What Is Left After?

Joseph: "I'm not sure we need another one of those," I mutter. "Did he die?" I reach over for my radio, pretty sure no one would care about Charlie Sheen anyway.

"We can only hope and pray so," I reply. I spread my coat down on the ground and place the rolled-up waistcoat above the collar to act as a pillow. I lie down with my hands behind my head. "Ohhh," I groan. "That's one comfy carpet. I'm gonna get soft at this rate."

Joseph: I laugh, turning on the radio a bit more. I juggled the last of my batteries in my hand.

Roxanne: I didn't even know the room number until I looked on the front of the door, "Number 3."

Aimery: I appear in the doorway. "So you can't kill something, huh? How are you still alive?" I ask.

Roxanne: "I can't exactly kill it with a small penknife," I responded dully. "And I'm not about to try with one of the pillows either."

Aimery: I smirk. "Well, do you have some sort of stick then?"

Roxanne: I sighed, "Unfortunately, I don't, but...I might be wrong." I looked through the closet, and actually found a broom. I arched an eyebrow, "Guess this'll work."

Aimery: I tap on the door, trying to see if it might give way, then I start sharpening the end of the stick with her penknife. "This is how you kill it without it touching you," I mutter.

Roxanne: "It's not that I don't mind touching it, I'd rather..." I shook my head, and just went quiet. Why should I explain myself?

Aimery: I put my hand on the door, trying to feel where the thing was. After a moment, I stabbed an area, smiling when it stopped. "There," I say, standing up. "Problem solved. I'm not going to touch it though...that's your job."

Roxanne: "Fine by me," I paused, "Thanks for doing that for me." I said, the words almost alien on my tongue since I never really thanked anyone, at least not too often. I usually liked to do things myself before asking for any advice, or help.

Aimery: I grin at her. "I like killing things." Which wasn't exactly true...but it made for a killer line.

Roxanne: I actually grinned, and joked, "Lemme guess, the first thing you killed was a cat? Or a squirrel, either one, really." I shrugged my shoulders.

Aimery: I shake my head, still smiling. "Actually, it was a mosquito, but you were close," I say.

Roxanne: I smirked slightly, "Oh, wait, I was thinking on psychopathic terms." I then smiled as an 'Oh well!'

Aimery: I shake my head, still smiling as I touched the stick with my foot. "Might wanna get that out, too. Someone could trip."

Roxanne: I grimaced slightly, "Yeah, I should." I needed some rubber gloves or something, and the place where those would be. The bathroom. I opened the door only wide enough so I could fit through, and I ignored the thing that laid at my feet until I found the gloves, and a large garbage bag. I then put both the broom and the thing in the bag, and took it outside. I took off my gloves and put them in the bag before I tied it shut, and returned to my room.

Aimery: I sit on her bed, my arms folded. "You put it outside, didn't you?"

Roxanne: "There's not exactly a lot of people here to care, and I made sure I put it far enough away so it isn't a bother...why do you ask?"

(Sorry I'm so unreliable. I'm a little frustrated with a few things.)

Aimery: I roll my eyes, inspecting my nails. "Well, I don't know. There are a lot of hungry people. Food brings them here. If I were you, I would've skinned it. Coats like that will make amazing gloves."

(No, it's all right. You don't have to apologize for that.)
Roxanne: I sighed, trying to get what she was saying, "So, you basically want me to bring that thing back in here?"

Nicole:
I walk into the hotel.

Aimery: I shrug. "Or I can do it. Either way, there's value in that dead thing."

Joseph: I look up. "Stop right there," I tell the girl.

Roxanne: I pursed my lips, and mumbled as I walked out of the hotel, "Now, there's a possibility of having gloves, and a meal." I rolled my eyes before I grabbed the bag, and made my way back to my room. But, Aimery was right though, I had to admit.
