This is Halloween

Soda blinked a few times and smiled. "I would very much appreciate that if it's okay with you. thank you very much, Cass," he said softly. He watched her, his eyes bright.

Cass smiled and stood up. "Here take my hand... I will show you to your room." She said with a small smile. 'Dont start falling for someone oyu just met.' She thought

Soda smiled and stood, taking her hand. He loved the way it felt in his and his heart raced a little. He already knew he was falling for her and he didn't even know anything about her beside that she had crappy parents...

Amelia walked away from her ex and headed toward her house annoyed. They had broken up for a reason and that was because he was a jerk. She knew since her house was toward the edge of town it would take a while to get there... She also knew she didn't want to deal with him. Her ex grabbed her arm and turned her around which is when she got a good whiff of his breath... He was drunk. "Come on Mia. You're mine."
"No, I'm not," she said angrily.

Cass lead him to her house. Soon she was in and the air smelled of weed. She quicklyed pasted her parents room were the stentch was heavy. She lead him to her spare room and smiled softly. "Well here it is..."

Soda held his breath until they were near the spare room because he hated the smell of weed. He smiled toward her, his eyes thankful. "Thank you, Cass. I truly do appreciate this a lot. What can I do in return for staying here tonight?"

Amelia frowned and pulled back. She started to walk away but was pushed to the ground. Another reason she had ended things with him was because he was abusive. She rolled over and looked as he was about to punch her. Her eyes widen and she let out a small scream, hoping someone would hear...

Cass shrugged. "Nothing... There is nothing you can do..." Cass looked around and said ""You know what... come with... me." She said holding out her hand again.

Shadiw apperead out of the shadows and glared at the boy. "Leave her alone." He snarled and him. He held his hand out and held the boys thoughts in his hand. His eyes were dark and as cold as death itself

Soda nodded. "I see..." He smiled widely and took her hand again happily, liking the warmth of it. He truly did love the way her hand fit into his perfectly, almost as if it was carved to fit his.

The guy only moved slightly, taking a step toward Shadow. "What are you going to do if I don't leave her alone, huh?" Amelia quickly moved to her feet while her ex was distracted and moved next to Shadow.

Cass lead him up into the attic,which was her bedroom. "Welcome to my room. I dont want you to be by yourself right now... especially when my parents are high.." She whispered. She sat down on her bed and crossed her legs.

Soda raised an eyebrow and sat down next to her. "And why's that?" he asked curiously. He really wondered why she didn't want him to be alone and why she didn't want him to be near her parents...

Cass looked at him with sorrow-filled eyes. "It's because my parents get crazy when they are high.." Someone threw something at the wall and someone was yelling atthe top of her lungs. Cass shuddered and slid into Soda's arms. She huddled against him.

Soda was surprised when she huddled in his arms, but he wrapped his arms around her tightly, wanting to protect her from the world. "Ah, I see." He cringed as he listened to the yelling.

Cass nodded and closed her eyes. She huddled close to him then heard her name. "CASSIE!!!" She crindged but got up and went down stairs. A few sounds very unpleasant and Cass came back up with blood dripping down from her mouth. She sat on the bed and tears wealed in her eyes.

Soda frowned and his frown deepened when she came back. He stood and moved in front of her immediately. He wiped at the blood and tears, then pulled her in his arms. He closed his eyes and rested his chin atop her head. he didn't like the idea that she was hurt, not in the least bit and it bothered him deeply.

Cass cried into his chest and the blood andtears mixed onto his shirt. She felt terrible but at the same she felt a sort of relief. She was with someone who she thought cared.

Soda buried his face into her hair and took in her scent. He realized he had fallen for her fast.... And if she wasn't interested in anything more than friends then he would be just that, her friend. He rubbed her back, knowing nothing he could say would soothe her.

Cass held him close to her. Her entire body molded against his and her heart was pounding. She couldnt think about everything when he was so close. She closed her eyes and looked up. "Sorry..." She whispered.

Soda lifted his head from hers and watched her, wanting her to feel better. "You have nothing to apologize for, Cass. It's not your fault," he whispered softly.

Cass looked at him and looked at him. "I... I... forgot..... Im sorry." She whispered. She felt terrible that she drug him in here. "Im sorry I drug you here..." She whispered.

Soda stroked her hair and tucked it behind her ear, his hand lingering. "Stop apologizing, Cass. I happily followed you so it's not your fault. Now please stop apologizing, okay?"

Cass nodded holding her breath. "I... just.... dont want..." She said. She looked up at him and kept her eyes on him. She could stare at him all day if she had the time.

Soda watched her, his eyes on hers. "You don't want to what?" He breathed. He realized that he wanted to kiss her, badly. He knew very well though that that was a very, very bad idea.

Cass looked up at. "I just didnt want you to think about something bad about me." She whispered. She felt terrible about him wuth a small laugh. She bit her lip and felt a interesting urge to kiss him.

"I could never think something bad about you, Cass. Please tell me some stuff about you, I want to get to know you," he said with a small smile. he was still fighting the urge to kiss her.

Cass looked at him. She bit her lip alitte more. "I am 16
(I think) years old and I live here. I go to high school and I am trying to finish so I can leave this cappy place. I hate halloween but I celebratit to make poeple happy.

(O_o *is confuzzeled* I thought Cass was 18 or 19...)
