Artemis humphed and tentatively scooted closer "..you play?"

Capria shook her head and shrugged. "No clue... I thought I just might wander for a while until I find someone," she said with a slightly sigh. She looked around the house, not recognizing anything around here.

Brendon watched her for a moment. "At least follow me to town, then at least you'll be a little more safe."


Mark smiled and nodded. "Ya, I play. I played with KISS once, before they became big and famous." He shrugged.

Artemis eyed him "you're messing with me" she accused

Capria pursed her lips. "Fine," she said, raising an eyebrow. She was still in the outfit she had arrived in, dark jeans and a band tee shirt. The jeans were hanging more loosely on her hips now, as she had lost weight, sitting in the room.

"Come on." Brendon said, motioning her to follow as he headed back towards the general direction that town was in, opening his mind to be able to find the energy traces that radiated off of it.

Mark shook his head and laughed. "No, really. We had a little garage band for awhile there and I played with them occasionally. Then they got signed and that was the last I heard from them. I was good friends with The Beatles though. Bunch of goofs, they were."

Capria followed after him, looking around. Then she realized what she had left behind. "Aw, my job," she muttered, running a hand through her tangled waves.

"You were just let go from who knows how long of being held prisoner...and all you can think about is your job?" Brendon asked incredulously.

Artemis shook her head and turned away "you're messing with me" she decided

Mark chuckled and shook his head and pulled out his wallet and handed it to her. "Look in there. It's all pictures from through out the years. Take a look, you'll find them in there."

Artemis eyed him wearily as she took the picture, still not believing him. She flipped it over and gasped.
... guess he was telling the truth.
"you're immortal" she stated, sounding like an idiot

Capria looked at him, her expression a match of his. "What? If I'm going to get my life together... You know, nevermind. You're right," she said softly.

Mark chuckled saddly and nodded. "Yes. You can look through the rest of the pictures if you want. I think there's even one of me in bellbottoms." He cringed at the thought and shook his head before going back to picking at his guitar.

Brendon just stared at her for a minute then shook his head and went back to finding their way to town.

Artemis found said picture and stared at it for a moment before breaking out in a peal of delighted laughter. She stopped short, the action felt weird..

Mark watched her and smiled. "I will say, I never looked like a hippy." He said and sighed, his eyes looking sad again.

Capria followed after him, keeping her lips sealed. She didn't want to be annoying or anything. Her momories started to come back to her. She had quit... Her family moved... She had nothing. She tangled her hand in her blue hair and sighed.

Artemis handed back the stash of photo's "what-what are we going to do now?"

Grace is still passed out in Mark's car.....lolz

Mark ran a hand through his hair. "Run I guess." He murmered, setting the guitar down, easily slipping his happy jovile mood over everything else. He gave her a small smile. "We'll wait for Brendon to get here."

"Do you have family?" Brendon asked after a long moment.

Artemis looked around curiously "where is he?"

"He was bringing a prisoner that was at the house." Mark said as he picked up his guitar again and began to play absently.

"right" artemis sighed, turning away. she buried her head in her hands and listened to him play, the sound soothing him

Capria sighed and shrugged. "Somewhere," she said. "I can remember it now... They left, they left before I was taken." Her feet were still moving, but her mind was away. The feeling just felt robotic and cold to her.
