Milo trudged along, his eyes ahead on the backs of the two stranger girls and his closest friend. Not for the first time he wondered how they had all gotten here, and why did the quiet girl put him on edge? Something in the corner of his vision caught his attention and he called ahead to the rest of the company. "Guys, this way." He took a sudden step to the right and pushed through a few last straggly pieces of growth before emerging onto a rocky cliff with a wide-spread view of their surroundings.

Wolf
I turn, doubling back next to the little kid. Instinct was being annoying around him. People in general. It made me uneasy as I push a large tropical leaf out of the way and step out a little on the cliff. Sticking near the forest though, not going to the edge like Milo. i inhale deeply, trying to get the scent of salt from my nose. But it's /everywhere/. Just blue stretching out in the direction of the cliffs, no neighbor islands at all.


(OH! Idea for the plot!)

sooo...i barly remember this story. had to read it in school four years ago...

but its about this dude who gets ship wrecked, and then he finds some other guy alone in a mansion whose ocd with hunting, so his mansion is full of all his trophies and stuff. But he got bored with animals, so he turned to hunting humans because their intelegence makes the hunt more exciting. Mehbeh we can use the same scenario, only they're all sort of...shipped there or something.

Ah! The Most Dangerous Game! That's an interesting story, right there . . . although if we used it, we would prolly have to move this to fanfic, if that even matters at all.

I think it sounds cool. Although . . . we would have to keep finding ways to keep the plot going. Different plotlines and such other than "Let's not get killed, alright? Alright."

well... getting off the island problem... and whatever may occur if we do if we get that far...

but that doesn't really go with Ende's whole villain wanting to watch the world burn either.

I like the idea of the most dangerous game, we could throw twists in there like someone decides to join him whether against their will or because it benefits them. Or there could be another group of people who are pitted against us or something. I dunno. I really like it though.

Sorry I've been a little off the map.
So now we're fighting for our lives on an uncharted island, running from the crazed villian - most likely played by ende...

I jogged up the edge of the cliff, trying to keep my dignity as my foot slipped on an unstable rock.
"Whats going on?" I asked, huffing and puffing a little bit. It was the tribal weirdo and some frail girl.

Milo's face turned dark for a moment as the looked out over the ocean. No comforting green and grey patches were to be seen...only blue, blue, and more sickly greenish blue piled on top. Shaking his head slightly he started looking around the island that they were actually on. About 5 miles out there was an odd un-natural wound in the land. "Thats..." Milo started searching for the right word. He narrowed his eyes. "I don't think this island is as un-inhabited as it seems."

"W'as he talking about?" I asked the girl, but I got a blank stare.

Wolf
I sigh, inhale again. Nothing but salt. It was giving me a damn headache. "I don't smell any fresh water," I murmur before I can catch myself. I freeze a moment, feel my fangs behind my lips. I press them shut to a thin line. No water but blood. They get too close and I can smell it beneath their skin. My eyes flash blue a moment and I look away to where Milo was looking. An odd little clearing in the jungle, like a fell tree but...more artificial.

Milo turned, his brows furrowing. "Smell...?" He asked a tone half-way between confused and amused drifting through his voice.

I threw up my hands in the air and groaned. "HELLO? Live person over here! Holy shit, whats it take to get a little attention on this fucking spit of dirt."

Wolf
"Smell," i confirm, still studying the spot. "My senses are...more then they should be." Glancing over at the kid...Finch, gritting my fangs slightly. He's close. I can smell his blood.
"And we're stuck on an island. But I think you already knew that," I say to the girl...Sparrow. Too many birds...

"No shit sherlock," I rolled my eyes. "Who are you again?" A little kid looked up at me, clearly weirded out. "And whos the kid?" I jabbed a thumb at him.

"Lay a hand on him and you wont ever have to worry about your 'senses' again." Milo growled underneath his breath as he took in the way the girl was sniffing the boy. If she was telling the truth she would be the only one who would hear him.

"Finch." the boy said sticking out his hand to the loud one.

Wolf
People reject that which they fear. They threaten that which is a threat. Destroy that which they don't understand. I'm used to it but his words are still like a frozen knife. Stabbing and infecting. I harden with it like ice, my eyes reflecting the serene blue as if I was made of the stuff. My jaw tightens, I turn on my heel and flick aside a large leave, going into the shadows again.
