Repost: (We backtracked to Mo, they havn't been to the car yet)

Cricket: He saw Mo out of the corner of his eye but decided to pretend like he didn't understand Benny's outburst. "Pardon?"

Benny: "That chiming noise! It's not the bell, I know that for a fact..." I caught two circles in the shadows, and my eyes narrowed. "What are those?"

Cricket: he looked behind him, and raised an eyebrow, and looked back at Bennie. "Are you okay? Tired, maybe?"

Mo dodged behind Develyn again. He just had to have been caught huh? Ami couldn't have one peaceful night...His eyes formed two sad half circles.

Benny: "I'm not tired, Cricket." The circles changed, and I pointed to them. "You don't see those?"

Cricket: poor Mo. He tried to be subtle and whistled to him, though Mo might not understand, go. "All I see is the ceiling and that ol' bird. What those are you getting at? You sure you're okay?"

Was Cricket trying to convince Benny he was being delusional or something? Mo didn't care. He chimed softly to Develyn. She shook her bell in return. She flapped her wings, making a ruckus, hopefully creating a good enough distraction for Mo to get away. Sticking to the shadows, he flew back to the upstairs hallway.

(Waiting for Music, who said she'd be right back...)

Cricket: Clever blob. Develyn was being used as a distraction, flapping around and squaking loudly enough to wake up the house. "Dang bird..." he said, and turned in her direction, whistling to calm her before everyone was awake to no avail.

Benny: I stared at the bird. "Not to be rude, or insensitive, but... is there any chance she could be outside? Or in a room? I just don't want my dog to eat her or chase her, that would wake everyone up see,"

Mo had gotten away! He sped forward towards Ami's room, looking back momentarily and he ended bumping into the dog. He blinked quickly, trying to regain balance in midair before looking up at the big dog. He chimed softly at it, but it had already been disturbed by him.

teehee. The dog's a German Shephard, by the name of Pauly... after Pauly D, of course. XD

The dog looked around in confusion, hearing a chiming noise and targeting the source. He looked through the stair railing and saw his owner up. So he wouldn't disturb anyone if he barked. He did so, and began chasing the odd wisp of smoke.

Mo flew up quickly to the ceiling and looked down upon the dog unhappily. he's ruined their cover, all of them couldnt even have one night of peaceful sleep, and Benny was about to find out about all of it. Mo retreated down the hall as lights were going on in the different rooms. He went up to the rafters where the dog couldn't follow but Benny could also clearly see him now.

Benny: I looked around at the sound of Pauly barking and caught a shadow where it shouldn't be. "What the hell?"

The dog continued to bark, bringing his paws down and sticking his rear end up. The shadow looked like a lot of fun in a game of tug-of-war. He barked and barked at it, begging it to come down.

Develyn heard the barking and was spooked from her position up high, when she saw a fluffy creature making caos. There was something shiny on its collar. The bell fell to the ground with a tinkle, forgotten, as she swooped down to catch the shiny. She tugged at the fluffy creature's collar, flapping and squaking, but it wouldn't budge.

Cricket: "Ah..." he didn't know how to explain Mo. No sense lying now.

He began shaking his head, trying to make the bird go away. He barked again, this one sounding like he needed help. He wanted his owner to come help.

Benny: "What the hell?" I asked, hurriedly running to Pauly. "Hey! Shoo!" I picked the bird up around the middle and put her far away. I half-dragged Pauly down the stairs and sat him down next to me. "What the hell?" I asked Cricket again, a bit exasperated.

Kimmi: "What. The. HELL?!"
Ami: My eyes popped open quickly. Memories lagged and at first i thought i was back there. I looked around quickly. "Mo! Where are you?"
Marnie: I stumbled out of the room. Mike was, somehow, still sleeping through all of this. I took in the scene. "Hey pup, shut your mouth before i make your ears hurt!" In my anger i accidentally did so. He whined and stopped barking, as if i had blew into a dog whistle. I frowned.
Emily: I walked out as the dog stopped barking. Marnie looked frustrated, and then Ami came running by. I looked around confused. Mo was no where to be - oh...damn...
Ami: I looked up at the rafters to see a very sad looking Mo. He floated down to me quickly. I took him in my arms. "It's okay. Everything's fine." Not really. Benny was looking at us like we had seven heads.

Cricket: "She likes shiny things." He said apologetically, procrastinating the explanation.

"What the 'ell is going on down 'ere?" Finn called, bounding out to the edge of the stairs. He looked around at the caos. Develyn hissed at Bennie and fluttered to the protection of Finn's shoulder. "What...Aw, dang. 'e's got a dog?"
