Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Alice looked at him and sighed. "Don't touch what you're not suppose to," she pointed at him again, then slowly lifted her shirt up and moved so he could reach everything.
Tucker smiled at her and nodded, "Right." He glanced around and noticed that they were the only one in the lot. He raised a brow and looked at her. "Ready to go?"

Blake rolled his eyes. "I'm not a pervert, Alice," He murmured, kneeling down and beginning to apply the peroxide. It probably would burn, since these cuts weren't exactly clean.
"Yeah..." Bonnie said reluctantly, standing up and brushing off her shorts.

Alice was rigidly still as he applied the peroxide, no pain showing on her face. It was just a blank sheet, absolutely no feeling what so ever as she closed her eyes and hid from the pain.
Tucker smiled and jumped from the back of the truck, grabbing the stuff and tossing it behind the seat before coming back over to her and lifting his hands up to help her out.

Blake finished cleaning up each cut, then went back and covered each one in turn with gauze. "There...feel better?"
Bonnie took his hands to get out, not wanting to let go of them after she was safely on the ground. But she did.

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Alice slowly came back around, blinking as she looked at him. "Huh? Oh, ya. Thanks." She glanced down at his wrapping job and smiled at it. It wasn't great, but it would hold. She looked at him, letting her shirt down. ''thanks," she repeated again, this time with a little more feeling.
Tucker smiled and unattached the speakers then opened the door for her and helped her in, then went to his own side and got in, starting the truck. He pulled out of the drive-in theater and headed back towards her house.

"You're welcome," Blake said, standing up and setting the gauze and peroxide on the coffee table. He nodded at the chess board they'd set up earlier. "You still want to play?"
Bonnie looked out the window as they started driving off, sad to see the date was over already. It seemed like it went fast.

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Alice looked at him then back at the chess board and gave a small nod. She moved back to her spot and waited for him to make the first move, her face going very serious and contimplative.
Tucker pulled up to her house about ten minutes later and parked the truck. He climbed out and went around to her side, opening the door and helping her down. He then walked her to the door, his hand in hers.

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Blake moved one of his pawns two spaces forward. That seemed pretty decent for a first move...he wasn't sure, he hadn't played in awhile. He wondered if Alice was any good.
Bonnie swung there hands as they walked up to the door, pausing before opening it and looking up at him. She smiled. "Goodnight."

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Tucker smiled down at her, kissing her cheek softly. "Goodnight, Bonnie. I'll be around to pick you up at 6 tomorrow morning. Alright?"
Alice looked his move over for a moment then moved a pawn that was a space away from his, one square and looked at him. "You're turn."

"See ya then," Bonnie said, before going inside.
(Oh goodness, are we going to play a legit game here? xD)
"Uh..." Blake looked at the board, then moved another pawn, on the other side of the board.

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
(haha, nah it's been long enough since I played chess that I'm not about to play a full game haha)
Alice considered his move and nodded. Ten minutes later she moved her knight and looked at him. "Checkmate." She jumped slightly as she heard Bonnie come in, doing her best not to flip out.

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
(lol okay, good. Because there would be no way I could do that over chat. >_<)
"Hey Blake I'm --"
Blake shot into the hallway and covered her mouth, then pointed for her to go upstairs. Alice was more comfortable when they were alone, right?
Bonnie gave him a confused look but did as he said.

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Alice studied the chess board, pretending she didn't notice anything that was going on. She had heard Bonnie's voice and cringed slightly, but that was about it.
Tucker made his way home with a smile on his face. Gran and Bailey were both in bed already when he got there, so he quickly slipped to his room and fell asleep fully clothed on his bed

Blake came back into the room. "Sorry about that...game's over, and it's pretty late. Are you ready for bed?"

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Alice looked up at him and thought for a minute, biting her lip. "Can I stay in your room with you? I promise I won't touch anything and I'll sleep on the floor."

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
"You don't have to sleep on the floor, you can have the bed if you want to sleep in my room." Blake shrugged as he packed up the chess game.

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Alice just gave a small nod as she watched him, relaxing at the thought of not being left alone that night to deal with everything. "What are we going to do tomorrow?"

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
"Whatever you want to do." Blake shrugged. He stood up with the chess set. "I'll be right back." He went down to the basement to put it away.

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Alice watched him go and sat on her hands, resting her chin on her knees to keep herself from going anywhere. She was doing pretty good for saying she was as addicted to cutting as someone addicted to meth. She blinked a few times, her eyes wandering over the room, landing on the pictures on the shelves, looking at each one carefully from her spot on the floor.

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Blake came back. "Ready to sleep now?" He was glad to see she hadn't done any damage to herself while he was gone.

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Alice nodded and stood walking over to him. She was itching to quench her need for pain, but she kept still, kept quiet about it. She could fight it this time. She had him.

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
(gah, it ate my post >_<)
Blake grabbed a pillow from the linen closet on their way up to his room. Then he swapped his pillow for the clean one, and dropped his on the ground. He flopped down on the floor, his head on the pillow, and nodded at the bed to Alice. "Go for it."

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Alice looked at him and bit her lip, but did as she was told, dropping a blanket on him as she did so. She curled up in a small ball on the matress, not even using the pillow. "Thank you, Blake," she said quietly.

Re: Can't fight this anymore....
Alice sat there, staring at the wall, fighting with herself desperately. By morning she was curled up next to Blake on the floor, her fists shaking and clenched(sp?) to her chest. Small tears were making their way down her cheeks from the struggle of the night. It was only when she had curled up with him that she was able to get some sort of sleep.
Tucker pulled up to the house, six in the morning, just as he had said he would.
