Marie: I smiled "That's sweet of you, but no, I'm okay"

Dwyre: I smiled "yes, I do suppose I have many od secrets"

Kyri: "....... What's it like to live for so long?" i asked. I'd been wondering about that a lot in the last week or so, and even more now...... since i now had to keep myself alive, well.... i was going to live a really, really long time. and that scared me. I wasnt sure i wanted that.... to see everything grow and change and everyone age and turn to dust in front of me..... i wasnt sure i could handle it.

Bryce frowned, "Are you sure you seem cold?" He didn't want her to freeze to death on him.

Marie: I smiled and then kissed his cheek boldly "I'm sure"


Dwyre: I blinked "I do not know, a year can seem as long as a decade or pass in the blink of an eye for me. My people are near timeless, lving as long as the force of earth and magic intermingle in harmony." I said softly "We are not creatures of flesh and blood, but creatures of magic and the soil beneath your feet. And thus, we perceive time like earth, stretching infinetly, existing in past present and future."

Kyri: I blinked, surprised. "Whoah.... that's..... pretty deep, actually. At least you're able to deal with it..... im not sure im going to be able to deal with living for ages." i admitted.

Dwyre: I raised an eyebrow "You find me shallow?"

Kyri: "I was too focused on how annoying you are to consider the fact that you may actually possess any kind of significant intellect." i said bluntly.

Dwyre: I chuckled "I forget you are merely of human intellect"

Kyri: "Or maybe you're just so annoying that its hard to focus on anything else when you're around." i suggested.

Dwyre: I smiled "Three inches to your left foot, seven feet down a mouse is feeding her twelve babies a grasshopper and some acorns"

Bryce smiled, if he could blush he would of. "What was that for?" He asked curiously. It wasn't that he didn't like but he was curious.

Marie: I smiled "It's sweet of you to be concerned about me" I said, blushing slightly

Kyri: "Okay. That's not intelligence, that's just good senses." i pointed out. And what did a mouse have to do with anything anyways?

Dwyre: I smiled "Oh a clever response, very interesting" I said pleasently

Kyri: "Oh, what, suddenly im a gibbering idiot? Im smarter than im sure you'd like to believe, you know." i informed him. Since when was i incapable of making a clever remark? I may not be as old as him, but i wasnt dumb.

Dwyre: I smiled "Close-minded then, not unintelligent"

Kyri: "All right, that's possible. I do sort of get tunnel vision sometimes. I get determined to do something and that's all i really focus on until i achieve my goal." i said, shrugging.

Dwyre: 'And your goal is to degrade me in any way possible"

Kyri: "Not really, no. You just frustrate me is all. You're annoying and never just answer questions normally and..... well, i could go on, but i won't. Im not really trying to degrade you or whatever, you just annoy me supremely." i said, trying to explain things sort of clearly.

Dwyre: I chuckled "I see..."

Kyri: "Good." i said, glad that had gotten through. I wasnt good at explaining my own feelings or anything..... even though sometimes it was necessary.

Dwyre: 'You should sleep little vampire" Isaid gently "I will watch through the night"

Kyri: I paused for a moment, instinctively wanting to argue, but i really was tired and so i relented without a fuss. "All right." i said, laying down and curling up on the ground, trying to be careful not to disturb the dragon too much. "And Dwyre....? ......Thanks." i said quietly before drifting off, exhaustion quickly pulling me away into a deep sleep.

Dwyre: I smiled and looked up at the moon, humming a song softly. A Barn owl Hooted and I sighed, the paladin lighting on my shoulder "No, nothing yet." The owl blinked it's black orbs once and vanished in a whisp of smoke, curling through the trees
