mm...Ares and Persephone are out on the street still. Eris could jump in

Apollo: "Um, a Sprite?" I shrug, giving him a smile.

Persephone: "Actually, not at all. Why? Do you need my happiness to contine on with your life?" I ask, pulling down my hood. As long as I was standing around, I didn't see the need to have it up.

Eris sees Persephone and Ares and walks over.

Persephone: I look up. "Oh great. Another one. Hi."

Eris just raises an eyebrow. "Hello, Persephone." She says lightly.

Persephone: "Yeah. Um...what's sup?"

Eris shrugs. "Not much, lately. There seems to be many gods and goddesses around, of natures both good and ill." She slowly slips to a long-since dead language spoken in ancient Greece.

Persephone: "Do you have any reasons why?"

Eris shakes her head. "None at all. We haven't been this drawn to a place since our prime, eons ago..."

Nan purses her lips and surveys the two guys that had just come in. Human and definitely a god, Apollo if she wasn't mistaken. It didn't seem like he'd recognized her, though. Turning her head, she caught Ian watching her and smiled. (cuz I didn't really have anything to go from)

Barin shrugged. "I dunno, you've just seemed a little... put out. Bored, I guess. But this place has the most amazing risotto I've ever had, which isn't saying much compared to a Roman goddess, but still."

Alex stood and brushed off her pants. "Hey, no problem. Some idiot spilled oil or something, I shouldn't been looking where I was going."

Persephone: I shrug, pulling up my hood again. "I know. It's a little too weird for me."

Apollo: I look around the diner and wave at Nan.

Nan sighed, but waved back. No sense in making enemies where you could be making... well, not friends exactly. Eye candy maybe. Allies perhaps. Tools to be used definitely. But not friends.

Apollo: I raise an eyebrow and get up, sitting at her table.

Ares watches the two girls, only a tint of amusement in his eyes.

Ian nodded, getting the Sprite and giving it over. He catches the other guy moving over to Nan. They seem to know each other. That ex she had talked about maybe.

Diana smiled. "That sounds nice. Thank you." Truthfully, she had been missing Italy. All of Rome really. She was quite homesick for the old ages.

Persephone: I turn to him. "Well, what's your take?"

Ares shrugged. "We certainly are being drawn to this town, I believe. We all Fell all over, which begs the question of why we are all here. I am not one to believe in simple coincidence."

Persephone: "Well I came here because I felt like it, not because I was" -- I make air quotations-- "drawn to this place."

(by the two girls, do you mean Alex and Naomi? Because Alex is disguised as a boy)

Nan smiled coldly as Apollo sat. "Fancy seeing you here, Apollo. I would've thought you were having too much fun driving around that sun of yours."

Barin grinned and directed her towards a table. A plump Italian man waddled over to their table and asked them what they'd like to have. "Ehm... two risotto del fungo, please," he answered in somewhat broken Italian.

Apollo: I shrug. "Well, it gets a little hot with both me and the sun together."

Ares smiles, showing his amusement. "We shall see. Despite our numbers in heaven and all of the places on Earth, you cannot say it isn't odd so many of us are here."

Diana smiled as the Italian man went away to give their orders in. "Still struggling with Italian, i see. Despite the years?"

Persephone: "Well, I find it odd you're here," I mutter. "Don't you have some fights to instigate?"

Ares chuckled. "Isn't this a 'fight'?" He shrugged. "Though I may find some humans to play with tonight. They do squirm like such bugs when you torture them."

Persephone: I sigh. "Really? I thought you would've gotten over it by now. And squirming isn't fun to watch."

Ares opened his arms to her, as if offering her to beg differently. "I /am/ the God of War, dear sister. Making enemies squirm is my job." His eyes flash dangerously. "My enemies just so happen to be the humans these days."
