Daughter of Darkness

Peter sighed and went to shake his head, paused, then finished shaking his head. "No, you don't want to know about it." He murmered.

Gabrielle scooted closer "and if I do?"

Dani smiled, "She could talk with animals, and make things come to life. Little things, like a coffee cup or a pencil. Nothing fancy. She would put on little shows for us." Dani frowned, "There was something else but I can't remember what it was. I know the other power was really strong though."

Peter looked at her, his eyes sad and haunted. "I really don't think you do." He whispered.

"but I think you need to talk about it" gabrielle reasoned softly "and I'm here to listen. so talk" she squeezed his hand again, rubbing small circles with her thumb

Coral smiled in amazement "really? what was she like?"

Dani smiled closing her eyes. Her memories of when their mom was alive were perfect, no pain in them. "She was kind, the gentlest person you could've ever met. She loved to play with any animal, wither it was a lizard or a puppy. She was always there when I managed to hurt myself, which was often. I was a pretty clumsy child. She aways knew what to do to make us stop crying. She loved with every part of her being."

Coral frowned, trying to recall any bit of what she spoke "what did she look like?"

Peter looked down at their hands, taking his gaze from hers. That was like telling her to talk about her experiance in prison. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes, taking his memories and setting them in her mind, playing them like a real of film, each with sounds and giggles, his little chubby body chasing his dad, growling like a dinosaur. They continued, him getting older. He was about age five now, begging his parents to take him to town for the billionth time. They concented and they traveled into town, a two day journy filled with happyness. But once inside town.....the memories became slightly blurred and picked up again as they were being dragged away to the prison. He stopped short when the men went for his mother's cell, quickly pulling the memories back and tucking them away. It was his fault. All of it.

Gabrielle wrapped an arm around him, encasing his mind with her own, trying to comfort him. She didn't say anything, she knew words would do nothing, so she just offered him her silent company, hoping to help heal the wounds

Dani thought for a moment, trying to decide how to describe her. "Mom had long blonde hair, so soft it could have been used for a pillow. It was a bright color, not even a hint of brown in it. Her skin was a porslin white, not a freckle in sight, although there were scars. She had beautiful green eyes and was small, she looked so delicate, as if she would break if you touched her."

Peter leaned into her slightly, but tried to keep from to much physical contact. His body was still yearning for hers. He let her mind embrace him though, quickly letting it envelope him and protect him from the painful memories.

Coral was thoughtful for a moment, "I wish I could remember" she grumbled

Gabrielle took in a shaky breath, waiting a good amount of time before finally mumbling "I'm ready to go if you are"

Peter gave a small nod, pulling his mind away from her as he helped her stand and began to walk with her back into the woods.

Gabrielle let him lead her, remaining silent

((Umm, you said Coral is like Dani, you can decide how much. Dani's has short, very curly blonde hair to her chin. She is pale, from being underground so long. She's short and small with Icy blue eyes. She is covered in scars below her clothing and over her arms, none on her face.

kk, then coral is well on her way to being taller than her sister, though is still shorter than her at the moment. Her hair is the same, only goes down to the small of her back. her eyes are the same only more exotic shaped. and she has barely any scars

Dani smiled a little. "Maybe its a blessing in disguise that you can't." She said softly. "It makes you be able to see her however you want." And makes the fact she's gone easier to deal with. Dani added in her head, she wouldn't tell anyone but she desperately wished she didn't remember when her mother was alive. Having memories of the good times was almost as bad as never having any good times t all, perhaps worse.

Peter kept a hold of her hand as they walked. He stopped after a few hours and looked at her for a moment, his eyes studying her and her lips. Could he kiss her without getting carried away? He leaned in to press his lips to hers, but pulled away, deciding against it. He'd probably get carried away. He continued walking.

Seph brought the gaurds out and took them towards the entrance, and out the gate.

Artemis looked at kale and smiled "wanna go back to the green house?"

Gabrielle eyed him, confused as they continued walking.

Coral fell silent, thinking up fake memories of her mom

Mirissa woke and leaned into Jack with a smile, kissing him awake gently. "Good morning." She purred happily.

Kale smiled and nodded. "Alright." He stood and followed her.

Peter sighed and glanced at her and then looked back ahead, shaking his head. It was so hard. He wanted to just slam his head into a tree. His body was still craving her even after the hours of walking and being distracted.

Jack blinked a few times and smiled. "Morning." He murmered as he kissed her back gently.

((Oh, BTW Tay, since I finally had the time earlier I added the new bad Guy to I'm lost...))

Mirissa smiled and kissed him again, "Is it time for us to be social now?" She asked with a smile.

Ya, I saw. I'm trying to think of how to answer to it still. Sorry, my head is like BLAH obviously. You've seen my crappy posts.))


"Only if we have to," Jack murmered as he kissed her back, slipping inside her and staying there. He didn't want to leave and socialize, but he would if she made him.

Mirissa shivered happily and clung to him, "No," she murmured kissing hos neck. "We don't have to ......" she smiled mischievously and ran a hand down his side.
