Sorcery: A Twist In Time

Blake: I cursed and grabbed her wrist. "Hurry." I pulled her over to my red truck. "How dumb." I muttered noticing the words 'youre a freak' spray painted over the side. I pulled my keys out and opened the doors.

Victoria: I ran out and saw a door open. Alrams were going off like crazy. I staarted to run across the parking lot.

Artemis stumbled blindly after him, her eyes unseeing as fear ran dominated her. If it wasn't for him pulling her along her body would have froze up right then and there. She felt him shove her into his car and he slipped in after here. Guards spilled out into the parking thought and Artemis broke from her stupor, sobbing in fear

Victoria: The guards saw me and came after me and I ran as fast I could. I saw cars but I couldnt find mine. I started to panic.

Blake: I saw a girl I knew wasn't one of the guards. I swung my truck up beside her and threw open a door. "Get in!"

Grace: blinked out

Victoria: I got in and thanked him fast and sighed. "Hurry and step on it."

Artemis reached out with her mind and brought forth the wind, making it bend to her will and sweep through out the parking lot. Sand combined with the wind and veiled everything not within arms reach

Blake: I nodded and slammed my foot down running over guards in my massive truck as I sped out of the parking lot.

Victoria: I tried not to faint in the backseat but it was too hard.

Blake we made it out onto the road and I smiled. "Artemis. We made it. You're free."

Victoria: I smiled and watched them. Cute I thought.

Artemis stared out the window, his words echoing through her very being
"I'm.. I'm free?" she repeated, not believing it. it was too good to be true

Blake: "Yes." I said and pulls onto the highway. We had a little ways to go. My house was an hour from the building.

Artemis pressed her face against the window, watching the world go by in awe. "thank you" she breathed, unable to tear her gaze away from the sky. She thought she'd die before getting the chance to see it again

Blake: "You're welcome." I fell silent until we reached my ranch. I blushed a little and pulled into the drive. "We're here."

Victoria: I fell unconsience.

Artemis slipped out of the car, her face filled with joy and she slowly turned, taking in the sight.
Not caring how silly she looked, she fell to her knees and entwinned her fingers in the soft, sweet smelling grass. She inhaled and closed her eyes, tilting her head back and enjoying the feel of the sun on her pale white skin. A giggle fell from her lips and she fell back on her back, sprawling out on top of a patch of daisies

Blake: I laughed a little and pulled the girl out of the car. "Come inside when your ready." I went in and laid the unconscious girl on the guest bed.

Victoria: I dreamed about being free and beening able to go were I please. I wanted to see the sky and the roses.

Come inside? never! she smiled to herself, she was free

Blake: I went into my room and changed into my house work clothes. They consisted of a plaid long sleeve shirt, jeans, and boots. I headed out to catch up on my chores.

Happiness filled artemis. She was happy,things were going to be okay. Warmth bubbled up inside of her at this knowledge. She closed her eyes, enjoying the feel in the sun and the sound of birds as she drifted off to sleep.

Victoria: I woke up and looked around. I felt a punding in my head. I got up but fell to the floor.
