Sound of Madness

"Thanks. Took a while to design." Julian took her glass from her and took a sip of the tea. "Hm. And what flavor is this?" He asked her, licking his lips.

Paris smiled in amusement. "Some kind of berry. I don't read the packages anymore, it's much more fun to let them be a surprise."

"It tastes good." Julian commented. "So, what is this place exactly?" He asked her, looking around the small kitchen. He knew that this was a kitchen, but what was this house?

"An old house, said to be haunted," Paris teased, her eyes twinkling. "A little girl lived here, but she was drowned in the pond outback. Now she haunts."

"Sounds fun." Julian chuckled softly at the thought. he missed hanging out with Paris like this. "You sure its ok for me to stay here? With everyone else I mean."

"Of course, love, I've already got it worked out." Paris smiled.

"Good. I dont want to step on any toes." julian smiled to her as someone came down the stairs. A swimmer from what he could tell.

"Who's this, Paris?" The boy (derek) asked on his way to the door.

"My best buddy, my amigo, the ying to my yang -- well, Julian," Paris said with a laugh. "He's staying with us."

"Well this family just keeps getting bigger and bigger." Derek chuckled softly. "Nice to meet you, Julian?" He figured that was a weird name, but didnt say anything.

"Are you off to work?" Paris asked, sipping her tea.

"You," Derek nodded, going to the door. "See you two later."

Julian watched as the guy walked off. "Who was that?" He finally asked. HOw may other teens were in this place?

"Derek," Paris answered, and could hear the question in his voice. "There's also Devon, Carly -- they're brother and sister, Demi...er, well there /was/ Demi...Blake, Max, Dana, and some chick that came last night. Or was it morning...anywho."

"Lets just forget about Cici and madeline." a girls voice giggled from the other room, making Julian jump slightly. "Hi there. I'm Cici."

"It's hard to keep up sometimes, I could never forget you darlings," Paris said, turning to the voice.

Cici giggled softly and circled around Julian. "Whos the cutie?" She asked, making the boy blush.

"He /is/ adorable, isn't he?" Paris winked at Julian. She'd flirt with him all the time, but they both never thought it to mean anything. "My friend Julian, Cici."

Julian chuckled softly and just shook his head. "Nice to meet you Cici." He told her softly.
"The pleasure is mine, Julian." Cici smirked at him and grinned over at Paris.

Paris looked down into her tea cup, her smile stuck to her face. Even though neither of them ever meant it, it for some reason bothered her a little that Cici obviously wanted dibs on Julian.

"Well, I guess I'll see you around, Julian." Cici smiled to him before skipping out of the room.

"Ok..are all the girls like this?" Julian asked paris.

Paris laughed and looked up. "Around you they will be, hon."

Julian laughed lightly. "Great." He chuckled softly. Just when he didnt want girls fawning over him, they started.

"It's a good thing, bud, enjoy it while you can," Paris said, going to wash her teacup in the sink.

"I'll try." Julian laughed and shook his head. He glanced over at paris and smiled.

Blake walked out of his room, iPod blaring in his ears. He was going to the basement to work out.

Remy heard movement outside her room, and walked out. She saw blake walk down the stairs and followed after him silently.
