Derek - "No one here can be trusted really, not that it's their fault," I say.

Anastasia - "True," I agree with Derek.

Serena: My eyes flicked over to the guy who had talked to me through telepathy. I'm no traitor. If he only knew how hard I was trying not to be.

Katherine: "Agreed." Derek's statement was true. Very true, but what the sad part was...it had to be. You couldn't trust anyone here.

Johnny: "Never said it was their fault. I'm just saying: we need to be careful with what we say..." I sifted through Serena's mind more. But you can't control when they'll... tune in? I mean, your vision and stuff like that? Are you on their side?

Serena: Quit creeping through my thoughts. I'm not on their side, as much as they wish I were.

(Holy crap, has anyone else noticed this chat is really popular right now?)

Johnny: I grinned, and looked at her. I really shouldnt be invading, I'm sorry. But... do you know if they're gonna kill us? I was glad i wasn't speaking. It was easier to keep my thoughts steady than my voice.

oh yeah... congrats.

Mikey: I hoped that no one would notice me sneaking away from the group. I felt uncomfortable with all these people around, so I quietly left the area. I found my secret hideout, and I uncovered the vine, and went inside. Carefully placing the vine back, I waited to see if anyone noticed me.

Johnny: My eyes narrowed as Mikey began leaving. I read his thoughts, he felt uncomfortable. "Where're you going?" I accused. He didnt mean any harm, so said his mind, but... he could be masking it..

Mikey: Oh crap, I was noticed. "I'm hiding out. I don't really like big groups."

Serena: I held his gaze, as if we were having a conversation, though my lips didn't move. I was much more comfortable speaking through my mind. Short sentences, like I usually used, seemed more acceptable through telepathy. They aren't killing me, I'm their experiment. If their tests on me go well, they'll send out more of my kind. As for you, if you show them you might be of value, then you'll be the last to go.

Johnny: I frowned. There's still the implication that I will die... in the end... I dont mean to sound like a wimp, but I'm 17, dying isn't really high on my to-do list... The creases in my eyebrows deepened. What are the values they need?
"Yeah?" I said to Mikey. "Well i dont like being cooped in a testing facility.... So i guess we're both disappointed."

Mikey: "Do I really need to stay in the group? Aren't we supposed to be killing each other?"

Serena: You just need to be special. Show them that you don't need them, but they need you.

Johnny: "WHo said so?" I asked angrily. No one mentioned killing the other people. I wouldnt kill them. Becuase.... that was what they wanted. Are they listening in some way right now?

Serena:Not that I know of, though they could chime in at any time. It's probably better if you don't talk to me. They can see right through my eyes when the buzzing begins. Although, you probably already knew that, having stalked through my thoughts.

Mikey: "Just nevermind."

Johnny: I chuckled, then stopped, realizing that no one else could've heard our conversation. "Dont kill eachother," i said. "It's what they want." How's that?

Mikey: "I just don't know what to do anymore. Maybe after 32 days, I've finally gone insane."

((How's what?))

Johnny: Hm... I went through his thoughts and memories. He sure wasn't stable, but who was? "I don't think you're insane."
