sterling:" really good specially with you next to me"

Shannon: I leaned up, and kissed his cheek. "Want to stay here for a little bit, or see what everybody else is doing?"

sterling:" lets see what everyone else is doing"

Shannon: I got up out of bed, and put my phone in my jeans pocket.

sterling: i got out of bed and i open the door for her

Shannon: I smiled a little wider as I went through the door, and then walked next to Sterling into the main room.

sterling: we found rose and vage eating burgers in the living room

rose:" hey sterling and shannon"

Shannon: "Hey guys." I replied with a half-wave.

rose:" do you guys want some food we got extra burgers just in case you guys are hungry"

Shannon: "Nah, I'm fine, thanks for the offer though." I said before my phone rang, and I answered it in the kitchen. The caller introduced himself as Detective Harris, and what he told me almost made me lose my balance. "Thank you, sir." I said un-emotionally before I hung up. My mother was dead, and my father was in the ICU, not expected to live. And I couldn't visit him because of Blake. I knew he sent someone out to kill them both.

sterling:" what happen shannon?" i ask her as i look at her

Shannon: I shook my head, silently telling him I didn't want to say. If I talked about it, I'd go into hysterics. (Ok)

sterling: " okay shannon" i whisper as i pull her in my arms

Shannon: I was extremely grateful that he didn't press the issue as I hugged him, resting my head on his shoulder. I wasn't going to cry just yet.

sterling: i started to run my hand through her hair as i kept her close to me

Shannon: I bit my lower lip when I realized tears were forming in my eyes. 'I'm going to kill Blake.' I thought venomously.

sterling: i kiss her forehead as i wonder what happen

Shannon: Speechless, I just gave him a look that read, 'I'll tell you later.' I was so overwhelmed with grief, but I wouldn't let myself cry.

sterling: i nodded and i didn't let her go

Shannon: I took a deep breath or two, trying to calm down a little bit. I would grieve later, but not now.

sterling:" is there anything i can do for you shannon?"

Shannon: I looked at Sterling, and shook my head slightly. "I-I don't know what, Sterling,.." I answered softly. I was still confused about what to do.

sterling:" okay shannon i'm here for you "

Shannon: I wanted desperately to just let go, and cry until I couldn't anymore, but I restrained myself. "Thank you." I whispered, and thought about pulling away from his embrace, but I didn't.
