Essentially, we disable the security cameras. They'll have footage of us disabling them, of course, so we would have to dispatch the guards they'll send. From there, we have to sneak through the building, avoiding and/or fighting off other guards. There's a door I have in mind that I'm almost certain leads outside,' Drue thought to Alex. She hoped against hope that this plan would work.

None of them had ever been outside as far as she knew, so she had no clue what was out there. It was entirely possible that there was a huge wall or an electric fence or something.

Alex: I nodded and projected that into the others. "Got it Kal? Arlo?" i asked looking at them.

Arlo: The illusion dissapeared in an instant. "Yup, got it." I said cheerily.

Kal: "Yeah." I said bored.

Alex: "Kay, lets do this. Kal, would you do the honers of getting us out of these bloody cages?" I asked, knowing he could do it if he reallly wanted to.

"Are we really leaving?" Lyssa asked in her small voice, "They won't hurt us anymore?" She drew her pale knees to her chest, wrapping her thin arms around her legs. She was scared, no denying it.

Alex: "Yeah, we're leaving." I smiled to her.

Kal: I put my back up against the back of the crate and kicked out as hard as I could, the door flying off anf hitting the far wall. "Yep." I said, running to the other cages and getting them open. "Let's go."

Arlo: I got out and streched, smiling slightly at the other girls.

Alex: I unfurled my wings to strech them out. "Kay, lets go!" I sent fireballs at the cameras, destroying them.

Almost as soon as the cameras were destroyed, the main door burst open and about six guards stormed in. Drue scooped up Lyssa and wrapped her leathery wings protectively around the small girl.

Arlo: I followed after he, smiling as my wings cracked after being so stiffly pent up.

Kal: I did a dive down out of the school and then shot back up, letting out an exasperated laugh.

Alex: "Arlo! get Drue and Lyssa out. Kal, your with me, lets take these guys down." Electricty danced on my fingertips.

Arlo: I banked left to Drue and Lyssa. "Hey, how are you two holding up?" I asked.

Kal: "Really, why me?" I asked, but flew toward her anyway.

Alex: "You're the best fighter we have." I told him and something slammed down on the back of my head, making me fall forward to the ground. Rolling over i saw an Eraser standing over me.
