Elliot: "Chemicals don't take long to react," I said, shivering a little at his touch. The lake was flat and black, reflecting the moon like a ghastly mirror. I studied the edged of the water before letting my gaze fall back on Kayden. I smiled, but in the back of my head, something told me it was risky to be emotionally involved with someone. There was my lack of relationships.

Emerson: "I think you're right," I nodded, "but still, it's a little weird." I smiled back to her.

Fable: I sighed. I wasn't sure of what else to say, so I walked on in silence.

Kayden: "Like baking soda and vinegar, Ell," I said, trailing off as I pressed my lips to hers.

Elliot:My breath hitched and my lips parted a tiny bit, my hands resting on his shoulders. Baking soda and vinegar. I rolled it around in my head and smiled against his lips.

Kayden: I moved my hands up her sides, kissing longer and lungs starting to hurt, when a shrill scream pierced the air.
"STOP!"
I pull away as if she's on fire, alarmed and surprised.
I turn to see who caught us. I mean, we were only kissing.

Elliot: It seemed like everything was going smoothly, the warm water around us, our lips together, but then someone yelled. When he jumped, I jumped back to see a counciler, her hands on her hips. "What do you two think you're doing?" She asked, her voice more stern.

Kayden: "Letting loose?" I smirk.
I knew my bad mouth, but warm lips thanks to Elliot, would get me in trouble.
She yells at us to get out, and waits. I cast an uneasy glance at her, and wink lightly.
Then, moving my lips just barely and talking so quiet she wouldn't notice, I murmered, "I'll be back in two hours."

Elliot: I moved my eyes up and down, a nod. I wondered if i should wear my bathing suit? I started delibarating as I got out. Nah, better not now that I have this stuff soaked anyway. I shivered in the warm night air and got to my cabin.

Kayden: But before she finally slipped away, I called to her smiling, "Wear something Sheer."
There, that oughta mix her up in some way.

Elliot: Thinking back to what he said, I blushed furiously. No thank you... I may have liked him, but I'd wait to show him any more than he'd seen.

Kayden: The walk back to my cabin was long with the weird camp adult yelling in my ear. And when we got to my room, she turned on all the lights, waking everyone up and making them all generally dislike me.
It took so long for them to stop yelling, I fell asleep at the end, not a worry on my mind . . ..

Elliot: I sighed, flopping on my bed, nothing but my wet swimwear. I didn't even mind, though. i would just let it air out when I went back out.

Elliot: I woke up, slipping into a pair of shorts and a white vneck t-shirt. I got my flip-flops on and walked to the mess hall. My hair was curled from swimming the night before and I had piled it into a messy bun onto of my head. Last night kept coming back to me in flashes, making me think I was a dream.

When I got into the hall, I grabbed a bagel and smoothie and sat with a group of kids that i had met the day before. I glanced around, running a hand through my bangs that fell in front of my eyes.

Fable: I sat in the dining hall with my pen and notepad eating a bowl of Lucky Charms. I thought through last night over and over again. Emerson and I had eventually lied down in the grass and talked until we both fell asleep. We woke up just as the sun was creating an orange glow on the horizon and we ran back to our cabins to catch a few more moments of sleep before the other campers started to wake up. I didn't know what it was about Emmerson, but he intrigued me.

Emerson: I left my cabin after grabbing a quick shower. Last night was still fresh in my mind and I smiled a little, walking into the Mess Hall. I saw Fable and waved at her and grabbed a cup of coffee, sitting by her. "Hey," I smiled/

Fable: He scared me as he sat down. His harmless "hey" made me jump about a foot out of my seat. I turned to Emerson, embarassed and said, "Oh, um, hi. I-I didn't know-why did you scare me like that?" I slapped his arm playfully.

Emerson: "Mostly because you were so irressitibly easy to scar," I grinned. "Sorry, though. I didn't mean to," I said, flashing her a quick grin.

Kayden: Of course, I woke up much too late for breakfast and half my morning activities.
But it was lunch when I groggily walked through the lobby doors, scratching my crazy bed head hair and plopping down at a random table.
Looking around, I was too tired to watch for Elliot.

Elliot: I jogged to the mess hall, stopping and trying to myake myself presentable. My banges fell right above my eyes and I walked in, not looking around and grabbing a bottle of water. When i turned, I saw Kayden and walked to his table, smirking a little at his hair. "Morning," I said softly.

Kayden: I let out a grunt that could be translated as a gretting.
I patted a seat near me, eyes half closed, to show her to sit down.
"Youhadfunlastniight...?" I trailed off

Elliot: I smiled and nodded. "Yeah, it was fun. Even the part where we got caught." I opened my water and took a small sip, putting it back on the table and the looking over Kayden. "Your hair's a bit off," I said, attempting to push a few strands down.

Kayden: I shook it around so it stuck up like crazy.
Grinning at her, I dug a spoon into my cereal, stuck it in my mouth and made loud, slurping noises.
"So, are we official, or something?" I said, voice hoarse.
