Melly: I frowned. "Are you sure?"

Jesse: "I need to buy a new one anyway."

Melly: I sighed. "Okay. But...okay."

Jesse: I smiled. "Good."

Ivy:
Bored bored bored.... time to bounce. Dropping a few coins on the counter, I left the saloon. Liro was pawing against the ground and straining on his rope. "Hey, hey," I crooned, stroking his nose. "What's up, boy?" He nudged my shoulder, his sign for me to get on. "Alrighty then, partner."

Melly: I smiled, flushing again, and took another sip.

Jesse: I sipped my whiskey as well. "So what's your story, Melly?"

Melly: I frowned. "What do you mean by story?"

Jesse: "You know. What brings you to these parts?"

Melly: "Oh. Running away from home."

Jesse: "Ah, the classic runaway." I smirked, and sipped my whiskey more.

Melly: I nodded and sipped again.

Jesse: "Why exactly did you run away?"

Melly: "Dad."

Jesse: "Abusive?"

Melly: "No, just too much pressure."

Ivy:
"Woah!" Liro thundered down the road, little puffs of dust rising in our wake. We were leaving town now, and I could see two figures on horseback over the crest of the hill. I pulled up on Liro's reigns and dismounted. One of the people was the Sheriff, so I could only guess who the other was. "You stay here," I told my horse, uncoiling my whip and disappearing into the underbrush.

Jesse: "Ah. Understandable."

Melly: I nodded. "Yeah. What about you?"

Jesse: I smiled crookedly. "Ma and pa threw my ass out."

Melly: "Ah. Why?"

"How would society feel about you shooting the sheriff?"

Ivy:
Sneaking through the dried bushes, I managed to worm my way around so that I was behind the bandit. Wouldn't you know, it was Amelia Thompson, the varmint. Careful not to give away my position, I slowly tightened my grip on my whip.

Jesse: "They thought I gambled too much."

Amelia: "They'd think of me no less then they do now." I smirked.

Melly: "Oh," I said. "Did you?"
