Skipper is silent, hoping she hasn't offended the guests on her planet. "Yeah," she says after a while. "Do you want to go further into the city?"

Penny: I nodded. "Sure."

Dan:
"Starfish? Ouch! How do you think I got my powers? It wasn't just an accident they were gifted to me by the government. Besides we are way more advanced then you might think, we have colonies all over the Milky Way, we secretly take humans from over populated countries and move them to have better lives on new worlds. We also have much more tech than you may think, we just keep our power a secret, unless we need it"

"Oh wow, space travel and genetic modification. Have you progressed past stone tools yet? Or are you building your rockets with bits of flint on sticks?" Skipper chuckles. "Sorry, that was a bit mean. Your stealth ships stick out like an ort with burning hair. Seriously, your colony-building efforts are hilarious. You're actually very well-placed to survive, as most sentient species regard you as cute little kids."

Penny: "Yeah, well, we try," I lamely said.

"Oh..." Says Skipper. "Sorry." She turns and leads them towards the museum. "This building contains some of the rarest and most prized items in Nuska history. So Dan, don't break anything or steal anything, and definitely don't get in any fights."

Dan:
"No we've gone past that, now we usually use alien technology we've taken from alien planets we've torn apart and colonized. I think we even have some Zaxipharian technology, it was tough but they don't dare mess with us now because we have the Koleospteron, the Mammaltions, and the Karagnak on our side" I smile and say, "Your species best watch itself, we might just like your shiny space ships and want them. Our colonization efforts have changed drastically as well, we take what we want with the help of our allies. Basically, we are becoming tyrants, but you know what? I'm okay with it!" I say. "Oh and we just use those old out dated stealth ships to keep you other guys thinking we are still primitive"

Dan:
"Come on please let me take something! And don't give me that look your probably the only one who can understand me right now"

Penny: "I'm just gonna look around."

"So why is it that your home system has such a slight military presence from the Consulate? They barely have the firepower to saw your planet into bitesize chunks. I doubt they could even cut through your moon in less than a minute." Skipper glares at Dan. "And no you can't have anything unless you visit the gift shop. If you're good, I'll buy you a toy."

Dan:
"i don't know what your little Consulnate is but we have so few defenses because Earth, is not a priorty world, our most important world is Pheonix and Iradanus 3. They have more space batteries attack crusers and military presence than you can imagine... also"
"I WANNA A SOUVENEIR!" I say and run over to something that looks important and shiny.

Penny: "Ooh, what toys do you have here?"

Dan:
"I want one os those stick gun thingys!"

Penny: "Um...just don't shoot anyone..."

"Umm... Generally little figurines of famous people, jigsaws of famous events, miniature virtual reality bubbles, a few holograms, and if you're really lucky, a portable slicer." Skipper is about to explain what a slicer is, but spots Dan. "That's a genuine 3rd Age Ya'netti De-Ka. Basically a harquebus. If you fire that thing, it's reasonably likely to explode and burn your arm off, or just fizzle and melt."

Dan:
"oh... ok... whats a slicer?"

Penny: I raised an eyebrow. "I'll just look at it, I guess."

"Oh let's not please shoot anyone after that discussion..." said Evan.

Penny: "Yeah, I agree with Evan."

"A slicer? I never paid attention in science, but I'll try to explain. Imagine the universe as a sheet of paper. You're at one end on one side of the piece of paper, and you want to be at the other end on the same side. What a slicer does is it folds the piece of paper over, so that those two places are almost together, but two thicknesses of paper separate them. then, it pokes a tiny hole in the fabric of space, and you move through the hole. Then the hole seals shut." Skipper frowns. "I think. And Dan? No one does anything in the galaxy without the consulate knowing. The only reason humans still live is because the Consulate tolerates them."

Dan:
"Ok, I want a slicer, even though it is a little primitive compared to Koleos tech. And we, the humans, the Koleospteron, the Mammaltions, and the Kragnak do stuff undetected by major powers because, the Kragnak are completely forgotten if you see them and then look away and like vampires are invisible on camera. They are the perfect spies, they are everywhere, ever since you saw something from teh corner of your eye but when you looked it was gone, that was a Kragnak. They are peaceful but if ordered they will be able to destroy a planet in seconds and get off it usingf something similar to your slicers. So, thats how we do work without you finding out, I only can remember the Kragnak because I have an implant the keeps me from forgetting"

"I doubt that would work against the Zaxiphrasians. Their brains aren't like anything I know of."

Dan:
"It works on any sentient, even Galafrains, or more commonly called, Time Lords, (dats right I just opened up a can a Dr. Who all over you!) and Time Lords are by far the most powerful and advanced race ever, I mean have you ever met one? They have the power to stop the day you were born, the day the planet was born" I say

"Zaxiphrasians don't actually have single brain," points out Skipper. "Their intelligence is entirely decentralised. I doubt there's much that can deal with their brains correctly."

Penny: I continued looking around.
