The School of Your Dreams (Part 2!)

Thelios and Hermes walked on towards the school, instinctivly staying close to the shadows. Thelios really needed a bag of blood, but he'd never mentiond to Hermes that he was half vampire. He took a deep breath, controling the urge and his blue eyes blazed as he looked around him, smelling the scent of other paranormals.

Cami shrugged, "i don't know maybe because I wasd really happy and I already felt like I was flying so I guess my wings decided to come out. She felt just as stumped as he did. She never knew that she could fly even though she was part faery.

Lyla walked up to the school afraid at what people would think of her. She wasn't dressed very nicly and her hair was a mess.

Thelios stopped and his eyes flashed red momentarily as he felt someone behind them. He sniffed the air. Angel, or at least she smelt faintly of angel. He stopped as he heard Hermes stop and turned to see they'd made it to the building. Hermes walked in and Thelios stopped and kept the door opened. "Ladies first." His voice was english, but a faint accent of a language from long ago lingered in his voice.

Lyla looked down blushing, "Thanks." She quickly walked in. She went toward the office to get her schedule. When she got there the lady up front was rude to her. What a great way to start school. Lyla thought. She grabbed the schedule from the mean elderly lady and glanced at it. Her fisrt class was advance math.Another great thing. This day was going to be fun.

Hermes got his schedule to and recieved the same treatment from the lady, though when Thelios entered she was as poliote as ever, calling him 'honey'. Thelios scowled when her back was turned, but was otherwise poliote. He didn't look at anyone as he went to look at his schedule and groaned as he noticed him and Hermes didn't have any of the same classes except for their last class, art. "I hate any form of advanced math..." He mumbled and shook his head. Hermes scowled at his schedule. "And I hate anatomy."

Lyla found her first class after asking a bunch of people for help. She sat in the back by the windows. She hoped that the teacher wouldn't see her back there and pick on her. She hated talking in front of people. She pulled out a notepad and pencil ready to take notes. She looked around at the classroom so far that hadn't rung yet.

Thelios entered the room and was slightly relaxed, smelling the now familier scent of the half angel, for that was the affect angels tended to have on people. He frowned and searched for a place to sit, the noise of the other students bothering his sensitive ears.

Hermes made it to his anatomy class and took a seat. He felt odd going to a class without Thelios, they'd been through everything together. He pushed his dirty blond hair out of his eyes and looked around him.

Lyla looked up to see the guy who opened the door for her enter the room. She starred at him he was cute but there was something she sensed about him that made her wonder. He didn't seem to fit in at all matter of fact he seemed uncomfortable like he didn't want to be here.

Bio: She grew up with parents that never really cared and wasn't close to them. When they died, she was left a decent inheritance, but she doesn't get until after she's eighteen and after she's gone to Mckinny Prep.

Samuel shook his head and smiled. "Wel that would be rather strange reason and it's still strange that you found out now and not earlier," he said. "So when do you think you're actually going to come down and grace me with being able to look at you at eye level, hm?"

Thelios quitely shifted through the book, but his attention was on the half angel. Though his eyes didn't leave the book, his hearing and smell was open. He heard every breath she took and could smell her heavinly scent. He pushed his black hari out of his blue eyes and snorted in disgust, shutting the book. He already knew all of this.

Hermes chewed on his lips and tried to listen to the teacher droning on and on about the human brain. Him and his group had already learned all they could on the streets from books they'd found in dumpsters. They'd all been hungry for knowledge more then they had books. That was one thing his group had had in common, and the ability to steal, though Hermes, the Theif Lord, had been the best of the best and had never gotten caught.

Eleanor approached the large school, a frown on her lips. She paused a moment and just stared at the school. So she was now stuck going to this place because it was in her parents' will. She sighed, rather annoyed that she was stuck here.

Cami laughed, "Yeah it it." She came down landing next to him. "Better?" She continued smiling. She couldn't stop smiling when she was with him. She couldn't remember either the last time she smiled this much.

Lyla tried to focus on what the teacher was saying. Taking notes of the examples but for some reason everything the teacher said went through one ear and out the other. She looked at the strange boy again, he seemed to be angry she wondered why. You shouldn't be thinking about boys and instead focusing on the teacher, a little voice in the back of her head said. She sighed knowing that it was right she was on a scholoship.

Samuel smiled widely and chuckled. "Much better," he said. He wrapped his arms around her and kissed the tip of her nose, happy to just be with her. In a way, he tried to remember when he had been this happy and laughed this much. "So, do you want to go home or somewhere else? It's your choice Cami."

Elanor finally stopped staring at the school and walked in, going to the office. She went over to the secretary to get her class list. After she had she looked at it, frowning when she saw that her first class was anatomy. She sighed and headed to the class. She walked into the room, realizing the class was already in session. After having the teacher glaring at her she went to sit down.

Thelios leaned back in his seat and twirled a pencil between his fingers. He raised his eyebrows as the teacher asked for his name. "Thelios." He then shook his head when she asked him an answer to the question. He answered in a bored tone and she raised an eyebrow and said he was wrong. He stiffend and shook his head and guranteed he was right. The teacher glared at him slightly and did the problem herself on the bored. She then scratched her head, looking into her book next and then stared at him incredously, wondering how he'd managed to do that without working it out on paper. Thelios gave a smug smile and continued twirling the pencil in his long fingers.

Hermes was doing quite the same thing, but his teacher was leaning over his desk, shooting off question after question and raising his eyes in disbelief as Hermes answered everyone right. It became a contest between the two and they both continued, the class leaned towards them and some stared incredously.

Cami smiled, then frowned. When she thought of home she thought of her alchohlic mother and absent father. She sighed, that was the last place she wanted to be. "Why don't we go to your house?"

Lyla starred at the guy, How the hell did he know the answer. She was still trying to work out the problem when he just answered the question without hesitation.

Eleanor looked toward the student that answered every question right. She was rather amazed and amused at the way him and the teacher seemed to be having a contest. She watched as he continued to get answers right and wondered who he was.

Samuel frowned when she frowned and played with a lock of her hair. "I suppose we could, but my home isn't extremely nice. We can go there if you want and if it'll take that frown off of your lips."

Thelios gave the teacher an innocent look and she huffed before returning to the lesson. He gave a self satsified chuckle and resumed playing with his pencil. His eyes wondered over the room before landing on the half angel girl. His vampire self wanted to flee the creature of light, but Thelios's human side craved to be around the beautiful girl. He looked back towards the front of the room, both sides of his self at war with each other without his permission.

Hermes laughed as the teacher slammed his fists into the desk in frustration and marched back to the front to continue the lesons. He smirked and looked over at the girl that'd just entered. The brooding look in his eyes momentarily dissapeared before reappearing and looking back at the front of the room, a smug smile on his face.

Cami looked up at him noit realizing she was still frowning. "It doesn't matter to me what you house looks like. We can just hang out there." She kissed him on the lips quickly then pulled him towards the car. "You want to drive since I don't know the way?"

Lyla saw the guy looking at her and gave a tentive smile. Why was he looking at her? Was there something on her face of worse was there something on her head that he wasn't going to tell her about? She patted her head and touched her face to make sure. She turned back to pay attention to the teacher embaressed.

Thelios snorted lightly as he heard her patting herself. It wasn't the first time a girl had been self-concious around him, but he was still amused and flattered none the less. He decided once the class was over he'd walk her to her next class.

Eleanor smirked when the teacher pounded his fists on the desk, finding herself amused with the fact that their teacher was obviously a sore loser. The second Eleanor felt eyes on her she glanced in the direction, her eyes locking on the boy who had infuriated the teacher. She watched him for a second, but then went back to looking at the front of the room.

Samuel smiled slightly and nodded. "Okay then, I guess we'll go to my home." His smile widened a little when she kissed him and he nodded as she dragged him along. "Yeah, I'll drive." He unlocked the car and opened the door for her. Once she was safely inside he went around to his side.

Hermes laid his head on his arms the rest of the lesson and answered witout looking up as the teacher tried to catch him off guard, but he managed to do so which only worsend the teachers mood. The bell rang and he jumped up and grabbed his bag, exiting the class.

Lyla felt embarressed, during the rest of the period she didn't look at the guy again. She just focused on the teacher and took notes. When class was done she picked up all her stuff then left class. she was looking down the whole time that she didn't see the person in front of her till she collide with the person. She looked up at the girl she ran into and mumbled sorry the girl glared at her then walked away. Sighing, Lyla bent down to pick up her papers and books.

Cami sat in the seat starring at the dark sky. "Try nbnot to get lost." She teased. It was really dark outside except for the street lamps but a few of them had gone out and no one had bothered to replace them.

Eleanor found it hilarious when the teacher continued to try to catch the boy off guard and had to bite her tongue to keep from laughing. When the class was done she jumped out of her seat, grabbed her stuff and exited the class. She had her eyes locked on her class list, trying to memorize when she ran into someone. She realized it was the boy from her class.

Samuel chuckled as he drove. "I won't get us lost, I have a good sense of direction believe it or not." He glanced at her out of the corner of his eyes and took one of her hands in his free one. He continued to drive for a short while until they came to an apartment complex.

Hermes felt someon run into him and chuckled. "Hello there." His light brown eyes stared at her cuirosly and he tilted his head.

Theilos was on his knees and picking up her stuff in seconds. He stood back up and offered her the books and papers. "You ok?" His voice came out sounding as though laced with honey.

Cami squeezed his hand, " A good sense of driection? Wish I had one those." She looked up at th apartment complexs. She had once lived in a apartemnt a long time ago. She didn't like it, the neighbor would complain too much and then they would make a lot of noise. "So this is where you live?"

Lyla looked up to find the mystery guy. "Umm yeah I just need to watch where I am going." She took her stuff away from him. When she did their hands brushed and a spark of electricity shot up her arms. She was surprised at what happened maybe it was just static passing betwen then it was normal she told herself but something nagged at her. She chose to ignore it, "umm well thanks."
