My eyes close as another wave of nervousness spread from my stomach to my limbs. "Yes."

"Next question." Milo said grinning peevishly. "When you see me, whats the first thing that comes to mind?"

Ami
I swallow, my eyes going back to his. "Sparrow."

Winter! Where'd you go?

Milo sat up "Why?" He hoped his questions were getting through after his little stunt, Ami's expression was all lust, and confusion. There was no getting around it. She had feelings for him.

Ami
I swallow. "I don't want to get between the two of you. I don't want to take you away from her..." This nervousness wasn't going away. Maybe it wasn't even nervousness, i didn't really know anymore. I looked away guilty.

"I'm not sure she feels anything for me." Milo says slowly. He meant it. "Every time I try to lighten those dark eyes she shuts me out."

Ami
Should i tell him? "She does, i think. She...said so, before..."

Milos eyebrows pulled in toward each other "She...what?"

Ami
I look away. "When you were sleeping...She sort of...threatened, i suppose. Said i didn't love you. Said i would be one to take away someone who cares for her..."

be back in a half hour or so.

Milo stared down at the floor surprised. Ami scooted over closer to him, and he looked up, curiosity plain in his eyes.
