Daughter of Darkness

Dani woke up.......

Artemis remained twitching on the ground, electricity still coursing through her.
Drake kneed one in the gut and stabbed the others leg.

Mirissa let the shadows begin creeping up Mason's leg's.

Dani pulled herself up and glared at the boys attacking Mason. Meanies. She pulled the ever present blade from her belt and stabbed the one on his back in the back.

Kale growled as the pain, but he just tightened his grip on him, not letting go.
Jamison groaned, falling back, only to come at him and slam his head into the rock wall, then turned to Dani. Boy had he been wanting to do this for a while. He picked her up and threw her into the wall.

Artemis- still twitching
Drake- slowly the lack of oxygen got to him, and he passed out

Kale let go of him and went over to Artemis. "Are you alright?"

Mirissa waited for Artemis's answer.

Dani cried out as she hit the wall but being stubborn as she was she didn't pass out. Instead she pulled herself to her feet and glared at him. "You're being mean again." She acused.

Jamison glared at her and made a rock hit her in the stomach.

Dani doubled over and coughed, hard.

Jamison walked over and pinched her on a pressure point, pressing hard enough to make her pass out.

The gun was still pulsing electricity through artemis, leaving her unable to answer. She quickly passed out

Kale removed the gun, throwing it into the wall with enough force to make it break. "Artemis? Artemis?" He patted her face.

Artemis stirred slightly, a groan escaping her lips. wow, everything hurt

"Artemis!" Kale smiled widely and lifted her up so she was resting on him, even though it did hurt emensly. Jamison walked over and took the knife out of his back which made him grimace.

Artemis blinked, coming to. What was she on? it was.. soft? that wasnt the cement... whoa. she blinked hard again, realizing she was on the strange boy. She nearly wanted to pull back, but was too weak, and truthfully- it felt rather nice

"Are you feeling alright?" Kale asked as he watched her, his face looking a little more pale from the amount of blood loss and effort that had just been used in the scuffle.

"yeah" she croaked, not attempting to move off him "splendid"

Kale helped her sit up, keeping his hands light on her shoulders, just incase she fell over, watching her worriedly.

Artemis swayed, finding it hard to decipher which way was up or down. so she soon found herself in his lap again.. she was in a complete strangers lap.. she didn't even know his name. She didn't bother to right herself though, what did it matter anyway?

Kale frowned. "I'm going to take that as a no." He sighed and watched her carefully. "Does either of you know the way out of here?"

Artemis shook her head weakly "mirissa use to try and escape, but you can see where that landed her. "

Kale looked at her and nodded. "Jamison. Do your thing."
Jamison nodded, bending down and putting his hand to the earth, his eyes closing, his hair falling slightly to the side and showing his mark as he did so.

(I thought jam. was unmarked with powers while kale was powerless but had a mark..? o.o)
Artemis watched him wearily "what is he doing?"

really? oh...ok, nevermind that part then haha sorry

Kale looked at her and smiled. "Following the tunnels. He's an Earth bender."

Artemis continued to watch him, her strength slowly returning but she didn't make any move to get up... she had no clue why though
