Okay. Let's see how this turns out...I've never played a crazy old man before.
Should it be day or night?

Re: Yet Another Victorian Chat!
Alright.
Gregory heaved a the moist earth over his head as easily as if his shovel were empty, whispering a tune to the bones all around: "A dead man's hat, a lady's shoe, lace and bones at rest for you..." He suddenly fell on his back in the soft grave he'd dug, looking up at the moon. "I've done good, Miss Lady White," he said, feeling the dirt beneath his wrinkled fingers. The hole was seven feet long exactly, three feet wide exactly, and exactly nine feet deep.
Now, where was that red-crested fellow? (Robin)

Pavo! Yay!

Okay... haven't seen the boss in a while, hope he hasn't fallen into another grave... I whistle a tune, unusually cheery for the setting. The silver moon filtered though the strange trees that seemed to never have foliage even in the summer months, and I shivered in my threadbare jacket

Aoi: "Which inn do you want to try tonight?" I ask as Jei finishes praying. "I was thinking about that one a few blocks from here. It's near a graveyard so I don't think it'll be too crowded." He grins and grabs his things. "You mean you aren't afraid of the scary ghouls and vectors that could be hanging around?" But when we start to hear the familiar sounds of "clients" coming to stay the night, he takes my things and starts leading me towards the door.

Gregory was able to stand very nimbly for his age, and continued to stare up at the moon as he fixed his hat again on his head. "An' how is this lady tonight?" He tipped his hat as if he were given an answer. "Aye, nothin' can bring down Miss Lady White." Then he saw a boy's silhouette staring down at him. "Not even a disturbance in the night such as this."

I heard strange mutterings coming from a nearby grave, and my heart skipped a beat as a faint gasp escaped my lips. Even if I have worked here for a few years now, talking graves were never something to take lightly. Peering down into the depths, I see my boss standing in the damp earth below "Need some assistance, Sir?"

"What an odd question." Gregory expression remained stoney as usual as he stared up at the boy. He hadn't smiled in precisely ten years. "It seems as if you are the one up there, and I'm down here, yet I show no need of assistance, for what could you do for me? But perhaps I need assistance in assisting you down here, if you care to join me."

Jei: "Where did you say this inn was again?" I ask after wondering through the graveyard with Aoi for ten minutes. She scrunched up her nose before giving up and sitting on a tombstone, no longer caring if her kimono gets dirty. "I think we took a wrong turn," she says after a moment. I smirk and lean against the fence. "Ya think?"

I paused for a second as I thought that long sentence through, then slid down in the grave beside him. Staring up at the silver disk, I wonder if the science of the day was right- could that really be the source of the crazies, the 'lunatics' as they were called? Maybe that's what happened to the boss, he just spends too much time with the moon

(I just thought of something... Anyone wanna make people to work at the funeral homes? Y'know, the undertaker and the coffin maker?)
Aoi: "Hey, I think I hear something," I say and start looking around. "Hullo?" I call, making site to switch bavk to English. "Hullo, is anyone there?"

What the...? Who visits the graveyard at this time of night?! I scramble out of the grave, brushing the dirt off of my patched trousers and jacket "Hullo?" I respond, looking around the graves. Then I saw them, two people just yards away
sure?

Jei: Finally, someone who looks like they know what they're doing! Although do I really want to know why he just hopped out of a grave? "Hey, do you mind helping us?" I call as I start walling forward. "It seems my sister and I have gotten lost."

Gregory heaved himself out of the grave, and saw the two shadows. "What are you doing here?!" He stalked right up to them, his expression not changing, yet his voice was furious. "Uninvited! Unwelcome, that's what you are! Miss Lady White has no tolerance for such rudeness! Get off! Shoo!"

Hm, twins. A boy and a girl. They clearly didn't look like they were from around here, so I gave them my signature boyish smile in an attempt to be friendly "Yes, it would appear so. Unless you were looking for the graveyard of course. What do you ne..." then the boss suddenly appeared behind me, ranting about the moon and uninvited. Whipping around, I watch the old man approach and say soothingly "It's okay boss, they're just lost."

Gregory: "Lost without permission! Another crime! This is no place for children at night!" He muttered to himself, "Kids these days have no manners."

Aoi: I frown and narrow my eyes. "What's this man talking about?" I ask Jei. He only shrugs but steps in front of me. Ever the protective one. "Excuse me sir, I think you're mistaken," he says. "We were only looking for the inn."
