Chaos in the city

Maddy looked at him sketically and shook her head. She wanted to say /What do you know?/ but, he had been flying, too. "Yeah, I know," She said quietly.

As for hero names, Maddy= Nevea, Nate= Magister (Latin for The Master)

Amelia: I laughed lightly and shook my head. The sun was setting, the day ending.

Garrett: "Why did you push yourself so far anyway?"

Maddy's eyes traveled to the sunset, which was giving her hair a piunkish glow. "I needed to find out my limits, get out of my comfort zone. And now I know how far I can go."

Garrett: "I see that." I muttered. "You better get out of here, Hero, and go into hiding. the city isnt happy with you guys."

Maddy laughed bitterly. "I could care less what the city thinks of me. They think they can drive us out after we saved their sorry asses? Likely." She looked a little flushed, bit smiled a little to herself.

Garrett: "Wait until they come at you with armed forced. You'll have other thoughts then." I opened my wings slowly. "Later klutz. Try not to crash into a group of hero haters." I jumped backwards off the edge of the building.

Maddy sighed, looking out aan let herself tip off the building, falling forward and gaining speed, like she was just falling. She slowed and flew upward, her hair catching around her face and shimmering like a spiderweb.

costume: Long, white coat with a black spade on the back, with a white mini skirt, white spaghetti strap top, and a white mask

Spades
The boy that I noticed in the alley looked back. My curiosity grew, but I knew it wasn't the time or place to dally. I wasn't in uniform, of course, but what if it was a hero?

Nate knelt down, searching through a pile of soggy boxes for his small bos and when he saw it, it seemed like a wave of relief nearly drowned him. He glanced back up nervously and took the small silver box in his pocket. What if she was a villan, or worse, a hero? What if she had been trying to steal his box. He stood straight and brushed himself off, holding her gave for a minute longer.

My deck of cards felt heavy in my pocket, and my hand itched to let one fly at the boy. Sometimes I was a kill first, ask questions later kind of person. Of course, that never did me any good, so I've been working on subduing that "Who are you?" I demand, crossing my arms

Nate used his powers to push back her anger a little and a curious smile popped onto his face. "My name is Nathaniel Pierce," he said, bowing slightly. Only if she was a super, would she know who he was, The Magister, the master.

I felt some of my anger dissipate, and I laughed, a chilling smile coming across my face "Of course you are" He was The Magister, then. I had heard all the stories. I took my deck of cards out of my pocket, shuffling them

AJ's brow raised slightly, "So, have you got a place to stay?"
He took a few steps closer to her, but not so close that is was a weird, in his mind anyway.

How do you think that I should get my villain girlie in?

Attack them maybe?

Amelia: "I used to...but it kinda just exploded." I looked at the building that was still on fire.

I think I'll just let her leap in unexpectedly some when...

"Follow me then," he sighed, "I think I can spare a room for a fellow hero and all that."
He looked back to the busted lift, wondering if he could risk going down there.
"Can you fly at all? Otherwise the lift will have to be the best choice."

Nate blinked once, knowing the girl by her signature. "And i take it that you're Ace of Spades?" He asked, knowing already.

(Your villan can meet Maddy)

Amelia: "I'll meet you back on the ground." I told him, adjusting my mask again before running to the building ledge and jumping off. I wrapped a shadow around me and I fell, using it as protection as I landed on the ground. The sidewalk cracked under my boots, but i was perfectly fine beacuse of the shadow. "Coming?" I called up to him, removing the shadows from around me.

I laughed again "That's what they call me, yes. But I prefer a simple Spades" I put the cards back in my pocket, my eyes shimmering with amusement.

Typical girls; all wanting to beat the guys.
He walked back off of he edge and onto the lift. He kicked the box and it dropped, missing the ground by mere centimetres.
"I need to get better at timing," AJ tisked, climbing off, "and yes; I am coming. Unfortunately, not all of us has a handy power."
Quickly, he looked around, seeing if he could find anything that he could hi-jack. Usually there was always a car or a motorbike or something similar lying around.
"Come on; we need to keep going before anyone turns up like my typical luck will let me go for."

Amelia: I laughed as he called my power handy. If only he knew. "c'mon, i have a motorbike a little ways away." I said, starting down the street.

AJ nodded before beginning to walk, his cape flapping in the wind behind him. He specially wanted a cape; they were pretty cool to him, plus Superman had one.
"I personally have a small love for motorbikes."

I think he might want a cape XD

Nate nodded, looking at her, his eyes glinting brightly. "Well, coincidence running into you here. I suppose you've heard the news, then?"

Amelia: "You might have to get rid of the cape though...might get caught on the back wheel." I said, climbing onto my small black and electric blue bike. I powered on the bike.
