Damon was stiff after that. His back ached from where it'd hit the wall, and he was sure his father would have the poor servants fix the crack in the wall later. His mood worsend and they finally came to a stop outside a large black door. "You're room's next to mine. You ever need anything just say it. I'll hear you." He leaned against the wall and motioned her to go on in.

Blaise: "All right...." i said quietly, gratefully retreating to the confines of the empty room. Being alone wasnt ideal, but it was better than being stuck with anyone else in thhis god-forsaken place, and i was certain i would come to value my time alone even more.

Damon sighed and entered after her, looking around him. The room was almost as large as his and for some reason he was happy for that. He pointed out the closet and the bathroom and smirked as he mentioned the closet. "Girls like clothes and jewlery and such right? Check out the closet." For a brief moment he allowed himself a smile, one that you'd usually see a angel have, and it looked out of place on his darkly handsome face, but then again he did look some what like a avenging angel. Especially when he was angry. The smile dissapeared though and he opend the closet for her to show all types of clothes, shoes, and jewlery.

Blaise: I.... had never seen so much clothing in my life, and became instantly awkward. "Very stereotypical girls, yes. That's just..... i wont lie, that's more clothing than ive ever seen in my life...." i said, suddenly having no coherent words. Ther /had/ to be something i could run or fight in in there, right?! Id grown up running away and was used to wearing anything that would allow me to run, fight if necessary, or shift easily. Id never really had a lot of valuables, never really bothered with unnecessary clothing, shoes, or jewellery. I didnt understand why people bogged themselves down with impractical or awkward clothing. But at least i was being given clothing and a surprisingly nice room in which to sleep..... id fully expected worse surroundings.

Damon saw the devious light in her eyes and instantly decided he liked the girl. He had no doubt she could take him, but he'd love to see her try. He went in and grabbed some comfortable clotheing and told her to put it on. "How about I teach you a bit of swordplay?" He smiled, revealing two sharp fangs.

Blaise: So there WAS practical clothing. Id never been so relieved. That would be helpful..... I ducked into the bathroom and changed quickly, re-emerging a few minutes later. "Swordplay? You're going to teach your 'slave' how to use weapons?" i said, raising an eyebrow. "Well, im not about to complain, even if that is rather odd. Im actually quite interested in swords...." i mused. My brother..... he'd known how to use them, but he'd never taught me, even when id asked.

Damon hated the bitter taste the word 'slave' left in his mouth. He raised a hand. "Don't consider yourself a 'slave'. Between you and me you're a companion." He shrugged not willing to continue further. Of course James was a great friend and all, but he didn't have the fire in him like this girl did. "And of course I'd want my 'companion' to know how to defend herself."

Blaise: If id been a cartoon character, my jaw probably would have hit the ground. As it was, i was unable to keep the utter shock off my face as his words registered. Him, of all people, i had fully expected to embrace the slave mentality completely. I had not expected him to refer to me as a companion, or to teach me to defend myself. It seemed he was full of surprises, and so far, most of them had been good. This didnt mean that i trusted him or expected a good end to this venture, and i still planned to escape. But at least the period of time before escape occurred tentatively seemed like it would be bearable. I allowed myself to be cautiously optimistic, but didnt let myself get over hopeful. I knew situations could quickly change.

He'd have to be careful and just call them slaves around his father, but he guessed him and Rusty could just call them their names otherwise.

Adair was waiting for the werewolf's answer, slightly impatiently. She wanted something to take her mind off of her thoughts. She wanted a short period in time where she wasn't going to feel all soft for Azriel. As it was, she was no longer even thinking of him as a bloodsucker, but rather a person.

Damon smirked. "Don't expect me to take it all easy on that soft skin of yours." He knew her skin was soft like a humans, but compared to his it was. "Expect intstead to be black and blue if you don't pay attention." Damon motiond her to follow and he instintivly made his way to a weapons room. He was the one that taught his father's army to fight, Azriel was the one that did the strategies, but that didn't mean he wasn't a powerful enemy, no, quite the opposite.


Azriel could feel the girl's boredom and decided to try and amuse them. He gripped onto her ankle to make sure she couldn't slide off and he began tickling her other foot.

Adair gasped slightly when Azriel started tickling her foot and she had to try incredibly hard to bite back giggles. "Stop, please," she breathed, giggles finally escaping her lips and she had to hang on to him so she didn't fall.

Azriel decided he'd give the wolf time to answer and fell backwards, barely managing to get a hand over the witche's nose, forgetting they needed air. He resurfaced and smiled at her. "Hey, you said to quit."

Adair glared at him after she resurfaced, but she also had the smallest of smiles on her lips. "I said stop, I didn't say dunk me." She watched him for a moment, wondering what would be good for revenge.

Azriel shrugged, giving her his most innocent look. "You never said I couldn't dunk you." Bites his tounge to keep from laughing.

Adair still glared and stealthily moved a little closer. "True, but I think you should know better. And stop with the fake innocence," she said, moving closer to him as she talked. Finally, she tackled him, attempting to dunk him.

Blaise: I actually allowed myself to grin. "Good. Id be pissed if you DID take it easy on me. You can tell a day of training is good when you come out of it and everything hurts. If it doesnt hurt, you arent working hard enough." i said, reciting the long-lost words of my brother and parents. I followed him as he left and headed off to another part of the castle, presumeably an area we could train, and this time i was not reluctant. Finally i might learn something interesting.

(Sorry guys I got alot of homework so I'm really sorry if it takes me a while to reply)
Aria looked at the witch and vampire with amused gazes. She could see something sparking between them but decided to not say anything. She turned to Rusty wh asked her a question. "Umm sure. Just try not to drown me." She gave him a wry smile. She hoped that she was getting to fond of these vampires. Aria didn't want that to happen especially since she was still trying to figure out a way to leave.

Damon turned to look at her and grinned, his fangs showing from excitement. "Give me 110% and you can have anything, but freedom, that you want tonight." He headed into a little side door and pulled out some fake swords. He gave them a distasteful look. He weighed both in his hands and gave her the more balanced one. "Head to the center of the mat. I'll be right with you." He moved further into the closet, and started digging through and chest thing, searching for a blood bag. He didn't want to lose control if he accidently hurt her to bad.

Azriel snorted, and stayed upright as she tried to tackle him. He grabbed her about the waist and put her over his shoulder like a sack of potatos. "So you agree to the game then?"

Rusty laughed. "Take it easy on the girl Azriel." He lowered himself in the water so she could climb on. "Don't worry, I don't bite." He corrected himself. "Humans anyway."

Azriel chuckled and put her on his shoulders.

Adair made a higher pitched noise when she was put over Azriel's shoulder and her eyes narrowed. She was about ready to protest when she was put on his shoulders again. She then closed her mouth, but glared at him.

Blaise: I nodded, accepting the sword and proceeding to the indicated area. Anything except freedom? Freedom was the one thing i really yearned for, but..... maybe he could give me back my wings, if even just temporarily. When i had first been captured and woken up, id found that i could no longer shift. It hadnt taken me long to figure out what was binding my powers - a small but tough chain-like anklet that stunk of magic that bound my animal away inside me. Id tried to break it to no avail, but surely he's be able to get it off, right? I vowed to give it my all just in case he could remove the binding implement and would keeping his word.

Azriel reached up and lightly pulled on her hair. "How's the weather up their princess?" He raised a brow, his blue eyes light for once.

Damon finally found one and lowered his head, biting into the bag and drunk greedily. For a few seconds he lost control, where had anyone walked by at that moment he wouldn't be able to help himself. He finished it and threw it away before heading out there, his skin not looking as pale and his black eyes a tad, very little bit lighter. He spread his legs shoulder lentgh and bent his knees slightly. "Get in this stance. Don't hold the hilt to tightly, or to lightly or you won't be able to have a good grip on it, or you'll end up throwing it somewhere. I'd hate for one of my father's servants to walk by and get hit. We'd both be dead then." He then deminstrated the correct way to do this.

Adair swatted at his hand, wondering why he seemed to like to annoy her. "Quite lovely, thank you for asking," she said, her lips tugged into a small smile.

Blaise: I nodded, mimicking the stance. It was not unfamiliar to me, as id seen my brother do it thousands of times before, the image imprinted in my mind. I made sure my grip was firm but not overly tight, enough that it was unlikely that i would lose my grip.

Aria laughed, "Well I will keep that in mind." She glanced at the witch and the vamipire smiling. "Hey is you two love birds are done I would like a chance to beat you guys." She didn't feel confident but she liked messing with people. Aria didn't mind being on Rusty's shoulders she liked the feeling of being tall since she has always been short.

Azriel's eyes narrowed and he stood straighter, gripping the girl's ankles, but being careful not to bruise them. He a slow, smooth smile. "Bring it little girl."

Rusty snorted and was careful when he gripped her ankles as well. "Bring it." He smiled wickedly at Azriel.

Damon tilted his head. He could point out a few things wrong, but for a slave she was ok. "And now, we begin." He moved towards her, drasticly slowing down and making his moves noticable so he could get a feel for what she knew.
