Love, Lies, and Betrayals

Eric- "You dont deserve it." I say angrily. I didnt know why, but for some reason, the thought of him hurting her made me mad. "And it's not going to happen again."

Ember: "How do you keep control of your powers?" I asked him out of the blue, remebering earlier today.

Eric- "I dont know, I guess I never really thought about that." I said thinking.No one had ever asked me that before. "I guess I just imagine being that element, I sort of become it. I feel it run through my body, then, I just picture what I want it to do in my mind, and it happens."

Ember: "Huh." Interesting. I doubted it would work for me though.

Eric- "What have you done to try to control your powers?"

Ember: I frowned slightly. "I dont know."

Eric- "Have you tried anything?"

Ember: "Sure i have...I just dont remeber." I admitted.

Eric- "You dont remember?" I ask a bit confused.

Ember: "Well, i do, but i cant explain it." I sighed.

Eric- "I see." I say, still trying to figure her out. "Any that helped even a little?"

Ember: "not in the least." I laughed lightly.

Eric- So she was laughing, blowing it off as nothing. I could see through that. "Powers aren't so important I guess." Who was I kidding? Power was everthing.

EMber: "If you cant control them, then they arent important. Just dangerious." I pointed out, loosing my laugh.

Eric- "I suppose so. What do you usually do all day?" I ask.

Ember: "Depends on the day." I shrugged.

Eric- "And that means?"

Ember: "Depends on how i feel." I shrugged, "If up upset with the world, i usually sit in here and just draw or write."

Eric- "What kind of things do you draw or write about?"

Ember: "Life," i shrugged, "I write a lot of poetry. Helps with song writing."

Eric- "Song writing? Do you sing?"

Ember: "Again, depends on my mood." I shrugged, "Mostly show tunes or contemperary stuff."
