Ryder woke up by the sun shining in his face. 'Ugh what time is it,' he thought looking over at his phone. Sure enough the clock displayed 10 a.m. Groaning he rolled over in the bed not wanting to get up. He was sure that he had a hangover from yesterday night or at least he was a little sick from the experience.

The two dragons had kept guard until 6 a.m. then went to get something to eat. They were both sleeping now in the living room.

Aqua moaned as she felt the sun warming her face. She opened her eyes and rolled over, suddenly feeling hungover. "What did I do...?" She wondered to herself, not remembering if she did anything stupid at the club or something. Aqua climbed out of the bed and jumped into the shower.

Ryder sat up in bed rubbing the temples of his head. 'I definatly should not have drank last night.' he thought to himself. He streched wishing he could take a shower and brush his teeth but all that stuff was in his house. He thought maybe he should just leave before Aqua got up but then he would feel rude.

Aqua walked out, fully dressed and her hair in a sort of wet ponytail. She had black shorts and a dragon t-shirt on. She knocked softly on the door of the room Ryder was in, hoping the noise wasn't going to hurt either of their heads.

Ryder was saved from the decision when he heard a knock at the door. He got up from the bed and opened the door. He saw Aqua looking a little sick from yesterday, "Hey, how are you feeling?"

Aqua shrugged. "Hungover and just plain disappointed in myself. You?" She didn't know what she had done, if anything, to him or to make him uncomfortable. "How bad was I...?"

Endilion looked at Viper. "So tell me more about your house!" She said with a smile. She wanted to know everything before she got there.

Amiriah sighed and stood. "Maybe we should take a break and do something else... um.. what do you do in your spare time?" Amiriah asked with a smile.

Viper rolled his eyes in a playful way. "Let's see...there's a lot of rooms...it's more like a mansion actually. There's rooms for sports, pools, um...basically there's everything. The bedrooms are huge and so is the kitchen actually..."

Theo: I was relieved when she suggested taking a break, but was instantly baffled by the question. There really wasnt much i did in my spare time..... but..... "I run." i said simply.

Ryder nodded. he himself felt dissapointed and horrible maybe coffee would help. He looked at her listening to her questions. He smiled remembering, "You were very drunk. You flirted with me a little but I chalked that up to you being drunk." Why would she really be intrested in him of all people? "You got any coffee?"

Aqua felt a fire run through her. "Gah I was so stupid!" She did remember flirting with him, but it was fuzzy. "Yeah I do. There's any creamers..." She motioned for him to follow and went into the kitchen. "The coffee maker is over there." She pointed at a newly purchased coffee maker.

Amirah felt alittle smile pull at the corners of her mouth. "You run? As do I... we could go run if you want?" She said with a gleam in her eyes.

Enilidlon smiled. "YOu must be rich then.." SHe said in a small tone. She didnt like rich guys.. they bothered her somewhat. They thought they were all that but they had nothing good to come to them.

Theo: A tiny nervous smile crossed my face. "I'd like that...." i said, a hint of hopeful happiness leaking into my voice. Running..... running was something i could do. It was simple and uncomplicated and i never felt like i was being judged when i was just running. I was good at it, and it helped me deal with my restlessness, my inherent need to be constantly in motion.

Viper shook his head. "I inherited it from my parents. They said it was a safe house if I ever ran into trouble. I honestly don't go to it much, but there's a maid that comes around once a week to clean the place."

Ryder smiled, "Its okay don't be hard on yourself. I didn't really mind you flirting with me." Did he really just say that? God he was stupid. He followed her into her kitchen and went straight for the coffee maker. He grabbed a coffee mug and gave him alot of coffee then pour cream and sugar.

Aqua tried hard to blush at what he said and watched him get a lot of coffee. It was strange, she didn't usually drink coffee unless she was really tired. "I'm sorry...I just wanted to loose myself and you got caught in it..."

Ryder nodded not really judging. He sipped his coffee letting the warm liquid slide down his throat. It felt good he could already feel himself waking up and his aching head ache subside a little. "Nothing to be ashamed of. I wouldn't have taken advantaged of you." It just wasn't something he did.

Aqua found that surprising. "Any other guy would have done everything to me..." She said first, barely audible. "I'm glad you didn't though...I wouldn't have remembered any of it." She grabbed a water out of the fridge and drank some of it.

Ryder frowned, "Well I'm not like other guys." He almost cringed at the cheesy line. "What I mean to say is that I was raised different." Plus he didn't want to be like his father taking advantage of a helpless person. Downing the rest of the coffee he set it on the counter.

Aqua shrugged. "I understand. I just am used to scum." Her father had always hit her and took advantage of her almost every night. Her mother had ran out on them when Aqua was young. Her brother was ignored while she got the abuse. Aqua still remembered the one line her father said every night before he stopped. "I'll be back and...you'll like it."

Amirah smiled slightly. "Ready to go puppy?" She asked with a playful smirk. She ducked into the hole and ran. Her adrenkine spiked blood ran through her and she ran all the way to her room.

Endilion looked at him. "What kindnof trouble would you try into? " she asked. She was slightly. She was slightly confused. If it was the samebpeople who were hunting her she knew why he had toll hide.

Theo: And then something utterly unexpected occurred, something that had not happened since i was very, very small. A broad grin crossed my face, but before i had time to even comprehend the utter absurdity of it all, i had taken off, shifting smoothly into my wolf form and running after her, keeping pace.

Amirah smirked ablnd flew down the stairs and into the night. Her lungs didn't need the air and she sprinter as fast as she could. Her entire world flew past her.

Viper shrugged slightly. "A lot of vampires hunt on "unclaimed land", but someone always says it's theirs and they'll fight you for it. Also the group who killed my parents might come looking for me again."

Endilion nodded in slience. You didnt hear things about this when your in the ocean. All you ever heard about was the kings daughters and how at least one of them would be a rebel. She looked up at him slightly. "Vampires... you said?" She had never met one... unless he was one. Fear struck her. She had one bad thing with one and it almost cost her herlife.
