Daughter of Darkness

Kale came up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist, kissing her neck gently. "I love you." He murmered.

Jack watched her for a moment and raised his brow. "I...do not know." He chuckled.

Mirissa chuckled again and kissed him lightly, teasingly. "I.don't think I'd mind an awful lot if we stayed here l."

Artemis stiffened, knowing his words meant more than just as a friend "i, i..."

*cough cough* seph?

I'm waiting for the perfect moment.


Jack smiled and shifted her so he went deeper into her. They really should get out of bed...but he just didn't want to. He liked this way to much. He moved her hips again, each time making sure he went as deep as he could.

Kale just held her. He didn't care if she said them back. Well....he did...but as long as she knew..that was what mattered.

kk, just so I'm not floundering here- what is 'the perfect moment?'

Artemis turned and rested her head on his chest "I do love you" she murmured, "just.. I don't know what type.." she admitted, her voice pained

Mirissa grinned and moved with him, her body trembling with pleasure at how deep he went. She was never leaving this bed.

Jack continued until his stomach growled. He hadn't been eating since they had started their seclusion to the bed. He sighed and let her come back down on him, pressing as far as he could. "We should get something to eat." He murmered as he stayed there. Exauhstion hit him before he could get the whole sentance out and he fell asleep.

Kale kissed her forehead and nodded. "I understand. Just don't forget that I love you, ok?"


Seph was nearing the spot that Dani had told him about. He motioned for the troops to stay behind, only taking a handful with him as he approached.

"never" artemis replied, clutching her plant between them. she studied him for a moment, her eyes locked on his lips. she slowly went up on her toes and pressed her lips to his, holding it there for a second before pulling away "never"

Mirissa smiled and kissed his forehead before pulling back reluctantly. She searched for a lo.g time unable to find her clothing. Letting out an irritated sigh she check where Kale was with her mind, seeing he and Artemis were outside she rapped a blanket around her body and slipped down the stairs to fix some food for Jack and her.

Jack- passed out

Seph- staring at the place where they should be, but aren't

Kale smiled widely and rested his forehead against hers, closing his eyes contentedly.

Artemis sighed, leaning against the table. one of the legs wobbled then gave out, sending everything cashing to the floor. Something shattered at her feet. her eyes widened- it was the cloaking device. "k-kale"

Mirissa stood by the window, her eyes looking out into the white blindness of the light. She tugged at the shadows towards the edge of the house, trying to move enough that she could see. Irritated when it didn't work she turned back to the dark of the room, sending the shadows away from the house. She didn't want them near here, she was mad. Smiling she started to make the only thing she knew how, a Ham sandwich. She kept a hand on the blanket, it only covering her loosely as she focused more on he sandwiches.

Kale picked it up and quickly started to try and fix it.

Seph- starts towards the house

Jack- out

Mirissa continued making the sandwiches, humming to herself cluelessly as the her hold on the blanket loosened a little as she paid barely any attention to it. Her focus was on trying to remember if manaise(sp) or katsup went on the bread.

Artemis froze, feeling a nearby presence. seph. shit.
"kale!" she forced him to look at her, cupping his face in her hands. "it's, it's too late" she squeaked.
he was coming back for them, the least she could do was save the others. she had to.
"I.."
'when you're in love with someone, you can't live without them.'
She pressed her lips to his.
"I'm in love with you"
"you're going to stay here and not make a sound, you're not going to stop her as she leaves."
Artemis deepened the kiss , desperation filling her, her face wet with tears.
she pulled away and caressed his cheek before looking him over on last time and running out to confront her fate

Seph had snuck inside quietly. Noticing the girl only had a blanket on, he dropped his pants as he came up behind her, turning her and putting his mout to her to keep her silent, forcing her legs apart and forcing his way inside her.

Kale wanted to follow her. But it was as if he couldn't move. His limbs were dead, he couldn't even open is mouth to cry out to her. Inside he was dying.

Artemis appeared through the door and screamed, throwing seph off of her and into a wall with her mind "leave. her. alone."

Mirissa had made a muffled cry against his lips as he entered her, freezing in shock. She still didn't move when he went flying, trying to figure out what just happened. She trembled and stared after him, what was he doing here?

Seph growled and pushed back against her mind, and forced his way foreward. Gaurds rushed in, taking Artemis and he walked up to her. "Don't worry. You'll get your turn." He growled and turned back to Grace and resumed his activities, forcing himself into her and moving with her, causing her nothing but pain with each movement, his lips covering hers so as to muffle her cries.

Mirissa cried out in pain with every thrust, tears on her cheeks. She bit his lips as she came to her senses and started struggling beneath him.

"No!" artemis croaked, not yelling in fear she'd bring jake into this as well. She struggled against the guards, gently slipping into mirissa's mind to ease the pain

gabrielle, fell to her knees, sobbing as her 'sight' remained fixed on the house
