Live, laugh...Hate?

Josh: "Okay," I shrugged. I noticed she had on earbuds. "What are you listening to?"

Derek: "Move over." I tilted my head to the side for her to stand back. Of course I could break into a locker. Especially since I had been sure to swipe a universal key from the janitor when his back was turned. Best weapon for pulling pranks.

Stephanie: I glanced down at my MP3 player for a second, because I honestly didn't even know what I was listening to. I looked back up to him, and mouthed AC/DC, uncertain because not many people liked classic rock anymore.

Zip: I watched him pull out a key and unlock my locker. I brushed by him, getting my books and then I looked at him with a grateful smile. "Thanks so much." I said, my dimples coming out.

Josh: I nodded. "Nice." I had heard a few of their songs, but didn't listen to much music in general.

Derek: "No problem. I'm Derek." I smirked at her, seeing she had dimples. Maybe she was a little hotter than I had thought.

Stephanie: I smirked, and pulled out an earphone so I could hear him better. I didn't want to be rude, of course. This would be a lot easier if I had my notepad...but I would live if I just had to mouth the words. Yeah, they're one of my favorite artists

Josh: I realized she might not like to mouth all her sentences. I pulled out my History notebook and a pen and handed them to her after flipping to an open page. "I've only heard a few of their songs."

Stephanie: I grabbed the pen, and notebook. I wrote on the page, and showed it to him, You have? What ones?

Josh: "TNT, and some others I don't remember." I smiled sheepishly, knowing how lame I probably sounded if she knew about music.

Stephanie: I've always like that one, and What Do You Do for Money Honey. I have some AC/DC songs on here if you'd like to listen to them, they might be the ones you forgot. I didn't care that he forgot some of them, you can't possibly remember everything in the entire world, right?

Josh: I shrugged with a smile. "Sure, why not? I'd feel better if I actually knew more about what we were talking about." I chuckled.

Stephanie: I smiled wide, and handed him an earphone, preceding to find all of the songs. Is the music too loud? I wrote, because well, I definately listened to my music louder than I actually should. Like people five feet away from me could hear it, maybe even people eight feet away.

Josh: I wrote back, since I doubted she'd hear me over the noise, "nope, perfect volume." What a lie. But I didn't want to seem like a wuss who couldn't listen to loud music, so I gritted my teeth and tried to act as if I listened to music this loud.

Stephanie: I rolled my eyes, and laughed silently to myself. I turned down the music for him. You can't fool me... I wrote lightheartedly. If I was able to speak, I would've done it in a singsong voice too..

Josh: I chuckled. Then wrote back how can you already know me so well?

Stephanie: I shrugged, I don't know. Just not being able to speak and everything, I've learned how to read people easily.

Josh: Lucky you, I never know how people are feeling unless they tell me. I thought of Ashley, who thought I'd pick up hints that she was unhappy. I had no clue that she had wanted to break up until she said it. There was a rumor going around that she had transferred here, too. Do you know a girl named Ashley? Dark hair and eyes...

Stephanie: I don't think I have, sorry. You know what I don't know about you? Your name.

Josh: Whoops, you're right. My name's Josh, what's yours?

Stephanie: I'm right for once? Cool! Kidding. I'm Stephanie.

Josh: I chuckled. No, I think you've been right twice. You knew I didn't like loud music. Stephanie? I don't hear that name much, but it's pretty. Tell me more about you. Is AC/DC all you listen to?

Stephanie: I smiled when I read the 'my name is pretty' part. Thanks. No, not all. I listen to that, hm...Queen, The Beatles, Van Halen, Kiss, Led Zeppelin...mostly stuff from the 80's, but I do listen to some newer rock and alternative also.

Josh: I know the Beatles, obviously and Van Halen. Led Zeppelin I've heard of but never listened to. And Kiss isn't really my style. If you haven't figured it out, I don't know much about music. I smiled sheepishly.

Stephanie: Well, I don't really listen to Kiss that much, I just couldn't think of anything else to write. I smiled sheepishly as well, but switched it to a regular one. Don't be embarrassed, I wouldn't exactly call myself an expert on everything related to music.

Josh: You know more about it than I do. You'll have to introduce me to some more music sometime. I have to go to class, but you think we can meet up later? I pulled out my ear bud.
