(haha just thinking how we are supposed to be a group and Alice and Jason are walking through the streets xD)

Max: I sat down in a chair and drummed out some notes on the wood.

(jelsa, I think Momo wants more than one-line posts, but I'm not sure. Just saying, in case >.<)

Dana heard some weird thumping noises coming from the kitchen. She had just been walking down the hall, looking for her cat, but she peeked inside. Oh, it was Max, drumming as usual. "Nice...beat?" Dana attempted a compliment. She wasn't good with music, that was more Dakota's field. She had to remind herself that Dakota wasn't here, though.

(sorry. lol. Waiting for a little more development.)

Max: I looked up when I heard someone's voice. Oh yeah. Her name was Dana, right? "Thanks," I said. I wondered if she knew I played drums. Maybe, maybe not. "Nice house," I added lamely. I really wasn't good at talking to girls.

Dana raised an eyebrow. "It's not mine or anything..it's all of ours...but you're the new guy who always randomly taps on things, right? Max?" I was pretty sure that was his name, I was good with names.

Max: "Oh," I said. "I thought it was your house for some reason." I shrugged. "Yeah, I'm Max. And you're Dana, right? I tap on things because I play the drums."

Dana laughed. "Nope, not my house. But hey, that's cool. Were you in a band before you ran away?" She leaned against the doorframe as she talked.

Max: "Well, it's still a nice house." I shrugged. "No, I'm not in a band. I just play drums for fun. I'm not that good, but it's a really good way to let out frustration, I guess."

(he's not Evan, he's not in D15S yet. xD)

(okay? she can still ask....)

Dana: "Frustration?" Dana asked, then instantly regretted it. "Nevermind, none of my business." She popped away from the doorway and turned back into the hallway. "Kitty cat, oh Kitty cat!" She began to call again as she looked for it.

(I know. Just pointing it out.)

Max: I shrugged. It was either playing drums or punching walls. The former hurt less. I chuckled when she started walking around. "What's the cat's actual name?"

(okay )

"Doesn't have one. Hence - kitty cat," Dana said with a shrug, hovering near the kitchen still. "I haven't found one that suits him yet, but he's been through a lot of different ones."

Max: "Oh," I said, remembering Melly's dog, Waffles. No. Don't think about Melly. She was the only reason I almost hadn't left. But instead, I said, "Want me to help you look for him?"

"Sure, if you want. Yeah, that'd be great actually." Dana beamed at him. "I've almost finished this floor, but then we could go check the upstairs floors? Since there are two of them."

Max: I nodded, shoving my hands in my pockets. I really wish I brought some drum sticks or something, but too late now. "Where are the stairs?"

Dana: I gave him a are-you-stupid-or-dumb look and pointed to the stairs. "Right there, they're hard to miss." I chuckled.

Max: I shook my head. I needed to clear my head and stop thinking of the past. "Oh," I said. "Right. Ladies first."

"That's so old-fashioned," Dana laughed and rolled her eyes, but went up the stairs first, anyway. And besides, she secretly admired that he used that phrase. She thought chivalry was dead.

(What color is his hair currently?)

(*picks something random* let's say he's just dyed it black again. (he didn't know he had black hair originally, he forgot.)

Max: I sighed. I really wasn't good at dealing with girls. I never had been and never would be. I followed Dana upstairs, looking for the cat.

(how did he forget? D:)

Dana: "But, I mean, just to be clear -- it was kind of a cute thing to say," Dana said over her shoulder, when she heard him sigh. She liked to make other people feel a little better if she could. When they reached the top, she looked around. "Hmm, we could split up to look? Check the empty rooms and everything?"

(not paying attention to himself/not looking in the mirror/dying his hair too many times.)

Max: "If you say so," I said. Was it? I didn't know. I seriously was not good at this. "I'll look in the rooms on the right, I guess," I said.

(huh D:)

If she said so? Dana shrugged. "Okay, I'll look to the left then." Obviously. She tugged open the first door on the left.

(remember, adam = bad brother and parents = bad too.)

Max: I opened the door on the right. Nope. No cat. I sighed. I closed the door and tried another one. I wasn't really good at looking for things.
