Pearls of the Stars

"You? You're plenty exciting," Ares breathes out, their breath mingling. The smell of her is so sweet, with just enough danger because of that fact.

Persephone: I smile, kissing him lightly again. "And why is that?"

Ares smirked, kissing her deeply. "You are opting for this..."

Persephone: "That's because you're too damn sexy," I say, biting his bottom lip.

Ares smiles, kissing her harder in response.

Persephone: I push the thought of Hades out of my mind, jumping up and wrapping my legs around him.

Ares chuckles. "Want to do this publicly?" They were still in the street, though the numbers of people walking around was deminishing, those that were still out gave them all sorts of looks. Not that he cared much. She was too damn hypnotic. "There's a motel...down the road..."

Persephone: I tilt my head, pulling back a little. "Since when did you care?" I sigh, pulling away. "But I guess I do. Come on, then." I take his hand, leading him towards the motel.

Ares follows quietly, lacing his arm around hers with a smile.

Persephone: I glance back at him. "Which one?"

Ares leads her down a block and across the street to a lone motel. He pays for a room for the night, going up to it with Persephone and unlocking the door, holding it open for her.

Persephone: I step in, not bothering to turn the light on. "So...where were we?"

Ares lets the door close itself and advances on her again. "Here, I believe," he breathes husky, kissing her again and hooking a hand under her thigh, bringing it up slowly as he presses into her.

Persephone: I take a deep breath, my hands tangling in his hair. "I'm going to be in so much trouble..."

Ares smirked in a kiss. "I'll take care of it," he whispered against her lips.

Persephone: I pull him closer, kissing along his jaw."How?"

Ares picks her up and takes her to the bed, laying her down gently. "I'm always warring against death. It's a game of who lives and who doesn't. But there's always a soldier standing in the end, who beat the odds of Death taking him..." He ran his tongue over her lips, his hands slowly hitching up her dress.

Persephone: I smile against his lips, hitching my legs around his waist. "So you're going to taunt him?" I ask, bringing his lips to mine before he can answer.

Ares kissed back passionately, trailing his hands up her stomach under her dress.

Persephone: I shiver, feeling goosebumps from his touch. My hands trail down his arms, finding the base of his shirt before pulling it up. Breaking the kiss for a moment, I pull it over his head, then kiss him again.

I make a sound of satisfaction, breaking the kiss again and taking off her dress and trailing kisses down her chest.

Persephone: With a gasp, I pull him closer to me. I could have this one night. This one night where I didn't think about him, or think at all. Leaning down, I found his lips again, bringing his face back up so that I could kiss him better as I pressed myself against him.

Persephone: I smile, playing with the fringe of my jacket. "I'm sure he wouldn't mind one night," I say, glancing up at him.

"A bit ironic, seeing as your the god of prophecy," Nan calls over her shoulder. They were in the outskirts of town now and entering the forest. "Besides, it adds a bit of mystery, don't you think?"

Apollo: "Yes, if I can't see it, then maybe it does add just a little. Now will you tell me?"

Nan pressed her palm to the trunk of a massive tree. "You'll have to wait and see." Green light spread from her fingers and danced across the bark before a small door opened. "Come on."
