you were the one who said that Ami liked Milo. I just went with it.

I believe Ayakashi was the one who started with "She likes you too much....More than caring...!" You gonna tell me she meant something else by that?

eh, I would have gone for angel but you never brought him in enough.

"Whats your favorite memory of us?" I say quietly doing my best to relax and focus on something other than the monumental obstacle that losing my memory posed.

Good question.
"Thats a hard one... We've been together so long and everything but we never really had as many "special" moments as I might have wanted. Or you might have wanted. God, you try so hard to just get me to act like a normal human being and I just..." I trailed off, lost in thought and even a little embarrassed by my own realization. I shook my head and my eyes found his again.
"Maybe that time in Pisa, right before the FBI got us and I broke my ribs, the first time. It was overcast that day, cool out. Probably right on the precipice of rain. You didnt really know me yet, and I was too stuck up to get to know you. I promise my ego has deflated some since then," I assured him with a worried smile. I cleared my throat.
"Anyway, we were walking to Bennie's house and you just kept asking me all these questions and you wouldnt leave me alone and... ha ha, and you kept bothering me about my shoes because I wasnt wearing any. And as I was telling you to lay off my feet, I tripped over your feet and you fell on me and bruised my ribs." I smiled fondly.

"That was the day I started liking you, you know. That was the last time you looked at me like you do now. The last innocent time we had together." I sighed a resigned sigh.

Emily
Too...many...rooms....
I open one and stumble in upon them. "Oh. Hi," I say sort of awkwardly. "I...um...heard someone needed some healing, maybe?"
I give a small smile. "I can...um...leave...if you two..." This way Ami looked so hurt?

Sparrow:
"No its fine. He needs help." I smiled politely and gestured for her to come in.

"How am I looking at you now?" Milo muttered looking up at Sparrows face, purposely glazing over his 'you-can't-resist-me' smile with a lethargic expression. "Am I aloud to ask more questions? Or have you had enough of me today?" Just then yet another girl walked into his room. "Tell me you're here to fix me up." Milo says his voice ringing out in a endearingly sluggish tone.

Emily
I walk in carefully, glancing at Sparrow a moment with an encouraging smile. Looked like she needed some encouraging. Mostly she looked a bit frazzled by something. I approach Milo and kneel down in front of the couch he was on. "Where's it hurt most? Let's take care of that first."

Sparrow:
"Psh. Are you trying to out obnoxious me? If so, then challenge accepted." I grinned mishceviously.
On a more serious note, "You can ask me whatever questions you want. Promise I'll even be a good sport about it," I laughed and crossed my heart dramatically. "Try to be anyway,"

Without saying anything Milo pointed to his head, where a nasty bump had risen under his hair above his ear. "Not that it matters...uh..." Great. Another name he forgot. "you don't really have the means to patch me up."


(Toxic-hold up, I need to get repaired a bit XD)

Emily
Questions and forgotten names. "Emily. A friend. Acquaintance of Ami's. Accidental experiment. Got myself hydrokinesis," i fill in, raising a hand to his head. "This is going to feel a little weird."

Milo flinched away from her reach somewhat, but then stopped when a soothing vibe swathed over his aching body. He moaned faintly as the feeling cloaked over the rest of him. He individually relaxed muscles that had been tensed in the effort to resist from crying out. "Whats one thing you wish that I could remember?" he asked Sparrow peacefully.

Sparrow:
"I wish you could remember how much I fought for you." I answered.
"Fought for your attention, fought for your approval, fought for the right to be your girl." I smile a bit. My smile turned woeful. "I'm not even sure if you ever understood. I didn't always do it for the right reasons, or in the right way. But I always fought for you, Milo. Whatever I had to do, I just... couldnt let you go."

I dont think I'll ever spell 'remember' wrong again. Haha XD


The question that I had to ask next bothered me. "Did I?" I asked straight faced. "Did I fight for you?"

Emily
Well...awkward...
I stay silent, pressing my lips into a thin line as i heal him. Some knock to the head he got. No wonder he forgot.... What the heck happened? Though...maybe I know the answer to that...

Sparrow:
"Sometimes," I could see the relief/underlying doubt in his eyes. "But not always."

This wasnt a conversation meant for Emily, and I felt bad that she was subject to it but I could hardly stop now. Maybe this was good. Maybe she wouldnt hate me so much, knowing a little more about how I work. Maybe she'll have nice things to say about me for a first. Maybe she'll tell Ami, and Ami will finally understand why being with Milo is so important to me, even if I dont deserve him.
...Nahhh.

I could see that she didn't want to talk about it now. "Really..." I said, leaving the conversation open for another time. Emily moved her hand over me, crawling inch by inch. After a few more moments of awkwardness I smoothly said "Someone fill me in on how I got like this." wincing slightly as another gash closed I turned my head to Emily. "Whats your best guess on how I got these?" I asked "As in literally."

Emily
I take a breath. "Not sure you've met Ami yet again...but she's got another side. Ayakashi. And...that side doesn't really like you much..." To put it lightly, it seems. "I'm just...you know...guessing..." But by Sparrow's look it seems to be right.

"Not what I meant, but that answer is helpful too." Milo says frowning. How in the hell did he get this banged up...by a girl? He smothered his face in his pillow, and continued to frown in a disheveled manner. Raising his voice so he could be heard through the downy fluff he asked "Why do I remember feathers?"

Sparrow:
"Sanae is an angel or something. She has feathery wings. Ami is an experiment, by the way," I explained, catching on the the holes in our explanations, "She is... telekinetic? And her evil alter-ego Ayakashi goes batshit every now and again and starts throwin people around. Obnoxiously bitter people, like Sanae."

Emily
"Really now? I remember helping you, little human."
I turn to the door, Sanae leaning in the door, watching him carefully. Oh. Well. That might explain a bit.
Black wings out, fanning gently, a small smile on her face. "Finally realize you bit off a bit more than you can chew? Or, i suppose not. You still defended it to the end."
