To Love Is Nothing

Corrigan: When Anastasia had Alex's blood, I looked away. "Quick, cut yourself. I can't watch."

Anastasia - I put pressure on my hand with the knife and cut a small place on my palm. I put the blood into another vial and say, "I'm done, you can look."

Corrigan: "Good, now we better go get the others..."

Liz: I heard someone rap on my door, and ran to get it. I was beyond the point of thinking it might be Jake, but a girl could dream, right? I smiled at Corrigan and Anastasia. "So the plan worked? Fantastic!"

Anastasia - "Yes, but we need to go and fast so that Nadia doesn't come snooping around." I say.

Jake - I catch up with them ready to go ignoring Liz.

Corrigan: "Arlight, let's go then," We headed down the stairs, at a fast-paced speed.

Liz: I looked at Jake, who hadn't said a word to me. My heart broke. No, it shattered. Or worse. A small whimper escaped my lips, but I tried to keep it together as we all descended.

Jake - I kept stealing glances at Liz, but controlled myself, I could beg her to take me back when we got out.

Anastasia - I hurried to keep up with Corrigan.

Corrigan: We ran out of the mansion, and to the gates. Then I stepped back and let Anastasia take charge - she had the blood.

Anastasia - I went to the middle of the gate and poured the human blood on first. It rested on the pad, but when I poured Alex's blood in with it the lock burned open, "We're out." I say.

Corrigan: I grinned and waited for everyone to run out, then slammed the gates behind us. I grabbed Anastasia and kissed her. "We're free now."

Liz: I just stood in the sun, eyes closed, face tilted up, relishing the feeling on my face. The sun had a different quality outside of Alex's gates. Less depressing.

Jake - I stared at Liz, she looked beautiful in pure sunlight.

Anastasia - I giggled happily. "We're free," I repeated.

Liz: I blinked my eyes open and saw Jake staring at me. I looked away ashamedly. I couldn't lead him on, that would just be evil.

Corrigan: "So...now what?"

((I vote they all get situated or whatever, but that Alex will track them down at some point. So we can keep this a little paranormal...)))

((yes, that's just me thinking into the future, lol. we can see if that's how everything rolls out. Maybe the chat will go in a different direction as we go - who knows? That's the fun of it.))

Anastasia - "Happily ever after?" I smile looking up at him.

Jake - I sigh, "Liz, please talk to me."

Corrigan: "We should probably get some sort of taxi or something. Do you know where the nearest town is?"

Liz: "Okay...there I talked to you." I said stubbornly.

Anastasia - "Yeah, it's about half a hour away from here," I say.

Jake - "I mean about what happened," I roll my eyes.

Corrigan: "I guess we'll walk there then. We should stick with Liz and Jake, shouldn't we?"

Liz: I shrugged. "What else is there to say about it?"

Anastasia - "Yeah, they are having a lover's spat though," I comment,

Jake - "That we can make this, make us, work!" I yell.

Liz: My eyes widened and my words came out feebly "Please don't yell at me, Jake."

Corrigan: "True, which is exactly why we need to be there for them. I think we should all live near each other, don't you?"

Jake - "Then please let us try," I said weakly.

Anastasia - "Yeah," I smile, "I wouldn't want to leave Liz, she's going to be my maid of honor, you know." I laugh.

Corrigan: I chuckled. WHOA, she was talking about marriage?! "Maybe they'll sell us all some neighboring apartments..."

Liz: I chewed on my bottom lip. "You know I could get my powers taken away for trying? Immortality, when it kicks in? Seeing peoples' lifelines? Dimension-travelling?"

Anastasia - "I'm not thinking of it soon!" I tell him seeing the look on his face, "maybe not even to you," I tease. "but in all seriousness I think they will sell us one."

Jake - "Then don't try, I don't care," I turn away from her.

Corrigan: "Great. I thankfully remembered to grab my wallet before we left," It had more importance than just money. I had pictures of each of my brothers and my two sisters. And, unfortunately, one of my dad.

Liz: I grabbed Jake's arm and spun him back around. "You know I didn't mean it like that. You mean more to me than my powers. But..."
