Turning the Tables

Gale: "No, im not, nor do i wish to be. My point is that comedy is not a waste of time. And i am not obsessed with comedy, i simply don't see the point in taking everything completely seriously all the time. Besides, when i joke, a seek only to amuse myself. Incidentally, i am successful in my self amusement." i replied.

Aella: I narrowed my eyes, looking him over "I don't lik you"

Gale: I shrugged indifferent. "Fair enough. You're entitled to your own opinion. I find you amusing." i informed her.

Aella: I crossed my arms "I'm not funny!"

Gale: "You are to me. Its becuase you get mad over tiny things." i said honestly. "Your overreactions are hilarious."

Aella: I growled, clenching my fists "Excuse me for not liking when people are LAUHGING at me!"

Gale: "...... But i haven't laughed at you......" i pointed out. I had teased, yes, but i hadnt laughed at her...... at least i was pretty sure i hadnt....

Aella: I growled "You don't have to make sound to be lauging at soemone"

Gale: "Indeed, indeed..... but if it helps, i wasnt mentally laughing at you either. There is a difference between amusement and laughter, especially unkind laughter." i reasoned.

Aella: "Well SO glad I amuse you"

Gabriel nodded and shrugged slightly. "Why run? You should stand up for yourself. Honestly even if you get the crap beaten out of you you will feel better." He back and closed his eyes.

Kadian: I sighed. "Believe me, i know. I could totally take them..... but if my brother finds out i was fighing again, and he will, and i get hurt, which i will even if i come out on top...... well, he'll be upset, and i don't want that. Besides, fighting will just give the school another reason to think im some kind of delinquent and i don't wanna get kicked out, if only for my dad and brothers' sakes." i said. If it werent for the consequences of fighting, i would happily put them in their place....


Gale: I smiled a tiny bit. "Good. Im glad you're glad. Im glad too.... i have precious little to amuse me these days...."

Aella: I growled "That was sarcasm you bonehead" I snapped, crssing my arms. I felt my cheeks heat slightly. WHy the hell would he be glad that I was glad?

Ryder put on his glamour with much distaste. He didn't likie pretending to be something he wasn't but the laws are clear. You can't let the humans know of the Fay's existence. Still he hated wearing his glamour, he felt that it was a diminshed version of his true form. He left his apartment he uses when he uses his human glamour. Walking towards the elevator he thought of why he was even here in the first place. A company he developed was in trouble and if he wanted it to not crash into the ground he had to come to fix problems.

Gabriel nodded slightly. He didn't really understand half if what she was saying but he just nodded. He stood up and looked at her. "Want me to take you home?"

Aella: I opened my mouth to say something when a hand clamped down on my shoulder and I froze. "Aella" my father growled, anger clear in his voice. That one word, just my name was all it took for my confidence to bleed out of me. To be replaced by the overwhelming conviction that this latest dissapppointment to him was my fault, just like it always was. "What are you doing HERE?!" His fingers tighetend in a bruising grip and I ignored the urge to wince. I licked my lips "I-I was going fr my afternon jog dad" I said lamely, knwoing he wouldn't accept that. And he didn't "Oh really? Your afternoon jog includes being a lazy useless girl flirting with some random creep in a graveyard?" He growled. A flash of anger crossed me "I was not! flirt-" "Quiet!" he snapped, shaking me roughly

Gale: Oh lovely. The malicious pig of a male parental unit was here....... and the longer he stayed here, the angrier i got at his actions. I supposed i could move my plan forward.... it was highly inconvenient, as i had intended to wait until the middle of the night when the girl and her despicable father were asleep, but it was still doable, if i was careful. Fortunately the place was deserted...... i reached into a pouch at my belt and scoooped out a small handful of a clear, shimmering powder and blew it right into both of their faces. This should knock them both right out.....


Kadian: "Oh? Uhm, that's really nice of you, but i think i'll be okay.... im pretty sure the people after me will all have gone home by now. They arent THAT determined." i said, chuckling. Why was a random stranger asking to take me home anyways....? Kind of wierd...

GAbriel shrugged and leaned his back against the tree. "Alright then. Good luck with your life." He said closing his eyes. He just wanted to blend in and he was acting like a creep.
