Sound of Madness

Remy wrapped he ankle and rolled it a couple times before standing. Her ankle still pained her, but it was much better now.

Demi walked around the house she once lived in. "Hey, Paris?" she asked, stopping by her room. She never really talked to her, but hen again never had the chance.

Paris was in her room, putting together an outfit tomorrow and trying to keep Julian off of her mind. She looked up when someone said her name, and smiled. "Oh hello...no offense, love, but I thought you were kicked out."

"Wasn't kicked out...left on my own free will. I'm here to visit people. And I actually had a question. I'm going to a party later, and I was wondering if you knew of a way I could find a cute summer dress last minute." Demi knew that Paris was one of the people to go to. Carly was her first choice, because of her love of fashion, but that wouldn't work out seeing as she hated Demi.

(lol, just realized that both Paris and Carly are into that stuff xD)

"I may have something you could wear, your about my size," Paris said, sizing her up. Paris was a little thinner than Demi, but...she could try. She nodded at her closet. "See if anything catches your eye. if it does, I can add something to make it more...you."

"Thank you." Demi smiled to her as he went into her closet. She pawned through the clothing slowly. She finally came across a purple summer dress. "Is it ok if I borrow this?" she asked as she picked it up.

(since when is purple a summer color? Lol, or is it a light purple?)

Paris nodded. "Definitely. Try it on and make sure it fits properly, though."

(it's purple, but not quite lavender)

Demi slid into the bathroom across the hall. She slipped on the dress and smiled as it fit her. Some dresses you knew where just perfect for you, and this was one of the rare ones that was for her.
"it fits." she told Paris.

(hmm)

"Great, have fun at your party," Paris said absentmindedly.

Devon walked upstairs, CDs in his hand. "Demi?" He called.

(a light purple...damn iPod)

"Thank you." Demi smiled to her before walking off to Devons voice. "Hey." she smiled to him as she ran to his side. "Hey you."

(ahh, okay haha)

Davon grinned at her, then noticed the dress and raised his eyebrows. "Wow, you look...amazing in that." He leaned down and kissed her quickly, then pressed the CDs into her hand. "Happy birthday."

Demi smiled up to him when he kissed her. "Thank you...you really didn't need to get me anything...thanks." she wrapped her arms around him in a hug.

"What kind of boyfriend would I be if I didn't?" Devon said in a low voice, in case people were around, and hugged her back. Hugs looked innocent enough, right?

Demi smiled up to him when he said boyfriend. "Should we go?" she wanted to take his hand, but decided against it.

"Yeah, sure." Devon ran his hand through his hair to resist the urge too, and instead led her out to his car. "DEMI AND I ARE GOING TO A PARTY BYE GUYS."

Then he shut the door and went to the car with her.


Carly rolled her eyes at his announcement. "Yeah they're "not" together, alright."

Demi walked over to the car and climbed into the passenger seat. She smiled over to him as he joined her. She put the CDs on the back seat, she could grab them later.

"We could play one on the way if you want," Devon offered as he started up the car and began to drive to the beach.

(Kaler: Oh, uh, I think she was asking why he was drawing a living room )

"Yeah, drawing a living room is kinda...odd. But okay." Dana shrugged.

"Nah...that involves opening the packaging which usually leads to breaking or bending back a nail painfully." Demi shrugged. "Plus the beach isn't that far."

"You're such a girl," Devon scoffed with a chuckle. Break a nail? Biggest cliche in the book.

"You know you love me." Demi grinned to him. "Do you know how painful it is to bend back a nail?"

"No. I'm a guy." Devon pulled into the beach parking lot and got out. "We're here."

Max: I paused. "Did you want to say something to me?" I asked. I was so awkward around people.

"What? No..." Dana raised an eyebrow.

"no, I thought you were a girl." Demi rolled her eyes at him and smiled lightly. She climbed out of the car and took his hand.
