Karma: I cackled at Laila. "Don't worry, I won't tell, since it's not part of your lifeline. At least not yet, if ever." Then I glared at Eric. "He has enough of his own karma to take responsibility for. And you'll die in the end, anyway, even if it's not from karma."

Eric- "Doesn't everyone?"

Laila- "She doesn't. Karma just keeps going on and on, lifetime after lifetime. Must be pretty miserable."

Karma: I frowned at Laila. "Actually I quite like it. Living forever fills me with power," I cackled.

Laila- Her cackling was really starting to bug me. "Power isn't everything you know."

Eric- I raise my eyebrows at that. Power was my main aspiration.

Karma: I glanced at Eric. "We have more in common than you'd think, and power is about as close to 'everything' as anything gets," I snapped to the girl.

Laila- I laugh. "You know, I feel really sorry for you if that's what you truly think. There is so much more to life than power. Important things that exist even within people who have no control at all."

Karma: "Do. Not. Pity. Me." I hissed and my eyes lit up like fire. I sometimes allowed my spirit form to slip through, when I wanted to be extra frightening.

Caleb- Karma really looked frightnening now. Out of pure instant reaction, I step in front of Laila again.

Eric- I watched in awe as Karma got even more scarier. Now doubt, she had power. Laila was either incredibly brave, or incredbly stupid. No, she was incredibly angry which was even worse. She wasnt thinking ,and I hoped her brain would return to her soon.

Karma: I rolled my eyes and the flames vanished, which was scarier than the flames themselves. "Eric, she is all three. Stupidity fuels bravery, which fuels anger."

Laila- I roll my eyes and step past Caleb. Then, I glare at Eric.

Eric- "I have no idea what you are talking about."

Karma: I smirked. "It's only the truth Laila - learn to embrace it."

Laila- I wondered if she had fun toying with people. It fraustrated me to no end, that even though I hated it, there was absolutely nothing I could do about it.

Karma: "Toying with people? Why of course, it's one of my pleasures in life, Laila. There are few people that I care about. Anyone I do not care about I 'toy with' as you put it."

Laila- "I didn't say anything," I say through gritted teeth.

Karma: "Well of course not. You thought it. But words and thoughts tend to run together for Mythics like me."

((Aw, bye!))

Laila- "Don't you ever feel even the least bit bad for reading people's thoughts like that?"

(Where can I jump back in?)

Karma: "Not at all, I've been raised on peoples' thoughts," If that made any sense. I wasn't here to make sense, after all.

((Anywhere really...)

Eric- "Raised on people's thoughts?"

Karma: "Meaning, I have been taught in the use of peoples' thoughts since I was little. Make more sense?"

Eric- "I suppose so."

Laila- "That must of been one heck of an upbringing."I say sarcastically.

Caleb- I really wish Laila would just be quiet. I silently ask Karma to just ignore her.

Karma: "Do not command me Caleb - Laila, even rude comments rack up karma for you in the future."

Eric- Oh great. If rude comments can rack up your karma, well i've done a lot worse than just say rude things. I don't even want to think about how my future looks. "Um, Karma? Exactly how does that work?"

Karma: "Anything negative you do earns you bad karma, or torture. Anything positive you do earns you good karma, or well happy turns of events. Simple enough..."

Eric- "How bad is bad karma? And who's to decide what's positive or negative?"
