--Daycare--

"So? Just because I'm 115 years old doesn't mean I do it to people who are younger than I am!" Andrew shot back, drawling himself up to full height. He crossed his arms, looking down on her.

Leslie

Oh, he wanted to play the height game? Fine, I could play along. I flapped my wings, hovering so I could see him at eye level. I smirked.

"You're being a dumb mortal," I told him. "Stop being a dumb mortal. You don't know what's good for you. I do. And what's good for you is frickin' moving on already!"

Cricket
"Why don't y'think you should tell me?...Out of curiousity."

"You don't think I haven't tried? Well I have and Ooo look! I'm still here." he said, glaring at her.

Leslie

"...Y'know what?" I asked. "Screw this. I'm tired of it. You aren't worth my time."

Since I was already in the air, I flew off over to the play structure. I landed on top of the swings (since the monkeybars looked kinda crowded), sighing and rubbing my temples.

Girl
"I don't know what you'd do to me" I said in a whisper. What if he was a Hunter? He didn't look like one... but still...

Tommy looked at Andrew, and shook his head. He walked over, looking up at Leslie. "Are you okay?"

Cricket
I cocked an eyebrow and gestured to myself. "Do I look like I could do anything t' you?"

Leslie

I was sitting directly over one of the swings. I flipped forward off the bar, grabbing hold of the chains at the last second and landing neatly on the seat of the swing. Kinda hurt my hands, though...

"He was just..." I began, searching for the word, "...infuriating. I've never dealt with such a bull-headed mortal before...and I've been around for a long time!"

Girl
"Point taken" I said with a slight smirk. My smile dropped though, as I bit my lip, debating what to tell him and what not to

"That's kinda how he is. I was actually older than he was. Now he's older than me, in a way he hasn't changed though."

Cricket
I cocked my head even more, wondering what was bothering her so much. "I said it's a'right..."

Leslie

"Ugh, so he's always like that?" I asked. "I feel bad for you." I pumped my legs slightly and started to swing. "You might wanna get out of the way," I told him, "seeing as I can actually hit you here."

Girl
"Can we talk about something else?" I asked, putting my hands in the worn out pockets of my faded purple dress

Tommy moved to the side. "Well he was when I knew him. We were best friends when we were ten...well I'm still ten. We were inseprable, that's what people told us...and then I drowned." He said, coughing.

Leslie

"Um...'kay," I said, pumping my legs harder so I could go higher. "Why are you telling me this?"

Tommy shrugged, "I don't know...I think Andrew's uncomfortable with it."

Cricket
"Aye," I said. "Whadda you want t' talk about?"

Leslie

"Uncomfortable with moving on?" I asked, swinging ever higher. "Why should he be?"

"Nah, I mean with me being here and ten. He's not usally this snappy."

Leslie

The distance the swing kept making between us was big enough now that my words were somewhat choppy.

"Well this...wouldn't be...a problem...if you...and he would...just...move on," I told him.

"I don't know why I'm still here. I don't mean to make him upset. It's strange for me too but in a way he's still the same."

Leslie

"You really...need to...move on," I said. Then, as I reached the highest point forward, "Hup!"

I jumped off, weightless for a moment. I snapped my wings open, gliding and laughing. I began dropping in altitude as I reached the monkeybars; I grabbed hold of the side, flipped around, let go, and landed on my feet.

Girl
"Uh... I don't know... what do people usually talk about?" I asked, realizing I wasn't very adapted to social situations

Winter.... has convinced me to join. I am easily convinced.....

Age: 8
Gender: Female
Appearence: Short shaggy pixie-cut black hair, bright green eyes behind black glasses that frequently slide down her nose, pale skin, average height/build. Due to an accident at the age of six, her lower leg had to be amputated just above the knee. Hence, she is always seen in a wheelchair. Or using crutches.
Other: She's like, freaky rediculous smart. A technological genius (in her original story, characters had powers, and knowledge was hers...) Very bookish. Likes messing with computers and reading. I have missed this character..... very very much.

Since my original post was terrible and my brain is totally fried, im going to wait to put up a better post when my brain decides to work properly. Let me know if i need to change anything.
