Valley of the Haunted

I walk up to Ai and sit in the desk next to her. "Making friends with the Haunted, Ai?"
"Yes. You know i don't believe all of them to be evil." I look back at Peter pointedly.

(no the <> are fine, but can you see that all the text right now is in italics? For all our posts? Or is that just my computer being stupid?)

Lena: "Guiding and influencing are two very separate things. You've given Faylinn the idea that Keepers are bad, that it's okay to be watched over every waking minute, too. Bad ideas, bad influence, not guiding."

Peter:
I was ignoring the girl. She should try to have some Keeper pride, then a girl walked in. You cold tell by sight that she was a healer.

Miscanthus:
I walked into the classroom. I sat next to a boy with headphones in. He wouldn't be talking anytime soon, probably, and I had no desire to talk.

um....no, the text is normal for me.

Faylinn
"She didn't do anything! It's you who wants to take her away for no reason. No reason at all....because you're all twisted...Mama's not bad..."
Mama studied me a moment and faded out. I smiled relieved, but now i was scared too. All i saw was black. I missed Mama's soft light. I sit, find my way to the wall by touch, lean against it, unable to move without Mama's guidance.

Lena: My cane click-clacked as I went to stand near the girl. No one could see me, so I could stand guard.

Faylinn
My anger grows. "Leave me alone. Mama's not going to come back if your here."

Ai
"Another healer out of the Valley, huh?"
I turn at Gray's mentioning and spot Miscanthus. "What? We're suddenly banned from the real world or something?"
Gray eyes me and chuckles.

Lena: "Exactly."

Cyan:
I look over and see a girl. She looks as though someone washed all the color out of her, with pale skin and hair and eyes.

Faylinn
I whip around to the sound of her voice. I glare, though i know she can't see me. "If you don't i will!"

Lena: "I can follow you. To the ends of the earth. There's no use in trying to break away."

I growl annoyed and phase through the floor, stumbling as i land on the lower level of the school. Good thing the bell rang, and everyone's in class. I stand shakily and run my fingers along the lockers as i walk away and i feel myself become invisable as i leave the school. I wait on the steps and Mama comes back, like a small flicker from a candle in my darkness.

"You didn't do anything. You didn't do a /thing/."

Appearance: Curly brown hair to his chin, half lidded blue eyes, tan skin, a tattoo with a strange symbol on tongue, tall and lean, looks like something from a Rennaisance painting.
State of mind(ranges from normal to insane): Normal...well, as normal as Drake can be.
Other: He's a bit strange. Curious but somewhat quiet and blatantly honest. But he loves his job and can even be seen as a bit of a sadist. His family's been doing this for years, hence the tattoo, but he views his job differently than the rest of the Valentines. This is like play time for him. Hence why he hunts down ghosts with a special chain saw, or whatever happens to be on hand.

Appearance: Caramel skin, cat like light brown eyes, dyed platinum white hair that's very poofy and comes just past her shoulders, an eyebrow and tongue piercing. Medium height and very thin.
State of mind(ranges from normal to insane): Middle
Other: She's bipolar, so watch out for the mood swings. One moment she seems extremely smart and brash, the next sweet but naive. She's not insane exactly, just very moody.

(If Haunted)Ability: If he knows how the insides of things work and can something picture it in his mind, he can basically make it happen.
Appearance: Skin pale enough to see the veins with a few freckles here abd there, gangly and very akward, mahogony hair to his halfway down his back (his mom won't cut it), very raggedy nails, would be handsome if he weren't so frail and awkward.
State of mind(ranges from normal to insane): Medium
Other: His parents keep him in the basement, only occasionally coming outside for anything. The ghosts tell him to do bad things while his parents tell him about what a horrible place the world is. He doesn't know what to believe, only that his home is safe and the ghosts seem to like him well enough. Part of him wants to go outside while the other part is horribly afraid. Doesn't know how to read, write, or anything that people would be sent to school for.

hm...Faylinn's free. SHe's a haunted. Just left the school, walking around on the streets. She's blind, but her ghost guides her.

Mmk, thanks. Just so I know, Keepers only hunt bad ghosts, right?

Well, in the Keepers opinion there are only bad ghosts, so they hunt all of them.

Drake: "There, that wasn't so bad, was it?" I lay the chainsaw over my shoulders and look down at the guy. He's pretty much pissed his pants trying to get away, although I already told him I wasn't after him. Wierdo. He shakily looks up at me when he notices the saw's off, eyes wild. "W-what have you done with her? Way have you done?!" I shrug and start walking away. I thought I already told him. I sent her back to hell where she belongs. As I start to walk down the street, a few people shooting me strange looks because of the chainsaw. That's when I notice another ghost trailing behind some girl. I put my chainsaw down as a slow grin comes to my face.

Faylinn
I'm walking behind Mama happily. "So can i not go to school again?"

"But Mama, the Keeper -"
She stops and smiles back at me though i can tell something is bothering her.
"There's another...isn't there..." I wish i could see. I stop with her and wait. It's all i can really do.
