Winter joined! Lynne's talked with Cissie for a bit, she's now in the park with Inque but we don't really know what to do with those two...

everyone else is where ever we left them.

I hug him back, squeezing my eyes shut, and willing myself to feel that everything was alright. "I love you" I whispered, feeling myself calm down gradually

xD i'm so disappointed you can't read it. But the four of them are watching TV, and apparently Dick is on the news or something.
Miss Martian: I think he's kind of cute.

Robin
I hug her back, leaning against the wall with her, smoothing out her curls slowly. "I love you," i whisper, kissing the top of her head lightly.

Spades
"Robin..." I open my eyes and touch his face gently, meeting his gaze. What Inque had said about Robin and I running away together tugged at my mind, and I wanted to ask him, even if just to see if he would.

Robin
I give a small smile, meeting her eyes. "Hm?" Some thought was bothering her slightly, i could easily see.

Spades
"Don't... freak out, okay? It's just a question. Doesn't mean anything." I took a deep breath "If I asked you to leave with me... what would you say?"

Robin
My brows furrow slightly confused. "Leave with you? Where?" I ask curiously.

Spades
I blushed, looking away for a moment "Just... strike out on our own. Still heroes, but just the two of us."

Robin
I blink, a bit shocked honestly. Leave Young Justice behind? And Bats? But...wouldn't there be a point that I might consider leaving anyway, or would I stay Robin forever? Official partner of Batman... Though that'd be an interesting change of things, calling my once enemy my sole partner. I give a warm smile. "Maybe...not now but...Would you want to?"

Spades
I nod "I don't have the kind of ties to other people you do, Robin. For me, it would be an easy choice. But I know that you couldn't, not yet" I looked back at him, giving him a small smile, then a chuckle. "When I was a villain, if somebody had told me that one day I was going to be asking Robin, Boy Wonder if he would like to run off with me... I would have thought they were crazier than the Joker"

Robin
I chuckle, tighten my arms around her. "Hey, /you/ were the one trying to kill /me/, remember? Someone said I would have fallen in love with you back then I wouldn't have hesitated to throw them into Arkham." I kiss her again. "Here we are, though."

I laugh, kissing him back "Yes" I agreed "here we are"

Robin
Bats and I followed the little blip on the screen that was a tracker on a mobster car. "Where are they going?" I muse aloud as the dot stops. Glancing up answers the question well enough. The old candy factory on the outskirts of town. The Joker really rob one of the biggest mobster families in Gothem? Bats pulls the Batmobil over, jumping out. I follow as we grapple to the roof as the first sounds of gunshots sound inside.

Spades
I was curled up in one of the large storage bins inside the candy factory, when voices sounded outside. I sat up, looking around just as the main door flew open, men holding large guns flooding in. My eyes widened as I franticialy looked around for the Joker, but he wasn't here. Then I jumped out of the bin, dispatching a handful of guys with my cards before there was a sharp pain at the back of my head. My vision went blank immidiately, and I slumped to the ground

Robin
Bats jumps down a broken window and I follow, looking around the factory. There are shouts from the mobsters that he and I go after. "Take the left," he says before breaking off another direction. I keep on running down the hallway, coming to a big room with a bunch of guys and Spades on the floor.

Spades
One of the mobsters scooped my limp body up, and the cards fell from my hands and onto the floor. They then removed the rest of my weapons from my belt, and bound my hands and legs together before unceremoniously tossing me into a sack and over one shoulder, and carrying me out to a van. I was slung into the back.

Robin
I grit my teeth, taking out a shurinkin and throwing them to disarm the men. /Saving/ my enemy now, what a turn of events... And even now, there are possibly too many. I feel a sharp blow to the back of my head, vision blurring, then nothing.

Spades
When I came to, everything was dark. There seemed to be something covering my head, maybe a bag. Instinctively, I tried to reach up and take it off, but my hands were tied behind my back, tied /to/ something... or somebody... else. I started to struggle, to panic, everything was so dark... even my legs were bound, I was immobilized. A low growl built at the back of my throat, like a trapped animal's.

Robin
"Chill Spades," i murmur, not liking the situation any more than her. Tied to my enemy in some mobster's hideout. Great...

Spades
I had no idea what was going on. Memories suddenly came flooding back... the mobsters must have grabbed me, why hadn't they just killed me? And I recognized that voice... "Boy Wonder?" I asked, giggling slightly

Robin
Oh yeah, /real/ funny predicament we're in. I roll my eyes under my bag. "Yeah, Spades. Who else?" I ask, masking my annoyance the best I can. I'm no Bats though.

Spades
I giggled again "Well this is just... pretty funny, actually. We're tied together. We try to kill each other, enemies locked in combat and all of that good stuff, and now we're /tied/ together!" my giggle turned into a laugh "What do you 'spose they're gonna do to us, birdy? Maybe they'll just shoot us. Or, hey, I know, they'll probably just keep us tied and throw us into the river! Wouldn't that be something?"

yeah, spades. nice foreshadowing xD

Robin
I simply listen a moment. Yeah, i guess this is /really/ what happens when you hang around the Joker too long. "If combat's so good, will you accept death so easily?" I ask her, turning my head back to her slightly. "You not going to fight at all?"

Spades
"Of course I'm going to fight, birdy. But our weapons are gone, we're tied up, they have huge guns, and they outnumber us." I shrugged, not really feeling like laughing anymore "Maybe /your/ boss with swoop in to save you at the last moment, but mine really doesn't care" I laughed again, but this one had a hint of bitterness in it. Speaking of how great my boss is, because Robin and I were tied back to back, the bruises on my back from my last beating ached.
