I was tubing down the river and a bull moose came really close to charging us.

Damian sat in his hiding spot, holding her close while he tried to catch his breath. "Do you have a place to go outside of here?" He asked curiously, wondering if he had to make up a place to go.

Artemis blinked, not fulling coming to and meeting his gaze. His words barely fazed her, sounding like fog through her memories

Yup. Exciting stuff. But I am alive, and Devin didn't tip me over. So life is good. He just spun me in TONS of circles. i was so dizzy once I finally got the tube to stop spinning.)

Damian looked at her and sighed. "Please, just for once answer me? Do you have a place to go? The gate is not far from here." His voice pleading her to respond with more than just a blink.

Artemis stared at him for a moment before bringing her hand to his face, directions to the house flashing through his head. She pulled her hand back, falling back into her comatose state

Damian nodded and made a run for the gate, holding onto her tight. When they made it out, the sun hit him like a bullet, blinding him. He gasped, running and hiding with her in the shadows, his eyes wide with...fear. Yes, he was afraid of the bright light. "Wh-what was that?"

Artemis didn't respond, didn't even noticed the light else she would also be quivering in fear. She just remained empty eyed, off elsewhere

Ha me too. It's definately been one of those days.....

Damain stayed hidden in ths shadows with her, deciding to wait till the big light was gone. He held her close in an attempt to keep himself calm, the big light making him uneasy. He'd never seen the sun before, never even really heard of it.

Artemis stayed in his arms, not noticing she was there else good know how many walls he'd be flung into.
now her and kale were back in the green house, he was showing her how to water the plants

As soon as the big light had gone away, Damian was running again, following her directions. He finally made it to the house, setting her on the porch before passing out from exauhstion.

artemis stirred, fulling coming to and looking around. She saw the house and looked around "kale?" she perked up. she must have dreamed it all. she was here, kale must be alive. "Kale?" she stood up, making her way around the front "kale?" she stopped sort, horror filling her as she came across a slumped body. her scream filled the air

Artemis's continued to scream, her voice cracking and becoming raw. "MIRISSA? KALE?" her mental voice ran through the air, entering whatever it could. She fell to her knees, staring at him in horror as she waited for the others

I'm still waiting for a reply from you. Alice is sick in the bathroom. I'm planning on Jack finding Mark and coming close to killing him and Mark deciding that they have to go to the gate and protect it.

Damian stirred, hearing her screams. He forced himself up and ran towards her. "Hey! What's wrong?!" He stopped short, seeing the dead man.

Mirissa took the food thankfully and practically started eating the moment she had it fully in her hand. Her stomach gave a fierce growl and she smiled a little realizing she hadn't eaten for a long time. "Thank you."

Artemis turned to him, confusion followed by understanding filling her. So it wasn't a dream after all..
Her screams cut short, her eyes turning hallow before she dropped in a dead faint

Damian caught her and looked at her carefully before taking her inside and laying her on the couch. He then went back outside and looked for some kind of identification on the guy, but there was nothing. He sighed, dragging him around back where he saw other graves and began to dig a grave for him, burrying him.

Tucker chuckled and nodded as he watched her. "You're welcome."
