Sorcery: A Twist In Time

Unable to move against the wind, Drake used his mind to pull autumn to him. He held her in his arms, kissing her in relief. He ignored Lana's glares at the guester

Ryder: I frowned as I listened to her. I looked at the picture and hung up, appearing infront of the house. I whistled as I walked towards the front door, taking my sweet time.

Autumn: I clung to Drake and looked at Lana, my thoughts making her twist again and hold the position. Then, through the winds, I tried my best to pull him towards the back door, not that I had tons of energy to. "We have to go," I said above the winds

Artemis released the wind on drake and Autumn, strengthing it on lana

Drake nodded, turning and running out to blake and artemis

Lana: "Ryder! Get your *** In here theyre getting away!"

Autumn: I followed Drake and looked at Blake and Artemis. "Come on, let's go." I said taking her hand. I didn't get very far before pain racked my body so intense I just crumpled to the ground.

Ryder: I leaned against the back door watching them in amusement, not that it really showed. "Wow, defeated the old cougar. Nice."

Blake: The sky was black with clouds and I glanced at it annoyed before running towards the car. Why couldn't I keep my emotions from touching my powers?

Lana: I felt the wind let up a little and pushed my way towards the door.

Artemis screamed, autumns pain making its way across their clapsed hands. Her eyes sparked darkly and she threw a mental shield over both of them, pushing the pain right back into Ryders mind, giving him a taste of his own medicine

Ryder: I growled as the pain hit me. I switched my focus to the boy and Drake. Watching as they started to wriggle in the intensity of it.

Blake: The pain rolled over me and I fell to my knees. Thunder rolling across the sky lightning striking feet from Ryder.

Artemis: that pain felt remarkably simlaur to drakes torture device... her eyes fell dead again and she just stared blankly ahead

Drake fell to the ground, clutching his teeth to hold back his scream. The pain was.. well beautifully, breathtakingly, intense

Lana: I made it to the door and shifted back into human. I glanced at the girl who seemed to be resisting Ryder's control and threw my hand out at her and Autumn. I laughed as they couldn't breathe.

(gtg, be back in a hour)

that was it, artemis fell to the ground and they were over taken. What was she to expect? she knew her freedom wouldn't last. She let the darkness overcome her.

Ryder: I only had to side step the lightning. A cruel smile dancing on my lips as I watched them, a cold emotionless laugh erupting from my body.

Autumn: "Drake!" I let go of Artemis's hand and moved to him as quickly as I could. Tears began to run down my cheeks as my breath started to shut down. My hands fluttered over him and then anger steeled through me and I glared at Ryder. I ran up, my hand making contact with his arm, and began to glow, draining him. I watched as he began to sink to the ground, his hold on them relaxing. I turned the powers I was absorbing onto Lana, making the pain rush to her.

Lana: I blinked as the pain hit me then laughed a little stepping forward and giving a cruel twist of my hand at Autumn. Not only would she not be able to breath but unable to even move. "You have no idea the amount of pain I went through to become what I am. I'll give you a hint it makes what you just did nothing.

Autumn: I glared at her, the darkness creepin in on the edge of my vision. Ryder was now unconcious on the ground and I blinked and apeared away from her, swaying slightly. I used what was left of my mind to throw her, her head hitting the glass, her hold relaxing a little. I grabbed them all and then we apeared by the car. I forced them all in and started it up, peeling out of the driveway my foot slamming down on the gas pedal and my mind propelling the car foreward.

Lana: I growled, stunned for a moment. I pulled myself up and kicked Ryder. "Get up."

Angela: I glared at where the Guy had gone then glanced back at Ryan and Alyson. "Well I said I'd get you out." I bent thhe bars of the door until they broke and gestured at the hallway. "Lets get going."

Gabrielle blinked as she watched a girl appear out of a mist, was she skilled with delusions as well? They started to leave and she hesitated, unsure weather or not she should, never mind was welcome, to follow

Drake gasped, rubbing his head as the pain finally cleared. He looked around to find them all in a car, speeding away.

Artemis stirred and opened her eyes. huh? they weren't captured?

Blake: I held onto Artemis and stared out the window. Thank goodness they got away. I looked down at Artemis for a moment, all I could think was that I wasn't strong enough. If I was better at controlling my powers she wouldn't have to keep going through this.

Artemis shivered and burried her head in blakes chest, a sob finding it way into the air

Blake: Sorrow dug into my heart and I ran a hand down her hair. "I'm sorry." I whispered and kissed the top of her head.

Artemis looked up at him, curiosity over ruling the urge to retreat fully back into herself once more. "what for?" she sounded like a robot

Blake: "I know I have the power that I could have stopped that. But I didn't use it because I'm afraid of losing control. For that I'm sorry." My voice sounded haunted.
