broken hearts

Shannon: I didn't rush heading home, because I honestly didn't feel...like myself. I was a little out of it.

Sterling; I just follow her " I love you Shannon"

Shannon: I looked at him, now realizing that I had been spacing out. "I love you too, Sterling." I replied with a small smile as I walked beside him.

Sterling: I put her closer to me as i put my arm around her

Shannon: I stuffed my hands in my jacket pockets because they somehow got cold. I leaned up to kiss his cheek, showing my appreciation.

Sterling: after she kiss my cheek I smiled at her

Shannon: I smiled back, feeling better now. My parents were gone...but somehow I just came to terms with that, and let it be. We were about a block and a half away from home. I hadn't noticed the time, and distance pass by until now.

Sterling:" want get something to eat before we go home?"

Shannon: "Yeah, that sounds good."

Sterling: I nodded and I start to lead her away from home to a place to eat at

Shannon: I was relieved that now I didn't have to be on edge every second of every day. I could finally just enjoy my life, and not have to worry about later.

sterling: i lead her inside of a nice cafe and we took a sit in a booth next to a window

Shannon: I took my jacket off, and placed my hands on the table, partially waiting. I half-smiled at Sterling, thinking about thanking him for coming with me, but thought not.

sterling: i took her hands in mine as i look at her loveing

Shannon: I smiled a little more, returning his look. I now noticed how cold my hands were. They usually were, most of the time, and I wasn't too sure why. I got a bit lost in his visage, half-aware of everything around me.

sterling: i brought her hands to my mouth to kiss them as i try to warm her cold hands up

Shannon: I almost laughed lightly, "You sure are good to me." I stated softly, just enjoying that fact and using my words as a thank you.

sterling:" just one way to show that i love you shannon"

Shannon: Now I half-smiled again. I was never sure if I said the wrong thing or not.

Sterling;" I love you so much Shannon"

Shannon: I still was a little uncertain, but secretly. "I love you too, Sterling, very much." I replied, covering his hands with mine.

sterling: our waiter came to our table ask for we want to drink " i will take a dr pepper"

Shannon: "Make that two." I said with a polite smile before the waiter left to get our drinks. I rested my head in the palm of my hand, but kept the other hand near Sterling's.

sterling: i smiled at her before i lean across the table to kiss shannon softly

Shannon: I kissed him back as softly before I pulled away, feeling slightly self-conscious when I knew I shouldn't. I blushed very lightly, thankfully it wasn't noticeable.
