sterling: i smiled at her as i follow her to one of the bars

Shannon: I smiled back, and kissed his cheek as I half-asked, half-suggested, "How about you get us a couple drinks while I rack up the balls?"

sterling:" okay shannon " i said before i went to get us drinks

Shannon: 'One drink can't hurt, right?' I asked myself as I started racking. Once I was done with that, I went and grabbed a cue stick, waiting for Sterling since I couldn't start without him.

sterling: i came back with our drinks and handed shannon her drink

Shannon: After I took my drink, I took a sip before asking curiously, "Have you played this before?"

sterling:" i have but just a few times "

Shannon: "Ah, okay." I half-murmured as I leaned over the table, and struck the cue ball into the triangle of the other balls. Then I pocketed a couple before I missed. "I've been playing for about...4 years, on and off." I stated as I leaned against the counter, out of the playing area,

Sterling:" I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose to you Shannon"

Shannon: I smirked a little, "Just because I've played that long, Sterling, doesn't mean I'm good at it."

Sterling:" to me it does shannon"

Shannon: "Well...we'll have to test it out, won't we?" I asked jokingly.

Sterling:" well I guess we have too"

Shannon: I smiled slightly, and used my cue stick to motion towards the table. "It's your turn."

sterling: " okay shannon" i said before going up to the table to take my turn

Shannon: I took another sip of my drink as he went, and crossed my ankles.

sterling: i took my turn and i didn't get any balls in the pockets and i remember now that i suck at this game

Shannon: "Do you want some pointers?" I asked kindly. I was willing to help him out a little bit if he wanted.

sterling:" sure shannon "

Shannon: I walked over, and put myself in the shooting position, my back leg straight while the other was slightly bent, "See how I'm standing?" I asked almost retorically. "I want you to copy it." I continued as I stood up fully.

sterling: i nodded and copy how she stand

Shannon: I went to the side of him, "When you're shooting, you don't want to throw your shoulder, but just move your forearm, and as you're readjusting the aim, you have to move the stick over, not just tilt it." I went to the other end of the table, and put my finger on one spot. "Try to aim here." If he did it right, he'd get at least two or three balls pocketed in one shot.

sterling: i nodded and did what she told and aim where she told me and i got it right two balls in the pocket " thanks shannons "

Shannon: As I passed him to go back towards the counter, I kissed his cheek, "You're welcome, Sterling,"
